Unfortunately not my style. A bot over the top and feels like a film set for Dynasty circa 1980. Very strong smells reminiscent of a leather-jacket clad, mustachioed, aviator-sunglasses wearing drunken uncle, again, circa 1980s. Overall though, not bad. Just a personal preference. The lady at check in overcharged me but called and rectified the mistake before I noticed. So honest, polite, and decent enough.

酒店跟萬像城只是一街之隔，很方便。房間乾淨，有一盞床頭燈壞了和窗紗不能關閉，窗廉可用，可以接受，其他都好滿意。服務方面也很好，退房時可自行辦理，方便快捷。總括而言，值得推薦。

地點十分方便，有大型商場。 洒店及房間較陳舊，設施一般，衛生整潔度滿意。

Truly enjoyed our excellent stay. The hotel was very chic, modern, comfortable, a true five-star, at a slight discount (about 25%) from comparable Western brand hotels. However one caveat, we spoke some very basic Mandarin, without which the stay would have been challenging. Most staff spoke little English, and most signage were in Chinese only. The hotel seems to cater to wealthy domestic travellers rather than foreign tourists. ROOM: We stayed in a "Digital" room, true to the photos, uber futuristic looking, very chic, very thoughtfully decorated. It was a very spacious room, with open concept bathroom area, and a round bathtub in the living room area. Overall, the room was comfortable, luxurious feeling space. The complimentary snacks/fruit and mini-bar was a nice touch LOCATION: Quite conveniently located. Subway stops on 3 different lines are within walking distance, Up-scale/western shopping centres and lots of nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity, plenty of more economical/local dining options just a few minute walk away. The super busy Dongmen shopping area (mostly locals) and the shopping area next to the Luohu crossing (mostly tourist traps) are both about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Service – Front-desk staff were friendly, though as noted spoke very little English. Housekeeping staff were diligent and accommodating (of our night-owl schedule). The buffet breakfast was a bit haphazard.

服務員全都非常親切友善，晚上回房前到大堂想問一些資料，接待員會記得我是誰及住那間房間。 早餐的廚師也會主動跟我聯天，非常好的體驗。

I was given a deluxe double room instead of standard room type which I have reserved from Expedia when I check-in around 8:30pm. I like the room type as it was very cozy. Hoepfully, I will be given again the same room type and area size of 45 sqm when my next visit.

房間空間大也整潔，位置十分方便就在萬象城對面，離地鐵站5-10分鐘

It was fine. Just know that if you use the provided charging cable next to the bed, if you press the Master light switch it will also turn off the power to the charging cable. Also, no iron in the closet which is strange for this class of hotel.

服務良好, 早餐較差, 餐廳欠整潔。

It is very convenient location to metro(Line 1 & 2) and shopping mall. Many westernized local foods are nearby.

交通方便鄰近有一個大的商場有餐廳及可以購買東西的地方，因為這次也是第一次到這個酒店還算可以因為住宿的層數出現怪味酒店也有想辦法解決但味道泰龍最後要玩房都下層酒店也有盡快幫忙整體一般但可取的是他有不同的主題房間有浴缸

近地鐵站, 方便, 房間舒適。但接待處服務較差, 又弄錯客人訂房資料，無笑容！

Very good location if you like the new part of SZ. High end shopping mall is near by. Subway is near by. Staffs are not particular friendly. Hotel restaurant looks dated. Towels are bit old. Carpet is dirty. Good size room. Over priced.

整体还可以但是价位偏高.如果花1400下次我会选择其它的5星酒店.这个是商住两用的大楼人员复杂.服务也一般.

The location is very good and very close to the business and shopping center in walking distance.

1st stay at this hotel-usually stay at the Crowne Plaza-Landmark. Location of this hotel is nice, very convenient to shopping. I only chose this hotel because Crowne Plaza was booked due to the Canton Fair & this was a last minute business trip. The lobby set up is nice & very simple to check in. Room had a musty smell but that could be from my nose inhaling the strong smell of perfume from the hallway. Room was clean, normal set up for a hotel but there was a white stain on the brown carpet right next to the bed. Not quite sure what that would be.... The overhead shower head didn't work so that was a disappointment. Also, if you are not Chinese or don't understand Chinese, forget about watching tv. Every single channel is in Chinese! For being a hotel, you would think there would be at least ONE channel in another language. Last thing-If you speak English don't expect to talk to many people for a long conversation. The employees are very limited in English. I called to ask a question about the phone and they had to transfer me two times and even with the third person it took me over 5 minutes just to ask if "Local calls were free" because I wanted to order delivery. Overall if you don't need to talk to anyone or watch tv, this hotel wasn't bad. My next trip to Shenzhen will not be at this hotel unless everything else in town is sold out.

Got a free upgrade to my favourite digital room upon check-in. Hooorrrraayyyy!! 5th time stay in this hotel, this hotel still leave a good image/impression for me to return if i will to be at shenzhen. Location: directly opposite Wan Xiang Cheng(one of the better shopping mall - classy) and 3-4mins walk to Grand Hyatt Shenzhen.

It's my third time to this hotel. The room makes ppl feel comfortable , esp the bed . And it has free movie shown on TV which is good. But the efficiency of service is really not quite well . I have to re-call twice and wait quite a long time until the staff come help us fix the tv and air-con. And the price is gradually getting higher , so I think this is not really worthy now as this hotel doesn't have any facilities . Not even an iPod player at the room . But I will suggest to those tourist who wanna stay around 萬象城

住在这里很方便，对面就是万象城。酒店房间宽敞舒适。住了几次，以后还会继续选择这里。

地點很好，地鐵出口及萬象城對面。房間都整潔， 服務很好，送贈新鮮生果盤及朱古力

服務質素，回復水準

今次因事只能於深夜一时到前台辦理入住，但前台同事在沒有詳細跟進的情況下，只告訴我沒收到訂單，並且就算收到了也不可能有房間，因已經早已停止接受訂房。雖然我已告前台同事我已於早前成功訂房並已被扣款成功，前台同事也只要求我自行與Hotel.com了解。由於已經是深夜，已經沒有懂華語的同事，巧的是前台的英語也不成，結果又由我做翻譯。處理了將近一个半小时。其間Hotel.com沒有酒店的電郵地址，双方爭論已否確認訂單。最终Hotel.com傳真了Hotel.com的電郵後，前台同事才发现真的有我的確認，只是他們忘記了因刚过了零晨，他們應該翻看早一天的記錄。只能說訓練不足和關懷度不夠，失望。

Room Service 不錯，房間舒適，如果有陽台就更好了！大廳服務給人感覺冷冰冰的，明顯管理不到位！真的要改進阿！對面就是萬象城，吃飯逛街還蠻方便的！到羅湖打車只要不到20元，地鐵站也不遠，酒店地點算是相當方便。

位置極佳，但房间一般，没什么餐厅

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, große komfortable und sehr saubere Zimmer. besonders empfehlenswert das Restaurant mit einem für Shenzhen ausgezeichneten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Einziger kritikpunkt. Die Bedienung im Restaurant spricht kaum Englisch.

酒店位置很好，对面就是万象城，走5分钟就到地铁站。房间也蛮大的，住着舒服，就是走廊实在太昏暗了。
