Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und (bei geschlossenem Balkonfenster) angenehm ruhig, das Bett wunderbar bequem, der Stauraum für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt gross genug und das Bad zwar etwas klein, aber ganz neu mit einer super Dusche! Ebenfalls lobenswert: genügend Ablageflächen bzw. Haken im Zimmer wie auch im Bad! Das hoteleigene, gepflegte Hallenbad hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen, es ist schön gestaltet und hat hübsche und gemütliche Liegen. Das Nachtessen im Bistro hat uns am ersten Abend so gut geschmeckt, dass wir am Abend darauf gleich nochmals dort waren - zumal wir vom sympathischen Colin hervorragend bedient wurden :-)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Die Lage war hervorragend. Mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben weil wir für 13 Nächte im Hotel waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.

Helaas een erg slechte ervaring. De kamer was zo warm dat ik de hele nacht niet heb geslapen. Toen ik dit bij de manager aangaf, werd gezegd dat de aangegeven temperatuur van de handdoekdroger in de badkamer kwam. Alleen stond die helemaal niet aan, dus die verklaring overtuigde totaal niet. Wat vooral tegenviel was de laconieke reactie: geen serieus vervolg en geen enkele compensatie. Een hotel hoeft wat mij betreft maar één ding echt goed te doen: zorgen dat je kunt slapen. Dat lukte hier niet, en de afhandeling maakte het alleen maar erger.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026A negative is the 18CHF surcharge for in-room dining. It’s the first hotel i have been to that charges extra for just the delivery and on top it’s bit a negligible amount. If I had a wish, I would ask for this fee to be voided.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Very nice hotel in the center of Klosters, next to the river. The room with a balcony overlooking the river is really worth it. Designer furniture and excellent SPA. The staff was very kind, especially Cathy, to whom a special thanks go, really precise and helpful. The restaurant has really good food. The breakfast is varied in the right way and of high quality with local products. At night there was absolute silence, great for sleeping. A rarity.
The only flaws were 1) the pillows not too comfortable for us, other types were already finished except those with millet 2) the WiFi in some parts of the hotel, for example in the room was quite slow.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Das Hotel findet sich in zentraler Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Bahnhof und Seilbahn sowie Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Wirkliche Pluspunkte sind der saubere entspannende Saunabereich und der Innenpool. Das Frühstück bietet frische Speisen in hervorragender Qualität.
Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und direkt über dem hoteleigenen Restaurant. Dadurch konnten wir im Sommer bei Hitze und fehlender Klimaanlage bei offenem Fenster kaum in den Schlaf finden. Dieses Problem dürfte bei den Zimmern, die nach hinten zum Fluss gelegen sind, oder auch in den kühleren Jahreszeiten, vermutlich nicht bestehen. Davon abgesehen gab es für uns nichts zu bemängeln.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily come back again. The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. It was very spacious and well-designed, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the sofa made the room even more relaxing. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchenette, which added extra convenience. One of our favorite features was the large balcony overlooking the river. It was the perfect place to spend our evenings, enjoying the peaceful sound of the flowing water. The room also offered plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep everything organized. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the coffee capsules and tea were replenished regularly. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of delicious options, and we especially enjoyed the freshly prepared omelets, which were cooked to order. The service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. We would also like to mention the excellent spa area, especially the warm swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was of a very high standard.

Feedback nicht gehört und ignoriert - in einem solchen Fall muss man gar keins geben! Um 7 am Morgen kamen Lieferanten Lastwagen. Sehr Laut. Zimmer 115 nicht um mit offene, Fenster zu schlafen.

Sehr geräumiges & sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (Sitzecke, Küche, Kühlschrank, Dusche und Badewanne....) Balkon (Lage zum Fluss, sehr angenehmes Wasserrauschen!) Sehr gutes Bett (härtere Matratze) 3. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet (mit allem was das Herz begehrt und in bester Qualität) 4. 2 Saunen, 1 Dampfbad, Pool und Salzraum zum Entspannen wunderbar 5. sehr gute Lage 5min zum Bahnhof, Bus direkt vor dem Haus & Parkplätze direkt ggü vom Hotel. (40CHF /Woche ist in Ordnung).
