Hotellets läge och den lyxiga känslan på hotellet.

Der var dejligt roligt, ikke for mange børn, de børn der var, de var rolige. Det indbød til afslapning efter en tur i bjergene.det lå perfekt i forhold til en skilift op. Også nemt med offentlig transport at komme rundt til de andre lifte. Mega god og velsmagende mad.dejlig wellness område. Jeg er genopladet. Kostede lidt mere end andre steder men synes også man fik noget ekstra for pengene. Vi havde halvpension. Og det var alle pengene værd.

Buffet om lørdagen. Der var pludselig alt for meget larm da det åbenbart er en travl udskiftnings.dag, plus der manglede noget til børnene denne ene dag, alle andre dage var der en børnebuffet, hvilket var rigtig godt.

Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Schöne und große Zimmer. Toller Wellness und Badebereich :) Hunde sind herzlich willkommen :)

Già il fatto che quando andavo in Trentino alla reception mi parlavamo in tedesco e qui in Austria mi parlano in italiano è un notevole upgrade. Ottima la colazione, centrifuga TOP. Tanta roba poter caricare l'auto elettrica gratuitamente. La Stubai Card offre un sacco di agevolazioni.

I tempi della cena, nonostante il numeroso personale, decisamente troppo lunghi, considerato che la scelta dei piatti veniva fatta la mattina. L'acqua troppo calda nella vasca idromassaggio esterna.

L’accueil était très chaleureux. Nous avons voyagé avec notre petite chienne, une cocker Spaniel. Nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien accueilli avec elle. Nous avons eu une magnifique chambre, et une très belle table dans la véranda du restaurant. Les chiens sont les bienvenus dans cette établissement. Ils ont droit à leur couverture et gamelles dans la chambre comme au restaurant. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour qui veux voyager avec son animal de compagnie.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war fantastisch und das Personal hat sich sehr gut um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Śniadanie bylo smaczne. Lokalizacja spełniła moje oczekiwania.

Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Mehrgängiges Abendessen ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Gemütliche Restauranträume, sehr nettes Personal, persönliche und lockere Atmosphäre. Alles bestens!

Hotel do którego na pewno wrócimy ! Bardzo dobre śniadania i obiadokolacje, przytulne wnętrza, przemiły personel, świetny basen, jacuzzi, widok z balkonu, bardzo duża wygodna łazienka z prysznicem i wanną. Jeżeli Stubai to tylko Alpeiner - Nature Resort Tirol. Dziękujemy za przemiły i komfortowy pobyt.

Unbelievable stay for 5 night with an excellent gastronomic experience and a very high level hospitality

Nothing at all

Výborná kuchyně - kromě snídaní a večeří možnost svačiny přes den. Čistota, ochotný personál, krásný bazén a výřivka.

Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania, pokój wygodny, duży, osobno WC, wanna i prysznic, express do kawy, czajnik i wybór herbat. Basen, sauny i spa, siłownia bardzo dobre. Śniadania i kolacje wyśmienite, po nartach czeka na chętnych ciepły posiłek, przekąski i ciasta, co jest bardzo przyjemne. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Cicho w pokoju, nikt nie biegał po korytarzu, co oznacza że z hotelu korzystają kulturalni ludzie. Warto spędzić tu czas, organizowane są też zajęcia w basenie i inne. Chętnie tu wrócimy.

Im Hotel Alpeiner hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ganze Hotel, das Zimmer, das Essen und die Wellnessanlage waren perfekt! Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Mir hat insbesondere der Wellnessbereich gefallen und auch das gute Essen. Das Personal war sehr nett und für so ein großes Hotel war es auch eine angenehme Atmosphäre dort.

Der Shuttle in der Skigebiet hat Geld gekostet. Das fand ich etwas kleinlich.

Het was een geweldige ervaring: het personeel was super attent, de kamer was ruim, het hotel had alles wat je met een gezin wilt, zwembad was heel fijn en het eten (ontbijt en diner) fantastisch. Ze doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken.

Ochotný a milý personál, vynikající snídaně, skvělé večeře, krásný velký krytý bazén, super wellness, sauny. Nemá to chybu.

Parádní hotel kam se rádi vracíme. Nechybí tu vůbec nic. Od prostorného wellnessu až po skvělou kvalitu kuchyně. Personál je vždy milý a ochotný vyhovět požadavkům. Prostorné pokoje jsou stále čisté a nabízí dostatek pohodlí a soukromí.

A very cozy and beautiful hotel! Very close to Stubai Glacier! The hotel itself provides an excellent Spa area with the swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi being a highlight to relax after your ski day. The best thing for me was the breakfast! A 5 ⭐️ hotel breakfast. Traveling around the world either for work or leisure this was among the best I have ever seen. All in all a perfect stay!!!

I have been coming to this hotel for Years when skiing Stubai valley - good location to access the glacier, nice pool, spa and saunas. I love the outside whirlpool in this hotel. Room vary based on what you book, good bed and quality of sleep though. Some dishes were great, some could have been tastier, dinner service was fast so if you a single skier like myself, you would love that compared to some other more luxurious hotels that have 5 course meals every night that drag on and on. If you look for a solid 4 star hotel, you cant go wrong with this one.

Rooms are on a basic 4* level, there is nothing wrong with them and nothing that makes you remember them when you go anywhere else. Amenities were not replaced once during 3 night stay, towels worn out.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Alpeiner. Ein großes Kompliment geht an das gesamte Personal – man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alle waren aufmerksam und sehr nett! Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist für kleine sowie große Spaziergänge traumhaft! Wir haben selten so ein hundefreundliches Hotel erlebt. Es gab Näpfe und sogar einen kleinen Snack zur Begrüßung und man hätte seinen Hund zum Essen mit in den Wintergarten nehmen können. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch das Essen in der Halbpension können wir absolut empfehlen. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir kommen wieder!

Pretty much everything. Staff was helpful. Dog got a doggy blanket, bowls and bag of duck treats. We could go for an ease walk along the river. With a dog you can eat in the Wintergarten which is the best place to eat anyway. Our dog didn't want to leave. Haha There is a big Finnish sauna next to the pool and a jacuzzi. Open from 7 till 22:00. As well a separate sauna section with different kind of saunas a relaxation room with a view to the mountains. Open from 14:00 till 20:00. There common activities like sauna infusion and yoga aerobics, kino. I can imagine it is a great hotel for every season. There is a Mittagessen with soup, salad and dessert included in the half board. Room was great. Got tea, coffee.

No swimbar in the pool (joke..) I like the tiny bottles for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel but I think it would be more sustainable to use the big refillable bottles as other hotels do.
