Recently visited cafe de port for dinner and our experience was really good. The staff was professional and polite. Would recommend this to everyone for family dining.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel is located very close to Baga Beach, making it a perfect choice for a beach holiday. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of delicious options, and the food quality throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

The location was very good . The staff and reception were extremely helpful and kind . The rooms were neat and tidy . Amenities were well kept and sufficient. Overall the stay was amazing and I will definitely recommend the place and come again .

We stayed at Radisson Resort Goa Baga for 2 nights . We opted for the junior suite which had a spacious bedroom, sofa cum bed, ample space to move around, two tv, clean bathroom with all essential amenities & a balcony with a pool view to make our stay comfortable. Their in house restaurant Cafe De Port offers huge seating space & ample varieties in veg and non veg. Their extensive Breakfast spread was massive and catered to all age groups. You can enjoy refreshing coolers , mocktails and signature cocktails at julen bar with a game of pool located right next to the restaurant. They have a massive pool - one for kids and one for adults. They also have a Kids play area which both the kids enjoyed . Some were free and some were paid. They have a compact gym and Tattva spa in other amenities. The resort is a 15 min walk to Baga beach. All in all Radisson Resort Goa Baga offers comfortable stay, good food, ample amenities without burning a hole in your pocket .

Decent stay, property was ok, staff were quick to help. Loud, unruly crowd on our first day. Dinner buffet as well as set menu had very limited options although it was included in our package. Breakfast buffet was a bit better. Cleanliness and property upkeep were not that good.

breakfast variety was good,.. location was near to best places to hangout.

staff was very adamant and the service is pathetic .. we waited for our welcome drink for hours and getting fresh towels will take an entire season,.. :( cleanliness is a bi issue here... they don't have much staff so don't expect much. overall if you want to spend good amount for an average service, you may look for this property.

Staff service was not good. Didn’t feel pleasant at all. They didn’t serve welcome drink which was in my package.

The dinning area was chaos, tables were not cleared when people were not sitting there. Had to go and sit in the outside heat to have my breakfast

Spa was really good

No hairdryer ,needed to call multiple times to get it. Attention to detail was not good for the name Raddison it was quite disappointing. Staff not properly trained . Everything closes early like pool and bar . Didn’t get 15% off on spa even though it was mentioned.

Not well maintained and bathroom fixtures were broken or leaking Everything has gotten quite old and therefore in desperate need of refurbishing

The Radisson Baga location was a lovely highlight, while the rest of the experience felt fairly standard.

The room itself was comfortable, but the sanitary facilities were disappointing, as essentials like a dental kit and bath towel were missing.

The services of this hotel are very poor. On arrival there was no towels in the washroom. I booked for 2 nights. Morning i complained but after cleaning my room they kept only one towel I booked junior suit with my wife and 2 kids. The sofa bed was also broken they put another bad but it was small and not comfortable. On 2nd day after cleaning they didn't put toilet roll even there was no hair dryer and I had to call them 3 times for the dryer. Very disappointed.

No towels, no body wash. The room cleaner doesn't pay attention to basic requirements when cleaning up.

Quick Check-in and room service was excellent. Resolved my issues immediately and were very polite and gentle.

House keeping services was quite delayed. Had to remind multiple times. Still all needs were served.

We arrived to see 4 drunk men in pool with clothes on , one smoking in pool! Noisy family at midnight round pool. Lady walked into pool fully clothed!! Breakfast not for English choice. They didn’t understand much! Evening dinner nearly cold, fish full of bones. Reception in another building so I’m sure people could walk into pool when security man not there. We loved one of the waiters who served us at the pool . Spoke good English. We ordered 2 beers to take to room , man in charge said he’d send to room in 5 mins. Waited over 20 mins. When they arrived no opener , waiter said he’d left with previous delivery. We waited but never came back to us with bottle opener. Went to bed !!

Lovely rooms clean staff helpful

Swimming pool , not safe, tiles around the pool and steps into pool are not non slip So very slippery, on entry to the pool I slipped and cut the back of my leg on the sharp corners s os en steps, The pool attendant did notice and was quick to help with first aid box, This is a design issue, not a staff problem , I would expect higher standards of safety with Radisson group
