Circle Inn - Iloilo City Center

Geräumige Suite mit großzügigem Badezimmer und Balkon. Das sehr große Bett war mega bequem 👍🏼

Klimaanlage sehr laut, die Schiebetür zum Balkon schließt nicht und war nur sehr schwer zu öffen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist bemüht zu lächeln, mehr aber auch nicht. Das trifft leider auch (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen) auf die Bedienung im "Restaurant" zu. Durch den doch anspruchsvollen Preis würde ich hier keinesfalls wieder buchen.

Rooms were fine, but we were not expecting very much as the Circle Inn is a well known budget hotel in the City however the staff were friendly, the rooms were adequate and for a one night airport stopover it suited our needs we did not take the breakfast, as we were up early in the morning to go, all in all fine.

room we were in started leaking water through the ceiling in heavy rains but we were immediately moved so no issues.

La posizione vicino al porto e a diversi centri commerciali. Il personale al desk super efficiente e disponibile. La piscina piccolina ma sufficiente per rinfrescarsi.

Il condizionatore della camera andrebbe rinnovato, è rumoroso e dopo 2 giorni di utilizzo è diminuito di prestazione. Nella zona piscina troppo rumore e odore di cibo proveniente dalla cucina.

The TV is creepy because the volume keeps going up even though no one is increasing it. And even if we lower the volume, it suddenly goes up again after a while.

TV is working, but the remote control is not functioning. The staff has already changed the batteries, but it still doesn’t work, washroom is dirty, and there is no complimentary coffee and toiletries provided.

It's a complete "ShitHOLE," don't even think of staying there!

Because I pre-paid through Bookinking.com, after two days I knew I made a grave error booking this establishment. Booking.com was no help canceling my reservation and had to endure the remaining 5 days of the following: 1) Starting at 6:30 AM, the University next door begins announcements, songs and whatever else they do there. Usually lasts for a few hours M-F. 2) Internet was always sporadic and not available! 3) Untrained staff was not able to take breakfast order despite being told in English and native language what was desired. Waiter tried selling different packages of breakfast that I did not want. 4) Condescending staff later tried to appease me by bring me breakfast to my room, offer rejected in a dramatic way! 5) Partner asked for an extra pillow, wanted extra P100. 6) Facility located in unsafe and dilapidated industrial area of town. 7) At 11:00 AM, could not offer change for P1000. 8) A/C cover not attached properly and fell off unit in the middle of the night. 9) Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, really? 10) No power outlets next to bed, very inconvenient.

Near the port

Feels unsafe outside, towels are too small, lights too dim

The cleanliness and comfort of the room are very good, and the staff are attentive and very helpful. Securities are very friendly and helpful. Food and shopping are just near the area and very accessible to local transportation.

There was some construction around the vicinity at the time of my stay, but it's understandable; the noise didn't really disturb my rest. How I wish there were convenient stores near the area like ShopMart or 7-Eleven or the like, though there is a market near the hotel, but small needs are better found in a convenient store, and ATM banks are a bit far from the hotel area.

The location is near the port and the old town. The pool is an added bonus. Breakfast is good.

The location of the hotel is near many notable food spots in Iloilo and is walking distance to the market and mall.

I loved the location. Right near market, Esplanade, ferries and grocers and eateries. Pool was lovely. Great room. Amazing bed and supersoft linen. Nice room and views. Pretty quiet and good AC. Room service was fabulous and good value. Nice breakfast. I like it so much, I stayed there twice.

There were loud unaccompanied children in the pool area which detracted from my quiet enjoyment. I did mention this to staff, but had to tell the children myself to be quiet. There was a party on my floor, but staff quickly attended to that. The adjoining door room was noisy, but reception kindly found me another room. The rooms were comfy but sone stains and cracks on table, toilet base and walls etc, but overall, very comfortable.

I love how the location is near our venue for graduation. I love the view from my room. Guimaras!

The staff... I think I might say one of the staff... Maybe she's just exhausted... But a little politeness and smile could help ease the mood and vibe of her approach.

Die Lage gefühlt in einem Slum ist furchtbar. Wir haben uns bei Dunkelheit nicht auf die Strasse getraut. Das Frühstück war mit altem Fett zubereitet, nicht zu empfehlen

The WiFi is very bad. It only works intermittently. When it works, the max download speed is 7 to 8 Mbps and upload is 3 to 4 Mpbs. If you need reliable WiFi or work remotely then this may not be the hotel for you.

only had enough hot water for about a 5 min shower, then you had to wait a couple of hours for more. very slow internet during the day. internet at night was un-usable. Hotel is next to industrial area, with a mix of poor residential housing. Very noisy starting around 6am.

Altho it's a non smoking room, our rooms smells a combination of musty and as if someone has been smoking inside for a long time already. It has body wash mounted on the wall but other than that no toiletries were provided (Ive stayed in a cheaper accommodation and toiletries were included already). Bath towels are thin and worn out too (pls change it na🥹). Location is not ideal.

Hotel experience for a very reasonable price. Room is spacious. Bed is big and soft. Pillow is of good hotel quality. Wifi is descent. The water dispensers at every floor is an advantage too. Ladies at the reception always willing to help, very accomodating and informative. We complained on our first night as the room was smelly and the toilet is stinky, immediately they transferred us to a better room. Hotel is located near talipapa but no palengke smell. Hotel is also close to Roberto's, Fort San Pedro and just few minutes away from SM Delgado.

I stayed at the Circle Inn earlier in the week for two nights and a single night before going to the airport. The hotel is comfortable and clean. They serve a decent breakfast and have a ground level pool. The rooms are rather spacious, although the bathrooms are a little smaller, but not to the point of being unmanageable. There is ample room for your belongings and room to work and charge your devices. They do lack mini-fridges, but have cold, filtered water dispensers on each floor. The staff is great. They are always prepared for your arrival, prompt and efficient when dealing with your needs and very friendly and helpful in general. They were ready for my very early check out times and had me a taxi arranged as promised. For a quick stay in Ilo Ilo City, The Circle Inn is a good choice.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the property is clean and quiet and the hotel is in a generally safe area. My room was clean and the AC worked very well. While the property could use some upgrades, I was quite comfortable and satisfied for the value. The staff is excellent. Both times I’ve stayed here they were available and accommodating when I checked out very early. They got me a taxi and checked me out promptly so I could make my connections.

We were charge 300 meal which is not clearly discussed clearly before our check in. We could have eaten outside if learn that our accoumodation do not include breakfast. I paid 9,000 for 15 pax for 2 days. The laundry of towels needs to be improved.

Hotel needs an upgrade, sink is broken but hotel is clean and staffs are pleasant. Price is reasonable.
