everything is good except the tv i cant watch movie properly , cause you need to sign in what ever its complicated thats why my room is very silent sad cause all 2 night i stay no music.

AC is controlled by the facilities.. and its difficult to adjust. We called the reception to adjust but no one came. I went to sleep uncomfortable as the beddings is heavy and ac is i think 26 degrees (not sure)

The access to the lobby was hard to find

My apartment was great with all kind of Conforts , but the swimming pool was totally dirty almost unusable due to insects inside and no water recycling.

With the included breakfast, the food was delicious, and the quality is good, but the selection is quite very limited. Compared to Citadines Bacolod, the variety here is noticeably smaller, with less than half the choices for main dishes, beverages, and desserts. Considering the amount being charged, I honestly expected a wider selection and a more satisfying overall dining experience, so I left feeling somewhat shortchanged.

I booked to celebrate a milestone with my partner and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The initial check-in was a complete nightmare but the manager and receptionist made up for it by accommodating my request to change rooms to a cooler, quieter room. New room is very clean, comfortable, as expected of Citadines accommodations. We were able to get much needed rest. Aside from the new room, the staff also gave us free vouchers for the hotel. We enjoyed a simple breakfast buffet and free massage. Their massage spa is the best I have tried in my life. The massage in itself is a great experience. They also accommodated my request for a late check-out. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they gave it to us for free. Truly grateful for all the experience that Citadines Iloilo gave me and my partner.

Check-in could be improved. The hallways didn't have aircon when we arrived and staff said it was on but just on low setting when it was obviously turned off. Being it was summer, it was unbearable. I was also forced to sign up to be a member because I requested for an early check-in and there was a fee for it. They could be honest about this when I talked to them over the phone. When I checked-in, the card wasn;t working and I couldn't get in my first room. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I was assigned a new room which was beside the street and was noisy and AC wasn't working properly. I feel like these are things they can check before a guest checks-in, making sure cards and locks are working and AC is working.

Parking is so limited. I had to pay 150 for my parking.

Выбирали отели между исторической части города и современной части. Супруга выбрала историческую часть и о боже какое же было разочарование!! Citadines наша любимая сеть отелей в Азии, но как говорится: в семье не без урода! Ужасный отель!! Фотографии не соответствуют действительности! Грязные коридоры, грязные стекла, заляпаные стеклянные двери, ковролин весь в пятнах. И это грязь не одного дня, а это днями, а по ощущениям неделями не убирались. Бассейн грязный не стали купаться. Бассейн очень маленький, там мы никого и не видели за три дня. Если окна еомерв выходят на дорогу, сразу меняйте номер, шумка отсутвует! Отели Citadines славятся своими завтраками, но не в данном отеле. Завтрак полный отстой. Яйца и рис есть !)) В туалете сильно воняет канализацией. Выбирайте отель в другой части города, потому что от исторической части ничего не осталось.(

Surprised… located in busy street but safe, accessible to a SM mall, museums, and restaurants. Also, near ferry to Guimaras. Has a nice gym, pool area and poolside refreshments & beverages

The room is great - offers a kitchenette, big closet and a big fridge. The bed is big and pretty comfy.

The TV and the shower door were not working/closing properly, so it took an extra time to get used to.

I booked a room for my mother’s birthday since I couldn’t be there and only asked for a simple note to make her smile, but they really went the extra mile. ♥️ The room was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Will definitely book again! 💯

Overall, Citadines Amigo is a decent hotel. It is somewhat dated, but clearly maintained with care, especially in terms of its interior design. The pool area is not very large, but it stands out for its pleasant look and feel. A dedicated spa area is conveniently located right next to the pool. Our room was spacious and well equipped, including a proper refrigerator, wardrobe, and kettle. The bathroom was small but functional and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was truly nothing to complain about in terms of service. The location is in a lively and more authentic area of Iloilo City, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, SM Delgado, Watsons, and several thrift shops, which makes it very convenient for daily needs and exploring the neighborhood.

Breakfast offered a selection of both hot and cold dishes; however, many of the hot items were unfortunately no longer warm. One area that clearly needs improvement is sound insulation. We had a room facing the street, and it was very difficult to sleep at night due to poor window insulation and traffic noise. Additionally, my husband unfortunately encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. Even in a tropical country, this should not occur in a hotel of this category.

The rooms of Citadines, as always, are well appointed and perfect for families. It was also very spacious compared to other hotel chain rooms we've stayed in. The bed and air conditioning was good, as was the bathroom. If you are renting a car to get around, they have street parking, which is relatively safe in this city. Also close to other places of interest in the city.

The breakfast was not as well spread, but acceptable for the price we paid for.

I would like to commend the excellent service provided by Raphael from reception. He was courteous, smart and customer centric. His demeanor provided a most welcoming feeling, I give him 5 Star for Service! Moreover, all staff I have encountered provided consistent good service. Bravo!

Centrally located in downtown Iloilo. Rooms were refurbished to be within Citadines standards. Breakfast is decent and rooms were quite spacious. There were also bikes you can borrow to go around the city, though we were not informed upon check-in.

The narrow entrance going into the property if coming from the parking/Amigo mall (not main entrance) is a bit off putting since you have to pass through a restroom- though technically not part of the hotel.

I like that the location is in the heart of Iloilo City proper. The hotel amenities are clean, we love that the bed is comfy, we had a good sleep.

So many things in this hotel could still be improved starting with better cleaning of the bathroom to prevent mold growth or spots looking like mold. The nice swimming pool saved the day and the location is good in the middle of the city. Staff was friendly.

A hotel sponsored event set up a sound system and played it full blast with base music at 3am … yes 3 fuc@&£g am

The location was very close to the shops and tourist spots. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The rooms and hallways could benefit from some upgrades as they were becoming a bit dated. The breakfast choices were very limited.

The staff were all welcoming. They let us checked in early and checked out late. It’s like we never would want to leave the bed/hotel. It was cozy, comforting and really beautiful stay. I just also wanna highlight their toiletries it smelled really good. I took a bath 4x for an overnight stay. Lol

They offer a self-service laundry facility. Additionally, each room is equipped with an ironing board and iron, making it extremely convenient for guests staying for extended periods.

The breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were first class.

I asked the girl at the front desk. to advise housekeeping not to spray deodorant in the room. I arrived at the Hotel early at 11.30 am but was last to be checked in. When I went to the room , the smell of the deodorant was so strong I had to leave the door open for 1 hour as it was making me sick, I rang the front desk and spoke to a guy there, I requested a few things but got zero response. Probably some of the poorest service from a Hotel that I can remember.

Staff are extremely friendly and responsive. They are all friendly and warm.

The inhouse spa had inadequate facilities. No hot water for showering, limited supply of towels and inappropriate sizes for slippers/robes. The rooms were cold. We ended up getting sick.
