almlust - hotel, apartments, chalets

Everything about the place was excellent

Check in was too late

The hotel is lovely! The staff were wonderful and responded immediately to every request with a smile and genuine care. The breakfast was good, although we did miss having fresh vegetables. The bedroom was spacious and wonderful. Just note that there is no door separating the shower area. We also missed having a minibar or small refrigerator in the room. Overall, we had a great stay and a very positive experience, especially after a disappointing stay at another hotel just a few days earlier.

Locatie was fantastisch!

The location and the facilities

The internet connection

Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji blizu liftova, centra mjesta i pješačkih staza.

Excellent place for a ski vacation

More options for food, maybe dinner inclusive

Very good

Zimmer modern ausgestattet, Infrarotbank super Extra. Frühstücksauswahl phänomenal.

Příjemné a hezké ubytování s velmi pěknou zahradou a vyžitím pro děti i dospělé, strategická poloha - jste v centru Flachau, pár kroků vedle je Spar a různé restaurace. Nedaleko bobová dráha a nafukovací hrady pro děti + další atrakce (některé dokonce zdarma), kam dojdete též pěšky. Na pokojích čisto - úklid se provádí denně. Moc pěkné. Parkování hned u ubytování a vždy volná místa.

Nic - vše bylo skvělé.

Everything

Prisen var for høj ift det manglende serviceniveau. Personalet ved indtjekning var absolut ikke imødekommende.

Its location, facilities, and unique Austrian rustic style offered quite a lot.

It is important to note that this is a bed and breakfast hotel. Everything is an additional charge. Including even basic things. In addition, there was no air conditioning in the rooms and if you leave a window open, small mosquitoes come in. The lobby closes at 8:00 PM and it is completely dark there.

Christina was wonderful, such a great person, she helped us with everything from day 1. The place is amazing, 1 hour drive from everywhere you would like to see, just a bif far from.salzburg and vienna. Great playground and other stores around. For sure coming back

Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes.

Super friendly staff, Very nice and spacious room. Very clean.

Lighting in room could be improved.

The hotel itself, spa, breakfast, location

Lovely staff, amazing location and beautiful views all around. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the Friday morning Yoga.

The breakfast was very delicious, and the stuff was very helpful. The spa and the inner swimming pool had the right temperature, and all of it was always clean

The water pressure in the shower was very weak.

We truly enjoyed our stay - perfect loft room for a family of 4. Superb breakfast, really good pool and sauna area. Location was great, skibus nearby and many nice restaurants very near. Very clean. Good beds.

Amazing staff. Kim was absolutely incredible.

That we couldnt stay longer

All it’s perfect

Amazing hotel, very accommodating staff, clean with excuisite attention for details

PERFECT & AMAZING PLACE!

Great location. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Only one of the staff was nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous, big, specious. But that's all. The cons outplay the pros by a mile so to speak.

Where shall I start? 1. There in NO DOOR in the shower!! How can I family stay there? We had say to each other not to pass while taking a shower. This is a family room. Not for couples. And even then I would appreciate having a door for PRIVACY 2. No fridge! there is a box for each room to use in a shared fridge upstairs. But we usually have drinks and some fruit to eat so every time we had to go up. Most important, we have a medicine that needs to be in the fridge and it's just a nuisance. Having to take the kid upstairs at night for his medicine isn't ideal to us 3. Internet barely working, I used all of my plan and the kids could barely use theirs 4. Check out at 10:00 which is so early. To get a room you need to wait until 16:00 - so 6 hours? And when I asked to stay until 11 they said no, this is something that I had to book in advance for an extra fee. This is ridiculous. I was not asking to stay for a day, only 1 hour. 5. No one to talk to from reception after 20:00. It's ok that there is no one in the reception 24/7. it's not a hotel but no one to talk to isn't good

Breakfast, gym, staff, clean, location, decor, parking, amenities, pool.

Nothing

Service was incredible, rooms were super clean and cozy and welness and spa was just delightful experience at the end of the day

For me there was not enough options for breakfast

Excellent location, very close to the store, restaurants and sky lifts. Well equipped kitchen. Free use of sauna and pool.
