Tinha piscina, um jardim e área externa para tomar um café ou uma cerveja. localização não é no centro mas fica bem perto. Dá para ir andando uns 8 min.

O banheiro precisa ser mais cuidado. A tampa do vaso sanitário precisa ser trocada. Está bem desgasta. Entre os pisos do chão precisa ser mais limpo.

Peccato che non ci fosse operativo il bar a bordo piscina, e che non fornisse le colazioni.

The location is ideal, thanks to its proximity to the port and its convenient position for exploring the island’s beaches. The room was very clean, and the sheets and towels were changed every day. There is also has a beautiful swimming pool, which is very pleasant and relaxing to enjoy after a day at the beach.

La doccia

Trevligt rum med stor balkong mot poolen. I kylen fanns det en flaska vatten vid ankomst. Vattenkokare, te och kaffe. Skön säng, bra tryck i duschen. Rent och fräscht runt poolen.

I ragazzi dell’hotel erano molto gentili.

Bagno piccolo. doccia piccola e impraticabile per posizione del miscelatore. Doccia con tenda e grata sul pavimento del bagno dal quale usciva l’acqua e il bagnoschiuma della doccia. Lavabo piccolissimo. La camera era rumorosa per via dell’affaccio sul lato strada e per la rumorosità del motore esterno del climatizzatore della camera del vicino. Il primo giorno mancava il lenzuolo superiore e non potevo chiederlo per via dell’orario notturno.

Il residence era molto carino, la stanza spaziosa, con un bel balconcino grande che dava sul giardino. A due passi a piedi da tutto.

The pool and the staff were great

Unfortunately the wifi was virtually non existant, in the rooms. The decor was very old and tired, and felt extremely basic especially for how much you pay per night.

Ηταν διπλα στο κεντρο της Σκοπελου. Ειχε δικο του παρκινγκ και σιγουρα η πισινα εκανε το χωρο πολυ ομορφο

Stanza molto ampia e confortevole con terrazzino vista piscina, letti grandi e comodi, piscina bellissima e molto curata. Struttura situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e dalla fermata degli autobus che portano alle principali spiagge dell'isola.

Το δωματιο ηταν πεντακάθαρο, καθαριζοταν καθημερινά. Το προσωπικό ευγενικοι και εξυπηρετικοτατοι ειδικα το παλικαρι που εδωσε φοβερες προτασεις για δραστηριοτητες/μαγαζια για τις διακοπες μας.

Posizione top, piscina top, staff gentile e ambiente familiare, stanza giusta per l'uso che ne facevamo

Siamo arrivati dalla fermata piu' avanti e abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare la reception perche' ci siamo trovati l'ingresso lato piscina per primo, magari una piccola freccia fuori quel lato sarebbe comodo!

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση..κοντά στη χώρα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα..

Very friendly staff. The common area with the swimming pool is great. The AC works perfectly. There’s a city bus stop very close by, which is super practical if you don’t have a car! :)

The bed was not very comfortable, we could feel the mattress springs. A bit noisy during the night due to the street just in front. The shower would flood the bathroom each time.

Τα δωμάτια ήταν άνετα και καθαρά! Το ξενοδοχείο είχε πάρκινγκ! Είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και σε απόσταση 1 λεπτού έχει και σούπερ μάρκετ.

Дуже гарні номери, в старовинному стилі. Чудовий басейн, близько до центру та автобусної зупинки. Прибирали щодня.

The location of the property is very good- close to the bus station, the center and markets. The value for money is definitely there. The part of the hotel we were in seems very newly renovated and it was comfortable.

The WiFi was not very good, so in case you need to work or require fast internet connection, definitely consider alternative ways. Also the lack of mosquito nets is very apparent, so just keep in mind since it’s in nature that there will be a significant amount of bugs entering your room.

L’emplacement était parfait ! Juste à côté de l’ensemble des routes principales, des stations services et des commerces ! À seulement 10 min à pied du centre de skopelos.

Dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait plus régulièrement avec le sable et la poussière de la plage, Ou juste mettre un balais à disposition afin de le faire nous même.

Είναι πολύ κοντά στην Χώρα και έχει ωραία πισίνα. Επισης δίπλα στην πισίνα έχει πολύ ωραίο μέρος για να κάτσεις και να παίξεις επιτραπέζια.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό, έβλεπε στον δρόμο με αποτέλεσμα να μας ενοχλεί πολύ η φασαρία από τα μηχανάκια και τα αυτοκίνητα και μέτρια καθαριότητα.

The pool was lovely, peaceful & clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday & the location was easy walking from the port & town. The staff were friendly & helpful.

The room was very dated & basic. The toilet flush was temperamental & the shower didn’t have a hook & very small with a shower curtain that didn’t keep the water in. The balcony view wasn’t nice & there was a lot of mosquitos in & around the property. Very limited wardrobe space

La parte esterna è il punto forte della struttura, la piscina è abbastanza nuova e anche la parte di relax. La posizione è anche abbastanza comoda al centro città, in soli 6/7 Min si è al porto.

La nostra camera era decisamente datata e con carenze di pulizia (presenza di ragni e ragnatele ovunque). Il bagno necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente. Nota particolarmente dolente per il materasso della tripla: eccessivamente duro e scomodo, uno standard inaccettabile per una tariffa superiore ai 100€ a notte. Infine, l'assenza della colazione inclusa è una grossa pecca, considerando che la struttura avrebbe tutto lo spazio necessario per offrirla.

Accueil sympathique. Très bien placé quand on est à pieds, proche du port, des restaurants et d’un supermarché. La piscine est agréable. Climatisation

Chambre à la décoration très vieillissante. Réservation d’une chambre de 24 m2 qui en faisait 12 au final. Proche de la route. Aucun service de bar ou petit déjeuner.

Struttura molto bella, pulita e rilassante in una posizione molto comoda. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile.

Letto basso e materasso scomodo , bagno troppo piccolo

Posizione centrale vicina al centro del paese, al porto e alle principali attrazioni turistiche . Personale gentile e disponibile.

Se metti il cartello alla maniglia della porta per pulire la stanza non puliscono/riassettano , se non lo metti riordinano la stanza e cambiano gli asciugamani. Troppe vespe in giro, sia sul balcone che davanti alla porta, probabilmente ci sono nidi in giro !

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, βολική τοποθεσία, καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής, δίπλα στη χώρα σε εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ και ΑΤΜ.

Απολαυσαμε τη διαμονή μας, Το γράφω μόνο ως πρόταση βελτίωσης, γιατί είναι μικρες αλλαγές που μπορούν να αναδείξουν περισσότερο το κατάλυμα. και τα δύο κρεβάτια είχαν πολύ σκληρά και παλιά στρώματα, όταν ξάπλωνα ένιωθα τις σούστες και ξυπνούσα πιασμένη. Επίσης η κουρτίνα της ντουζιέρας ήταν λίγο κοντή και γέμιζε συνεχώς νερά το πάτωμα.

Situated close to the main town and port but just far enough away for it to be calm and peaceful. I loved my stay here it was comfortable and clean. Really really clean. I enjoyed a cup of tea overlooking the pool on my huge balcony in the mornings and it was so calm and peaceful to relax by the pool in the afternoons. Most days I had it to myself :) It’s also really close to all the main restaurants and the bus station with the excellent bus service taking you to all the pretty beaches.

I didn’t stay long enough :)

Das Personal war immer erreichbar. Der Pool hat ausreichend Liegen.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer war okay, aber Kaffee/Tee wurde nicht nachgefüllt und der Müll wurde nicht abgeholt.

Fajny basen, leżaki. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, czysto i schludnie:-) Blisko do centrum, supermarketu i dworca autobusowego.

Najlepiej, czyli najciszej będzie w pokoju od strony basenu, bo te położone po drugiej stronie są przy głównej drodze, więc jest głośno.

El baño, la cortina de la ducha cubria tambien el wc asi que se mojaba todo. No te hacen la cama, simplemente te dejan las sabanas sobre la cama para que tu te la hagas

Vicina al porto e quindi al centro e a tutti i punti di interesse. Rilassante stare a bordo piscina e dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito. Assolutamente consigliata.

Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς και ιδιαίτερα σε αυτήν την τιμή.Ανετο,όμορφο,καμιά σχέση με κάτι παμπάλαια που ζητούσαν τα ίδια λεφτά ή και παραπάνω,5 λεπτά μακριά από το κέντρο με τα πόδια,στα 300μ. S/m Σκλαβενίτης,πάντα ζεστό νερό με τρομερή πίεση,υπέροχη θέα στην πεντακάθαρη πισίνα,ολοκαίνουργιο στρώμα που δύσκολα βρίσκεις για να κοιμηθείς σαν άνθρωπος,πεντακάθαρο,μεγάλη τηλεόραση και γενικά όλα ήταν υπέρ του δέοντος και ίσως αδικείται από τις φωτό.

Δεν είχε καθόλου καλό wifi αλλά επειδή ήταν τόσο καλό σε όλα τα άλλα δεν μπορώ να αφαιρέσω αστέρι.Ισως έφταιγε το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο. Επίσης δεν είχε σιτες αλλά δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα και το προσωπικό από 9 η ώρα που καθάριζε φώναζαν αρκετά.

Το Κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό για την τιμή του, ήταν όλα υπέροχα, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο, βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση λεωφορείου και έχει ακριβώς από δίπλα parking

Cordialità, possibilità di check in anticipato, posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Skopelos, camera ampia e fresca, silenzioso.

Il letto potrebbe essere più confortevole.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία και πολυ καλη τιμη το δωμάτιο έχοντας κανει κρατηση νωρίς μες στον χρόνο.

Είχε λίγες πρίζες το δωμάτιο και μόνο μια δίπλα στο κρεβάτι. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο ένα πολύμπριζο. Το ίντερνετ δεν πολυλιτουργουσε.

Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, παρά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , ευγενικό προσωπικό και οικονομικη διαμονή!!!!

Είχε πολύ όμορφο εξωτερικό χώρο ησυχία και καθαρό πολύ. Το προσωπικό όλου του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο.

Το κατάλυμα που έμεινα ήταν από τη μεριά του δρόμου και δεν μπορούσες να βγεις στο μπαλκόνι αλλά μπορούσες να πάρεις το καφεδάκι σου και να το πιεις στη πισίνα.

Alojamiento estupendo. Fácil de llegar andando desde el puerto. Tal y como está en las fotos. Habitaciones antiguas pero muy grandes y espaciosas. Espacio de la piscina muy cómodo para relajarse. Repetiríamos! Se paga allí directamente. No tomamos desayuno.

Pool, Zimmer und die lage

La struttura è super carina, l'esterno è bellissimo ed è in una posizione ottima. Perché non nel centro città ma a 10 minuti a piedi. La ragazza che gestisce è molto disponibile

Se ci fosse almeno la possibilità di farsi un caffè la mattina, non sarebbe male. Anche pagando, mi sarebbe piaciuta poter chiedere un caffè prima di uscire.

Senz'altro, oltre alla buona posizione, il bel giardino all'ombra con piscina, i tavolini con possibilità di consumare la colazione (portata in loco da struttura vicina) o tranquille partite a carte, rappresenta la specialità della casa.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi la camera un pochino stretta.

Posizione, gradevole e curato giardino per relax. Possibilità di avere una buona ed economica colazione dal vicino posto la Tana.

Insetti di vario tipo non sensibili ai repellenti più forti, ma sono a Skopelos dappertutto

V tomto ubytovaní som bola už 2.x, všetko bolo super, na izbe nie je kuchynka, treba s tym rátať. Ubytovanie má bazén, čo je veľkou výhodou, na izbe bolo čisto. Komunikácia s ubytovaním bola výborná.

Nič

Super apartman blizko centra za velmi dobru cenu. Ked nepreferujete luxusne hotely, toto ubytovanie je skvele. Velkym plusom je bazen. Kedze som bola este mimo hlavnej sezony, v casti, kde som mala izbu takmer nik nebol, tak bol uplny klud. 2-3min je velky supermarket, dalsi je smer centrum tiez 3-4min pesi. Pani Nina je velmi mila, napomocna vo vsetkom.

Jedina vec, ktora mi trochu vadila, ze sa strasne vsetko ozyvalo ked sa na prizemi rozpravali, vsetko je pocut.. Kedze mam velmi lahky spanok, vyriesili to stuple do usi. Nehodnotim to ako uplne negativum, pri takychto ubytovaniach je to bezne (kto chce luxus, musi si aj priplatit).

Everything was great. It was clean, comfortable, our room with pool view was quiet with no traffic noise, location was excellent, pool area was very nice. Cleaning, changing of towels and supplying with new toiletries happened every day. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, rental agencies are nearby as well. We loved it and if we ever return to Skopelos, we will definitely book this place again. :)

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική κοντά στο κέντρο. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, όμορφο, με όλες τις παροχές, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σε μελλοντική μας επίσκεψη στη σκόπελο.

Lage sehr gut, Chora in 10 min. leicht erreichbar, Parkplatz nebenan verfügbar, Zimmer sauber gut ausgestattet, Balkon, Pool mit Bar und Liegen. Sehr gute öffentliche/Bus anbindung.

Room was dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. No tea/coffee in the room but when I asked Nina she immediately brought me a tray and a kettle which was nice. Loved the pool and my room overlooked it. Traditional old style Greek accommodation. Overall a decent place to stay in Skopolos.

Being on main road. No facilities really at Sun Accomodation but it was still early in the season.

This is a family run hotel and all staff are part of the family. Maid service, fresh linen on alternate days and top ups of shampoo and shower gel. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. 2 small bottles of water given on arrival. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. I did have a small problem with the shower but this was sorted quickly. Large king size bed. The room looked modern and the whole area well kept.

There is no reception, but I was met on arrival. The internet was a bit temperamental. Beware when stepping out of the property as it is straight into the main road into Skopelos( remember to look left to check no vehicles are coming) as there is no pavement. There are no safety deposit boxes for valuables. It would have been nice to have a kettle to make drinks. The unit with small fridge looked a bit worn and had obviously leaked at some point so the wood needed replacing.

El hotel está bien, pero necesita cambiar algunas cosas cómo colgadores del baño,espejo.

El agua de la ducha se salía por la mampara.

Gute Lage, nah am Hafen, Parkplatz vorhanden. Swimmingpool sah gut aus, haben wir aber nicht verwendet.

Nachts kann es von der nahen Straße teilweise ein bisschen laut sein.

Everything was descent.

There was nothing I disliked in particular. However, there was no breakfast available.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και το δωμάτιο άνετο και σε καλή τοποθεσία.

Το δωμάτιο χρειαζόταν παραπάνω καθάρισμα. Αλλάζανε τακτικά τις πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια ωστόσο το μπάνιο ήταν εμφανώς βρώμικο.

La ubicación y el trato del personal

El baño en general. Las cortinas de la ducha tenían moho, no llegaban al suelo por lo que al ducharte se inundaba toda la habitación. Además, salía agua del desagüe de la ducha y olía a tubería. No hay separación entre ducha y WC. Enchufes rotos, salidos de la pared justo en el cabecero de la cama. Los colchones dejaban mucho de desear, se notaban todos los muelles.
