Great set of apartments situated very close to Skopelos town. Great view of the town, and easy access as it's only a few minutes walk away. Very accommodating and helpful hosts, would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, brilliant loctation to the town. Very clean and the view was lovely.

I would have preferred a double bed as putting the singles together still have a gap between. The shower was limiting in space, but it was a very good shower in terms of power and temperature

Nikolaos was incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests. The property was in a great location only ten minutes walk from town but in a quiet place.

Owners were lively and helpful and hospitable. Lots of kitchen appliances . Comfortable balcony and lovely view . Very clean.

The room I got was not the room advertised so I was misslead and the neighbour's on the shared balcony could easily see over the balcony divider through my glass doors to my bedroom so I had no privacy and it felt awkward at times.

The place is very nice and location is great. Very friendly owners. Parking available.

Nikolaos studios apartments è una bella struttura su due piani con diversi appartamenti. Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato qui per  quattro notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, è spazioso,  letti comodi e un balcone con vista splendida sul mare e su Skopelos Town. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona silenziosa e al tempo stesso strategica, a davvero pochi minuti a piedi dal porto, dal capolinea dei pullman e da tutti i negozi e locali. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili accoglienti e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado con vistas al mar y a Skopelos. Atención personalizada muy atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos. Calidad precio fantástica. Con nevera y menaje. Te vacían papeleras todos los días y te cambian toallas si lo necesitas. Muy recomendable. Skopelos una maravilla

Great value for money! The hosts were very nice and even checking during our stay to make sure everything was okay. They even recommended a great car rental company, which was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service. Everything was clean, comfortable, the AC was working well and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Skopelos!

wspaniały apartament, przemili i bardzo pomocni gospodarze - nie tylko na poziomie kurtuazji, widok z balkonu na II piętrze apartament nr 6 - klasa sama dla siebie, blisko centrum Skopelos ale na tyle daleko, że nie odczuwa się hałasów w porze nocnej. Bardzo polecam.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Spyridoula is begaan met haar gasten. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken. Uitstekende en rustige locatie en toch op 5 minuten van het levendige centrum.

Een teiltje om een kleine was te doen zou handig geweest zijn. Er was maar 1 kookplaat die werkte dus als je zelf wil koken een beetje moeilijk maar voor ons was het geen probleem. Meer dan genoeg tavernes!!

Przepiękny widok na port i morze. Do portu spacerkiem w kilka minut. Pokój duży z aneksem kuchennym. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo Mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Przemili właściciele. A kawa na balkonie z takim widokiem smakowała wyjątkowo. Na miejscu dostępny parking. Polecam 😊

Équipement de base, il y a le minimum (pas de café, thé, mini savon). Déco un peu datée, grecque sympathique mais ça pourrait être un peu moins cher pourr la prestation (après comparaison avec d'autres logements sur la même île)

Ευρυχωρο και καθαρο δωματιο σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια με θεα την ομορφη χωρα της Σκοπελου, προσφερει παρκινγκ που ειναι πολυ σημαντικο και οι ιδιωκτητες ειναι τρομερα ευγενικοι και εξυπηρετικοι.

Lokalita, výhled z pokoje bylo super, ubytovatelé byli milí a vstřícní. Pokoj splnil naše očekávání a byl čistý. Všude jsme měli blízko. Rádi se vrátíme.

This property is in a stunning location just 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The property has everything you could wish for . Stunning views , beautiful room. Excellent air conditioning .beautiful gardens.

My only tiny tiny criticism would be no shower hook for shower head made taking a shower awkward.

Beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable beds. The host was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Very good location for all restaurants !

The location is a few minutes walk from the city center, where it is quieter and the beach is also close. The room is cleaned every day, which surprised us, towels are changed every two days, which is better than anywhere else in a hotel. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We liked it very much, we will recommend it to others... 😁

Maybe there is a shelf missing to put things and the sofa in the kitchen is very hard for comfortable sleeping.

Location was great just by the small town beach, only a five minute walk from the ferry/bus station. The main town centre was only five minutes walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The owners met us at expected time of arrival and explained the room facilities which were all you would need if you wanted to be self sufficient. We weren't but welcomed the tea/coffee making facilities.

The room was perfect — clean, cool, and complete with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower, and we were provided with toiletries and a bottle of water. We arrived on the Sea Jet, and the accommodation was just a seven‑minute walk away, easy to find using Google Maps. It was ideally located for walking into town, with a supermarket conveniently nearby.

The welcome from Rania was like family, the room had all you could ask for, balcony with sea view, well supplied kitchen, toiletries, bed was very comfy, sheets were crisp & clean, nice gardens too, all well tended inside & out, pretty close to ferry 7-10m walk & centre, really enjoyed our stay at this quiet studio.

Perhaps install more electric sockets and a holder for the shower head to go overhead, as its a little difficult to shower one handed, washing hair etc. The above 2 points would have meant id given facilities a '5' minor issues but worth a mention

A small walk to my favourite beach. Yanis picked us up and dropped us at the ferry- really great.

Das Studio Nikolaos liegt schön und ruhig am Rande der Stadt Skopylos. Vom dem Balkon erstreckt sich ein schönes Panorama vom Hafen und der Stad. Die Studio war wie im Vorjahr sauber und gemütlich. Die Besitzer Spiridoula und Niko waren sehr nett. Leider haben wir diesmal weniger Zeit zum plaudern.

Fabulous apartment with amazing uninterrupted views across the bay! Ten mins flat walk into town with some great bars and restaurants on the way! Lovely couple running the place.. highly recommended!

I 100% recommend this accommodation. From the moment you step into the courtyard, you immediately realize you've found the perfect place for a wonderful stay. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the rooms are very spacious, equipped with everything you might need. And if anything happens to be missing, I'm sure the hosts will do their best to provide it—they are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Every room offers a beautiful view of the sea and the town of Skopelos. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk (or even less, depending on your pace) from the town center, where you'll find tavernas and souvenir shops. There are also three restaurants within a 2-minute walk, including one that's highly recommended on other travel websites and another that I personally recommend: Stou Dimitraki. The hosts are exceptionally kind, friendly, and always smiling. For the first time ever, I was asked after just two days whether I needed anything, which made me feel truly cared for. I was also pleasantly surprised when, after I mentioned an issue, they replaced the air conditioning unit in the neighboring room. I had only hoped they would be able to repair it, so this exceeded my expectations. This was my second visit to Skopelos this year, and I only regret not having found this place during my first trip. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

I start this review by saying this will be the first property we check for a vacancy when we return to Skopelos. The property is proudly run by the family and is in a lovely location less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. We were greeted by Nicholaos and Spyridoula and shown around our room. A good sized room, very clean with crisp bed linen and fluffy towels (which were subsequently changed frequently). Good air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Although we didn’t cook, there are sufficient utensils/pans to do so if you wish. However, you are only a 10 minute stroll to the main area of Skopelos Town and there are several great restaurants literally within 3 minutes from your room. Ingredients for cooking could, if you wished, be bought from 2 local supermarkets. Don’t worry about any late night noise, we were there during World Cup matches yet there was no noise disturbance. The balcony was a lovely place to chill and watch the world pass by, plus the ferries and boats ⛵️🚤🛥️⛴️🚢. The bus service also starts from the ferry terminal so you can also explore other parts of the island quite easily. We had an absolutely lovely stay and are very much hoping to stay with them again.

Kleine badkamer, handdouche kon niet worden opgehangen. Geen zonwering zodat op het balkon zitten 's middags niet mogelijk was. Helemaal geen contact met de verhuurder.

Typical Greek family house, top location with view on the sea and the port. Five minutes walk from the center. Daily cleaning and contact with the family. They did everything to make us feel happy. Perfect for a longer stay on the Island. Sunny balcony in the afternoon, free parking place. If you love Greece and are looking for real Greek hospitality, you must be here!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer freundlich begrüsst und gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Hafen. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt, den wir beim Frühstück und am Abend genossen haben. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein gepflegter Familienbetrieb mit schönem Garten.
