Certo, ecco una versione naturale e positiva: I really enjoyed everything about my stay. First of all, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the manager really stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The value for money was excellent, and the strategic location was another major advantage. There was also a great variety of food, everything was tasty and well prepared, and with so many different options, we never got bored with the meals. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place I would happily recommend.

The cleanliness of the room external terrace could be improved.

The views of the ocean are exceptional and the resort has a very relaxing island vibe. All the Staff are friendly and so welcoming...Especially Big Thanks to Jennifer Lopez for the stay so Entertaining

Well located. Sea front with nice views and swimming pool. The staff were nice and attentive. They provided a birthday cake and sang to me. Different dinner menu during the week.

The music in the restaurant is loud and noisy. You will only be able to rest past 10 pm. The bathroom ventilator was extremely loud. Very disturbing. The sheets were old and stained. There was an extra fee charged on my bill that i did not understand the origin of.

Le personnel (une spéciale dédicace à Jennifer lopez pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions, au directeur pour son contact client et à Jocelyn pour son talent vocal). Les chambres sont confortables et soigneusement entretenues tous les jours. Le buffet est de très grande qualité avec une spécialité différente chaque soir. L'hôtel est à taille humaine et propose chaque jour des animations.

Globalement l'ensemble de la prestation est très très satisfaisant. S'il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire, je recommanderais d'améliorer l'isolation des chambres situées côté rue qui sont mal insonorisées vis-à-vis du trafic routier.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar, das Personal war immer freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren abwechslungsreich und das jeweilige Buffet bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Strand aber die beiden Strände (Mon Choisy, Trou aux Biches) sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Was die Verpflegung Halbpension sehr praktisch macht, da man so an beiden Stränden die typischen mauritischen Foodtrucks voll und ganz auskosten kann. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Essen sehr gut und alles sauber. Die Betten waren auch extrem bequem. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Sonnenuntergang am Strand ein Traum. Werden dieses Hotel gerne und oft weiter empfehlen.

Auch wenn es keinen schönen Sandstrand gibt, haben wir es sehr genossen am Meer zu liegen.

Also extrem aufgefallen ist das Personal… immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch der Hotel-Manager war jeden Tag unter den Leuten und hat gefragt ob alles passt. Das Hotel ist noch recht klein, was eine tolle Atmosphäre gibt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, der Strand vor dem Hotel ist aber Steinig, ca 5min entfernt ist der bekannte Mont Choisy public Beach, dort hat es wundervolle Sandstrände. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und sehr empfehlenswert.

Höchstens ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht der Rede wert sind.

the garden is great, real rest for your eyes staff cleans really constantly everything and everywhere, the staff is kind, sometimes too kind, constantly asking if you are well, sometimes I even found it too intrusive :) staff really makes efford to enternain guests the cuisine was offering rather a variety, so it does not get boaring eating always the same thing. I was just surprised by the lack of fresh juices and no fresh milk, powder milk as for rooms, beds were really confortable and we appreciated a fresh water every day

the swimming pool area was under reconstruction, that was not so great, and a bit noisy I have seen the cleaning guy that cleaned the waterfront area to throw the dirty water with saponite directly to the see, I have not dared to enter the see at the hotel level ever since.

Tout. L'ensemble du personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Une spéciale dédicace à Jennifer Lopez (la vraie) pour sa gentillesse. Bravo aussi au directeur pour son contact client. La qualité du buffet est à souligner avec des spécialités différentes chaque soir. Les animations le soir viennent enrichir la prestation (ne pas manquer le talent vocal de Jocelyn). L'hôtel à taille humaine est bien situé et très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables.

L'isolation phonique des chambres côté rue mérite d'être améliorée (porte d'entrée et fenêtre salle de bain qui laisse trop passer le bruit des voitures.). Ce bémol n'entâche néanmoins pas la qualité des autres prestations.

L’endroit était magnifique, le personnel était très agréable et disponible.

Super séjour dans l'établissement Coral Azur rien a dire. Lieux magnifique, personnels au top franchement. Jennifer Lopez incroyable Shemma avec qui on a manger Vincent de l'accueil qui m'a régalé une super bonne personne. Tout était au top, restaurant, loisir sur place. Je recommande fortement l'établissement Et je voudrais remercier aussi Francesco le directeur qui agréable et a la bienveillance de ces clients A la prochaine comme on dit chez vous 🙂

Un peu plus d'eau pour la douche

Séjour incroyable, nous avons même prolongé nos vacances à l'hôtel. Très accueillant, personnel à l'affût pour nous satisfaire, toujours une petite attention. Les repas à thème et les petits déjeuner sont excellents, supers cuisiniers, les nombreuses activités nous permettent de ne pas s'ennuyer et Jennifer Lopez est tout simplement au petit soin avec ses clients pour rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Super réveil au matin avec la chambre vue sur mer, et la vue de la piscine avec la mer en fond est tout simplement splendide. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

besides everything being absolutely incredible as you'd expect from a 4+ star hotel, even though it is only a 3 star hotel, in every single possible dimension (rooms, cleaniness, food, staff, location, facilities, events, etc...) the most standing out point was really the one and only staff members, which in our multiple hotels stay was absolutely unmatched. the Charisma, reception and guest dedication of Jeniffer Lopez, who's a wonderful singer that will animate the whole hotel on Karaoke nights, and Francesco's cheerfulness are truly unmatched, and made us feel like next time we visit the island it only will make sense to stay very long at Coral Azur. Note we did try many other wonderful resorts during our 1 month stay, but the 3 days at coral Azur were some of the most special.

during our stay there was still some minor renovations ongoing around the pool area, which means by the time you go there you might have an even better resort we got :)

L’accueil de Brinda, de Francesco et d’Emmanuel. La gentillesse de Prescilla et de Meera. Les chambres étaient très agréables, très propres et joliment décorées . Le buffet le soir était très bon et varié. Les animations et les spectacles le soir.

Les travaux en cours mais ça ne faisait pas trop de bruit, ça enlevait juste la vue sur mer de la piscine. Il faut savoir que beaucoup d’hôtels font des travaux en cette saison .

So many good things to list - the location is amazing, the staff in all areas of the hotel are SO friendly and helpful, while the pool was under renovation while we where there, you can see how amazing it must be once it is open, fab being able to go in the water bottom boat and the canoes as part of the hotel offering, and the breakfast buffet was great! You can wander down to the beach during the day, both Mont Choisy and Trou de Biches within walking distance, and sitting on the sun loungers watching the sunset each night was amazing! There are a couple of nice restaurants in walking distance, but we also caught a cab into Grand Baie for lunch / dinner if we wanted a change of scenary. We also had a medical emergency with our young son and the hotel was phenomenal - Vincent at reception organised a taxi in seconds and phoned the hospital ahead of us getting there. Jennifer and Francesco (GM) both came to visit us in hospital to bring us food from the buffet and check up on us. We could not have felt more supported despite the stress and being away from home.

Not a complaint, more a nice to know for those reading the reviews - if you are a light sleeper, bring the support you need. All the hotels / apartments along this strip of the beach are close to the road and you do hear cars in the early hours of the morning if you are a light sleeper. This did not disturb my husband, young son or mum at all so not an issue for the majority of people

Personnel très chaleureux, toujours souriant, à l’écoute et très compétent. Hôtel à taille humaine et très bien situé. Vu que la piscine est en travaux nous avons été surclassé en pension complète, nous avons vraiment apprécié ce geste.

Aux buffets tout était très bon sauf les desserts qui manquaient vraiment de goût.

Perfect family holiday Six wonderful nights at Coral Azur with our two young children. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming — nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was excellent with fantastic variety at every meal, and the Kids Mini Club kept our little ones happily entertained. Beautiful beach, calm lagoon for swimming, great free activities (glass-bottom boat, snorkelling, kayaks), and a lovely Sega show. When the pool was under renovation, they kindly upgraded us to half board — a thoughtful touch. Superb value and a genuinely caring team. We'll definitely return — thank you Coral Azur! 🌴🌊

La chambre est spacieuse et propre, la literie est très confortable, le personnel est à l'écoute. Petite terrasse de chambre au RDC ou je pouvais voir mon fils joué dans le petit parc de jeux de l’hôtel❤️. Les animateurs sont super sympa. Ils jouent avec les enfants, animations chaque soir. Les buffet: le matin il manque la touche de maurice ( sagou, thé bois chéri avec du lait) c'est plus européen mais c'est bon, le soir les repas sont excellent également énormément de choix ( coup de cœur pour l'agneau et le bœuf à la plancha)🤤. L’arrêt de bus est très proche de l'hôtel en quelques secondes on y est.

La piscine n'était pas chauffée il n'y avait pas le jacuzzi. Du coup on a pas du tout pu profiter de l'eau puisque en plus c'est l'hiver. Ça c’etait un gros problème. La douche avait une pente énorme du coup C’était compliqué pour mettre mon bébé de 15 mois dedans car il glissé du coup obligéde le tenir dans mes bras pour le douché, pour un adulte oui mais un enfant 2 voir 3 c'est dangereux.

Firstly, the resort charges an additional €2 per guest as a service fee, yet virtually no room service is provided. Guests are repeatedly asked to collect items themselves from the reception rather than having them delivered to their rooms. The reception staff often displayed poor manners and lacked the hospitality one would expect from a resort of this category. Simple requests were handled unprofessionally, leaving guests feeling unwelcome. The room itself was poorly designed, with no convenient electrical socket near the electric kettle, making its use inconvenient. Basic amenities were also lacking—only one bottle of water was provided, and guests had to contact reception for even minor necessities. Unfortunately, most requests were refused for room delivery. Another major inconvenience was the absence of dedicated parking within the resort premises. Guests with vehicles may find this particularly frustrating. A significant portion of the property was inaccessible due to ongoing construction work, which affected the overall holiday experience. Considering the resort is relatively small and several facilities were unavailable, the booking price felt excessively high and offered poor value for money. Housekeeping services were either inadequate or unavailable during the stay, further adding to the inconvenience. Overall, Coral Azure Resort failed to meet expectations in terms of service, facilities, and value for money. I would not recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mauritius.

Freundliches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Am Anreisetag haben wir ein kostenloses Mittagessen erhalten.

Pool wurde renoviert und steht somit nicht zur Verfügung. Wir wurden jedoch erst nach der Buchung darüber informiert. Die Bilder, die bei Booking online sind, passen absolut nicht. Das Hotel hat sicherlich Potenzial, aber zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt würde ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Il Coral Azur è andato oltre le mie aspettative: personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, vista mare al tramonto ottima, pulizia top, wi-fi disponibile e perfettamente funzionante in tutta la struttura. Al nostro arrivo, ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglia di vino in camera, ci hanno offerto la prima cena ed un cocktail nella serata di presentazione dello staff. Oltre a tutto questo, il proprietario ci ha fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera, da vista giardino a vista mare: semplicemente formidabile!

This place has a special atmosphere. The complex is comfortable. It has everything you need. They welcome you, accommodate you, clean every day for you. In the garden there are relaxation areas with beautiful vegetation, the kitchen and food are great, especially the béchamel sauce is the best I have ever tried. Every night there is a different kitchen and program, so the vacation is not getting boring. The managers of this hotel are a world example of how a leader should work - they do not stay in the offices all the time, but are among the people - eat with you, sing and dance with you. We, the whole family, are extremely impressed , especially by the attitude of Jennifer Lopez, to whom we send special greetings from Bulgaria!

Neochota pomoc od personálu. Prostor, kde se můžete pohybovat s půjčeným kajakem je neskutečně malý a nemá moc smysl si ho půjčovat. Při snídani před hosty jedna zaměstnankyně řvala na jiného zaměstnance, že nemá sklízet stoly u snídaně, když je teprve 9:30 že ho nahlásí vedení.

It was so beautiful and location is ideal

Venligt personale - der var kaffe/te på værelset samt vand og 2 cola hver dag. Vi fik ovenikøbet én gang gratis aftensmad inkl. valgfri drikkevare. Området og haven er skønt og vedligeholdt. Vi kunne låne gratis kajak, vandcykel og der var mulighed for en gratis tur i glasbåd.

Poolen trængte til renovering. Men det hele skulle laves nyt dagen efter vi tog hjem.

Accueil très professionnel; chambre standard confortable. Un + pour la qualité de la literie et la taille de l'écran + Netflix appréciable. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas partout mais bien en chambre.

La cuisine est à améliorer. Les activités du soir sont bruyantes et tardives pour les personnes qui viennent pour travailler. La plage devrait être davantage surveillée. Il y a un monsieur qui aborde les filles jeunes sur la petite plage et dont l'hôtel semble bien connaître la présence. Ma fille de 23 ans n'y est plus retournée car l'approche était assez malsaine et non rassurante. Pas admissible dans un hôtel. Hôtel un peu loin de la possibilité de se restaurer en dehors de l'hôtel le soir. Mieux d'avoir une voiture sinon taxi.

Le cadre , le paysage et le personnel très chaleureux.

La propreté de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de l'arrêt de bus. Les taxis juste en face de l'hôtel. Les animations pour les enfants. La disponibilité du personnel. Et surtous mention spéciale pour Mme Jennifer Lopez. Une dame d'une gentillesse énorme. Beaucoup d'humanisme. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Everything was great, the staff is awesome, big thanks to Jocelyn in restaurant as well as to manager Jennifer. The food was awesome, big choice and variety of food. The hotel is very clean in good calm location. It was the best hotel we had in Mauritius, we had better stay here than in another 5* hotel in Mauritius. Many thanks fór everything!

Notre séjour était beaucoup trop court tellement nous nous y sommes sentis bien ! ✨ Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, toujours souriant et attentionné. Le directeur est présent chaque jour, très attentif à nos besoins, tout comme l’ensemble de l’équipe. On se sent vraiment accueilli avec bienveillance du début à la fin. Nous avons été accueillis avec un délicieux cocktail de bienvenue, une attention qui donne immédiatement le ton du séjour. La chambre était impeccable, propre et entretenue chaque jour avec soin. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet et international : il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Nous avons également dîné sur place tous les soirs, et chaque soirée avait son thème parfaitement respecté. Les repas étaient variés, très copieux et excellents. Mention spéciale pour le dressage des tables qui change chaque soir et qui est toujours magnifiquement coordonné au thème proposé. La piscine est impeccable, nettoyée tous les matins. Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Ziemlich sauber - immer schnell und wirklich gut aufgeräumt

1.Die Lage ist schrecklich, wenn ihr zu relativ normalem Strand möchtet - 15-20 min zum Fuss 2.Wenn zum einzelnen Restaurants (2-3) ebenso 20-30 min zum Fuss - die Qualität von denen ein anders Thema. Punkt 1 und 2 gehört eher nicht zum Hotel persönlich, aber für Mauritius insg. bzw. Mont choisy Bezirk ( P.S. Flic en flac - deutlich lebendiger ) 3.Viele Lebewesen im Zimmer in der Nacht Zeit - v.a. Kakerlaken und Geckos - die letzten schreien jede 15 Minuten, wenn Licht aus. Der Frühstück lässt sich zu wünschen übrig - in dem Sinn nicht so abwechslungsreich bzw. überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten nur Frühstück - kann nicht sagen, was wäre beim Mittag- und Abendessen ; aber könnte gut vermuten.

L'emplacement entre les plages de trou aux biches et Mont Choisy. De gentilles attentions pour ses clients ( premier repas offert avec une employée pour faire connaissance, cadeaux à l'arrivée, eau minérale et coca dans la chambre tous les jours). Belles chambres.

Hôtel bruyant, qui manque d'intimité. A mon sens, plutôt destiné à des familles, qu'à des couples. Piscine pas très nette.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est fabuleux. Autant le placement de certaine chambres ( front de mer pour nous) que celui de l’hôtel. Il est grand, lumineux spacieux , pratique et accueillant.

La struttura è un oasi di tranquillità e bellezza con una vista sul mare paradisiaca. E' il posto perfetto per una vacanza di relax, c'è una pace ineguagliabile. La struttura offre diversi servizi, piscina, bar, ristorante, intrattenimento serale, tutto gestito con grande cura, accoglienza e discrezione. Lo staff è eccezionale, tutti ti fanno sentire coccolati in ogni momento. Le spiagge sono stupende e ogni mattina facevamo lunghe passeggiate, abbiamo avuto il lusso di avere il nostro piccolo angolo di spiaggia privato giusto accanto alla nostra stanza. All'esterno non c'è molto da fare, solo qualche ristorante, ma ci siamo sempre spostate facilmente in taxi per andare a Grand Baie, che dista solo 10 minuti. Grazie a Francesco, a Brenda, Joanna, a tutti... davvero col cuore. Stra Felici della nostra scelta, stra consigliato!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Coral Azur Beach Resort. Charlene at reception was truly so friendly and helpful with everything we needed - from advising on hotel amenities to navigating the town and bus service. Meera cleaned our room impeccably every single day which exceeded our expectations. We were also given a free dinner and drinks at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel from Francesco to Jocelyn to JLO was so welcoming and made us feel like we had known them for years, creating such a family atmosphere. Something I truly loved about this hotel was that at 9pm each night there was entertainment, including traditional dancing, singing, games, karaoke - even a cocktail function and fireworks! It was well located in the North part - right by the bus stop - which has a stop at sunset boulevard (a must)! And for some of our tours, they picked us up right at the reception. The pool area is also beautiful, right by the ocean and the hotel offers free water activities such as kayaking, glass bottom boat rides and so forth. I would definitely come back! I miss everyone already!

For a girls trip this accommodation was perfect in terms of price, amenities and so forth, however do note if you have children that there will be music playing from 9pm - 10pm rougly with the entertainment. Each night there is a different type of cuisine e.g. Italian, Mauritian etc. We took the breakfast only option and we were happy with this as it allowed us to try out different restaurants and street food. The breakfast spread was really good and was better than the dinner. Also to note - we did not see an entrance to the beach where we could swim at the hotel. However the Mon Choisy beach is super close by.

Breakfast was the same everyday. They could change their menu. Maybe add vegan stuff to the menu.
