Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Iedere dag stond er een kok een ei te bakken of alle variaties daarop. Alles was in ruime mate aanwezig. Het personeel was zeer voorkomend. Zowel in de bediening, receptie als in de schoonmaak.

Zimmer zu warm und kein Balkon. Reinigungspersonal und Hausmeister schmeißen einen aus dem Bett. Es wurde zwar geklopft aber im selben Moment standen die schon im Zimmer. Reingungspersonal fängt schon um 7:30 Uhr an und ist dabei sehr laut. Wir hatten nach dem 1.Vorfall extra „Bitte nicht stören“ raus gehangen aber man bekam den Eindruck , sie wollte einen aus dem Bett werfen.

La mampara de la ducha perdía agua y el suelo del baño se inundaba al usar la ducha. No había aire acondicionado en la habitación, en los días de calor que hemos tenido en Julio hubiera ido perfecto.

Great place, wish I was staying longer. A little pricy, but I didn't have a car and was coming to paraglide and it was very convenient for that. The super pass was included with the room (which wasn't apparent to me) which improved the value for me since I used the gondola and bus. Overall, great stay, would recommend.

I wished there were yoga mats in the fitness room, which was a bit cramped and there was one mat under a machine that was quite dirty so I didn't bother with it. It was exceptionally hot weather when I was there and I was a little concerned about not having AC in the room. It was ok, but a fan or some airflow (or screened windows to leave them open but without bugs) would have been nice.

Am Empfang und auch das Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und das Abendessen jeweils sehr lecker. Auch die Jause am Nachmittag hatte jeweils mehr als genügend grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten.

Our second visit, cleanliness, standards and friendliness of staff were excellent.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht, weil wir auf gutes Wetter hoffen wollten. Im Sporthotel Neustift wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir haben selten ein so fantastisches Hotel erlebt. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Ein exzellentes Zimmer mit Balkon, ein großer Pool und eine riesige Sauna. Die Skipässe wurden über das Hotel organisiert, und ein kostenloser Shuttle brachte uns zum Gletscher und zurück. Kein Parkplatzsuchen mehr, kein Schleppen der Skier. Das Beste aber waren die 5- oder 6-Gänge-Menüs mit erlesenen Weinen aus dem hoteleigenen Weinkeller. Die Inhaber und das Personal haben sich wirklich alle Mühe gegeben, uns zu verwöhnen. Skvělá kuchyně, velmi příjemná a milá obsluha. Vynikající snídaně i večeře. Ochotný personál na recepci.

Hluk po okny pokoje, kde jsme spali a kde byla bohužel venkovní vířivka, ale pouze do 19:30.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in Neustift sehr gut und ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich schön.

Einige Kleinigkeiten die aus meiner Sicht nicht so ganz passen. Für den Zimmerpreis, wir hatten eine Juniorsuite, finde ich es nicht mehr angemessen oder nachhaltig eingeschweißte Kunststoff-Zahnputzbecher zu verwenden. Die Gestaltung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da gibt es mittlerweile schönere Hotels. Mit der Qualität des Abendessens waren wir nicht wirklich zufrieden. Wir haben die HP dann wieder abbestellt und sind lieber auswärts Essen gegangen.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und das Abendessen hervorragend. Die Jause war in Ordnung.

Eine Salatauswahl bei der Jause wäre empfehlenswert.

Udsigterne og beliggenheden var så fint. Mit værelse lå ved siden af beauty afdelingen og jeg synes det lugtede derfra. Desuden stod døren åben der ind til og blokerede for indgangen til mit værelse. Jeg fik en frokost boks med ved afrejse, da jeg ikke kunne nå morgenmaden

Cordialità di tutto il personale, ed in particolare del ristorante. Ottima posizione e molto bella la terrazza esterna. SPA ampia e molto attrezzata. Cena con ottimo cibo, molto equilibrato.

Tutto ottimo, ma per un hotel 4 stelle superior a mio avviso da integrare il buffet di insalate e la merenda pomeridiana con del cibo salato. Arredamento delle camere da rimodernare.

Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und die Umgebung sind sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Wellness-Bereich ist speziell hervorzuheben. So einen schönen Wellnessbereich habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Diverse Saunen und ein Dampfbad sowie ein wunderschöner Pool stehen von 13 Uhr bis 19.30 Uhr zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und lässt nichts vermissen. Das Abendessen ist qualitativ sehr gut, ich habe hier einzig den regionalen Bezug vermisst. War mir ein bisschen zu Mediterran angehaucht.

Ein Kritikpunkt war für mich der Service beim Abendessen. Man spürt einen merklichen Unterschied in der Behandlung wenn man noch eine Flasche Wein, welche schnell mal 100€ kostet, zum Abendessen dazu bestellt. Das darf meiner Meinung nach nicht sein. Es gibt einfach auch Leute die keinen Alkohol trinken... Das kostenlose Zimmerupgrade (wir hatten bereits eine Familiensuite gebucht) haben wir nicht wirklich als Upgrade empfunden. Das Zimmer war direkt über dem Whirlpool welcher schon ab 7 Uhr morgens benutzt wird. Mit offenem Fenster ist dies ärgerlich. Zudem war das Mobiliar in der Suite langsam nicht mehr zeitgemäss und teilweise reparaturbedürftig (beim Schlafsofa verabschiedet sich langsam eine Textilzierleiste mit spitzen Heftklammern die rausstehen). Die Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite werden durch den Tag extrem warm. Vielleicht muss man hier langsam über eine Klimatisierung nachdenken. Die Nachmittagsjause war ein wenig enttäuschend. Es gab jeweils eine Suppe und Brot sowie verschiedene kleine Kuchenstücke. Ich habe hier die Kaminwurze etc. vermisst.

Eigenlijk alles was goed zeer mooi hotel, goede ligging mooie kamers, hygienisch, goede bedden, voortreffelijk ontbijt en avondeten en genoeg parkeerplek rondom hotel. Het personeel was top, vriendelijk en behulpzaam ( met name dank aan de goede zorgen van lieve Lucia en Zakaraie en grappige Habib ) We hebben genoten !!

Delicious food with excellent choices and salads; great breakfast, and an afternoon tea if you wanted it. Large pool and excellent plunge pool, never too busy, Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Drink prices a bit high

Excellent in all respects. Great location. Generous room sizes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half board option was very good value money and included afternoon tea. The free Stubai Pass was brilliant - free bus travel and cable cars which was great. Very frequent and up and down the valley, and free travel on cable cars (one trip per day on each cable car). Drinks were excellent value at the hotels. Lots to do out and about. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spa and sauna area chill out place and very relaxing. Hotel is in the center of Neustift but quiet place with nice garden and big parking place. All staff family is very pleasant and taking time for short talk about our stay. Very good breakfast and nice dinners. Great place for holidays

SPA area was very nice and excesible.

The Spa was incredible! We are from the states and haven't ever experienced a European Spa before. We were nervous but once we did it the first time, we kept coming back! We went in September, the weather was beautiful and the views were outstanding! There is a Gondola right outside the hotel, buses make it easy to travel and are just a two minute walk from the hotel, the staff is very kind. We were backpacking for over a week before we got to this hotel and we were feeling very rugged after a full day of travel. When we checked in, we were given "welcome drinks" at the bar while a bell hop took our bags up to our room. We instantly were relaxed and felt taken care of. Our stay at Sporthotel was the highlight of our visit to Innsbruck.

We did have issues too with water escaping the shower so we had to be careful but the shower/bathroom was so nice, we even installed blue lights when we got home because of how fun they were in our bathroom!

The highlight of our holiday The food was amazing, the staff were so professional, and the owner is ever-present. As good as any 5 star hotel.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The beautiful location, the wonderful facilities with spacious rooms, a great pool and outdoors area, and a very impressive spa. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff were hospitable and even changed our room due to it being very warm at night. The beds were a medium-firm and of good quality. The food is very good and varied.

It gets hot in the room at night in the summer. The pillows in all the Austrian hotels we stayed at weren’t very good.

The service at the hotel was wonderful. Every single day, a member of the family checked in with us to see if everything was okay. Special mention to our waiter Phillipp who I think eats sunshine and rainbows for breakfast as he is the most cheerful person we have ever encountered. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was delicious - a huge breakfast buffet and a 4-6 course dinner every night (& extra portions offered, not that I think anyone could ever eat more!) We had a two bedroom suite which was large and comfortable with extensive storage, just what is needed on a family ski holiday with lots of equipment. The water and wellness areas were vast and brilliant. The kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the saunas after a long day on the slopes.

The decor of the hotel is now old fashioned in parts. However, it is not at all “tired” - it is of the highest quality and has clearly been lovingly cared for and maintained and is still immaculate.

Property was clean, had nice facilities and it was central to supermarkets and some shops for rental! Easy to get around with their shuttle plus the local bus being a 5 min walk away

We had a very unpleasant experience with the staff here and felt CATFISHED with our room. We had booked a two bedroom suite for three of us. Please be aware that the room isn’t as pictured or described!! There are two bedrooms, one bedroom being “master” with a two seater sofa and a coffee table in it. It is not two separate bedrooms and a living with a fireplace. Additionally, we discovered that although it was a two bedroom suite, the price we paid didn’t include a third person… so we were charged basically the cost of an extra room, with a 2 euro discount… considering room is big enough to host at least 3 people it was extremely disappointing! However when we tried to talk to the staff about it and understand their reasoning we got SHUNNED! They completely ignored us!!! On a separate occasion I had requested a kettle for the room and some mugs, also met with hostility because I couldn’t remember the exact room number…. Also it is not ski in ski out! The hotel is in center so unless there is a lot of snow you will definitely have to drag your stuff to the gondola, which is the smallest ski resort in the area…. With only two chairlifts. Do not recommend spending so much here….

Excellent food and helpful, friendly staff. The location is convenient for the public ski bus and especially noteworthy is the hotel’s shuttle to the glacier ski area.

Very expensive wine and no house wine offered. When we asked about this the response was that they only provide a higher standard of wine.

Food - The breakfast was very good Ski experience - The hotel had shuttles in the morning and afternoon for people in the hotel to the Stubai Mountain, free of charge. Regarding gear rental there’s 2 rental stores near the hotel where I renten a Snowboard, helmet and boots. Location - Near a couple good bars and restaurants, 10 min walk. Stay - Big room with a balcony. Comfortable.

The personel is extremely friendly, we felt right at home. The breakfast was the best selection, most fresh and so delicious. The spa has multiple cabins to choose from. We had a lot of privacy. The gala 6 course diner was amazing and surprisingly cheap!

Eggs cooked to order included pancakes, waffles, omelettes Extra things that showed care e.g. daily information re what was happening in the hotel, area, weather forecast; glass of wine on arrival; friendly staff who were able to give us important information about the area e.g. use of the Stubai supercard Our room had a lovely view of the Elfer Spitze. The balcony had a sunshade as well as table and chairs. Fridge in the room.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Everyone we met was great, with no exceptions. The spa facilities are really nice, cozy, and well maintained. We frequented the spa amenities every day, it was the highlight of the trip. The hotel in general had a warm Christmas vibe and a beautiful mountain surrounding. We will repeat this hotel next time we travel to this area.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and a lot of love for the detail. The food, the Spa area and the room were excellent. There was even live music at the bar on Saturday evening. The staff at the reception, bar and in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. There were a separate room for the ski equipment.

The spa closes at 19:30 p.m. and dinner finishes at 20:30 p.m. So for guests coming back to the hotel from skiing at around 06:00 p.m. there is not enough time to really enjoy the Spa and the swimming pool. 30min-60min more would make it much more comfortable. Furthermore I found the behavior of many guests at the Spa completely unacceptable. Some of them watched YouTube videos on their mobile phone’s without headset or had a phone call in the relax area. From my point of view, mobile phones should not be allowed in the Spa area. Due to the different cultural backgrounds of the guests a spa rules instruction at check-in could help to avoid such behavior in future.
