Palms Cove Resort

Es war ein rundherum schöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal war auf eine unaufdringlich Art und Weise sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr gesehen und wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, das Essen, das Zimmer und das Personal waren TOP 👍

We really enjoyed our stay at Palms Cove Resort. Our room was clean and a great size, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. We especially appreciated how quiet the resort was, which made it a relaxing place to stay. The grounds were very well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use the pool ourselves, it looked well kept and we saw other guests enjoying it. The location was another highlight. It was an easy walk to Alona Beach as well as nearby restaurants, shops, and other amenities, which made getting around very convenient without feeling like we were staying right in the middle of a busy area. We didn’t eat at the resort, so we can’t comment on the food, but overall we had a very positive experience. We would definitely consider staying at Palms Cove again on a future trip to Panglao. Highly recommended!

Die Villa ist super. Sauber, Schnakenstecker vorhanden, eine Klimaanlage, welche aber reicht. 2 Ventilatoren an der Decke, ein Standventilator. Toilette und Dusche räumlich getrennt, Warmwasser, Shampoo und Duschgel vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon kann man zu zweit sitzen. Schöner Garten, gutes Abendessen, allerdings etwas kleine Portion beim Squid. Pool wird morgens gereinigt, allerdings fliegen im Laufe des Tages viele Blätter etc. rein. Die Anlage des Pools im Garten ist aber schön.

Man sollte aus der Dachterasse mehr machen. Ein paar Pflanzen, Tisch und Stühle oder Liegestühle wären super. Wir haben sie so gar nicht genutzt.

The staff seemed a little hesitant when we had questions about the hotel, the island, or the different activities and trips available.

Zwembad, restaurant en personeel. Daarnaast was de ligging ideaal, vlakbij Alona Beach boulevard en centrum maar wel lekker rustig.

El servicio era atento y amable, la limpieza excelente, la piscina estaba muy bien, muy tranquila. En general es muy silencioso incluso de noche. El desayuno no está mal. La ubicación está muy bien para ir andando a Alona Beach. Relacion calidad-precio genial!

El baño de la habitacion era un pelin viejo. El agua de la ducha olia raro...pero no era desagradable. Por la noche, para llegar andando al Hotel da un poquito de miedo si eres chica porque la calle está a oscuras pero llegas rapido a la carretera principal iluminada.

צווות מקסים, עוזר ונעים. מילאו לנו את הבקבוקים במים כל פעם שביקשנו. בריכה כיפית מעט חדרים אז תמיד שקט. תמורה טובה ממש למחיר!!! אוכל טעים במסעדה חברה התווספה אלינו בלילה האחרון אז הם הוסיפו עוד מיטה לחדר שלנו במחיר טוב!!

יש קצת נמלים אבל בשעות מסוימות וככה זה להיות בחדר בטבע.

Its not exactly right on the beach but still close around 500 meters along a dirt road then through the Bohol Divers Club. And needing to explain to the gaurd where your going and what your doing. The first time to visit the beach the gaurd send us down another track which took twice as long.

The staff were very approachable and accommodating they are amazing people.

We supposed to stay 5 nights but extended to 8 nights, as we loved our stay in Palms Cove. All the staff were great, close to the beach and restaurants, comfortable bed and clean room.

Opravdu prostorný pokoj s velmi pohodlnou postelí a skvělou přikrývkou.

Ovladač klimatizace v korejštině byl problém. A nemyslím si, že by jsme nutně museli čekat na čas check-in!

但在出現重要事情時，無法聯繫上值班經理處理 我先生的手腕在游泳池游泳時，被泳池牆壁破裂磁磚刮出幾乎深3公分的傷口，當場血流如注，但現場只有碘酒跟棉花。 住宿三天到離開，沒有酒店任何致歉的話

Wat een heerlijk boutiquehotel! Kleinschalig met maar 8 hotelkamers waardoor je een enorme rust ervaart. Fijn zwembad met klein restaurant/ barretje. Kamers zeer schoon & personeel is ontzettend aardig & behulpzaam. Locatie ook perfect, op loopafstand hoofdstraat. Aanrader!

War top! Wir hatten die große Suite inklusive der Dachterrasse. Es war herrlich so viel Platz zu haben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch die Cocktails auch. Schöner Pool saubere kleine Anlage, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nah zum Strand und zu den Läden. Gerne wieder.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko a zarazem z daleka od zgiełku miasta. Pokoje przestronne z ladna łazienką, łóżka wygodne, bardzo sprawnie działającą klima. W pokoju sejf.

We booked a hotel pickup from the port that didn’t appear, it was so late, so no one responded when we tried to reach out. The big issue was, that the staff ignored it the entire duration of our stay there, no one mentioned it like it never happened. WiFi is really weak

We were in the villa, super comfortable structure. In general everything was ok and the staff is very kind, can help you to organize anything. Reccomended

숙소는 아주 깨끗하고 방도 매일 아주 깔끔하기 청소해줍니다. 룸타월과 비치타월 각각 자주 바꿔주고 직원들이 정말 친절해요. 수영장도 크지않지만 아주 좋아요. 숙소를 돌아다니는 고양이 린다는 정말 귀엽습니다. 나무가 많은 것 치고는 벌레가 없었어요. 1층이었지만 쾌적하게 지냈습니다. 간단한 커피와 차가 제공되고 에어컨도 좋아요. 큰 선풍기 드라이기 냉장고 등이 있습니다.

알로나비치까지 걸어다니기에 거리가 좀 있고 길이 좋지않아요. 오토바이나 툭툭을 이용하면 문제없습니다. 개미는 조금 있으니 음식물 조심하세요.

Ontbijt je moest laten weten wanneer je kwam ( ik ben met vakantie geen wekker ) als je dan op de afgesproken tijd kwam was alles al klaar dus koude eieren. Ook voor alle extra’s bijbetaling voor fruitsap, bacon e.d.. Volgende dagen ergens anders gaan eten

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very, very comfortable. I took a walk to the nearby beach; pretty close.

This hotel offers good rooms, excellent service (shuttle/rentals), and adequate water pressure, all conveniently close to Alona Beach.

The stay was marred by annoying overnight power outages and a rough, unpaved road leading to the hotel.

Läget var perfekt. Några minuters promenad så var man nere på den vältrafikerade gatan med restauranger och affärer, men ljudet från sen försvann när man gick runt hörnet till hotellgatan. Fri tillgång till färskt vatten; dels en kanna på rummet och receptionen fyllde på våra egna vattenflaskor när vi ville.

Vi fick uttryckligen be om att få handdukar och badrumsmatta bytta. De är inte rena efter två dagar längre.

We spent 12 days at Palms Cove Resort, and it turned into a stay where everything simply worked in a calm, straightforward rhythm. The resort itself is quiet and well kept, the rooms are spacious, and the pool area is a pleasant spot to slow down during the day. But it’s the people around the place that make the real difference. The staff take pride in what they do in a relaxed, natural way. They are friendly without being over the top, and you quickly sense that they genuinely care about the guests. It’s the small things that stand out – quick assistance, a smile, thoughtful attention – and they manage that consistently. Grant and Sara, who own the resort, are the ones who set the warm and grounded tone that defines Palms Cove. They are present, interested in their guests, and create an atmosphere where you feel welcome without ever feeling pressured. Their way of running the place gives Palms Cove a personality that is hard to find elsewhere. It’s simple, genuine and done with heart. Diving is not the main theme of the stay, but it’s worth mentioning. Both Grant and Sara are highly experienced divers and run a dive club down by the beach. For anyone interested in exploring the underwater world, they are excellent sparring partners – knowledgeable, calm and able to offer experiences that stand out from the usual tours. But again, it’s an addition to the stay, not the defining element. All in all, Palms Cove Resort is a place we are happy to recommend. If you’re looking for a small, peaceful resort with good service and owners who truly set a positive tone, this is a very solid choice.

Net iets buiten het centrum gelegen prachtig hotel met een zeer fijn zwembad. Locatie op loopafstand van het strand (en dicht bij een duikschool). Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was netjes. Vanuit het centrum ben je voor 100 pesos weer terug in het hotel.

We liked the pool very much so, the food served in restaurant was tasty! Little expensive but tasty! The room we stayed at was dated but the bed made up for it! It was really comfortable, and the shower has a great pressure :)

The air-conditioning was not working well but as soon as we mentioned it to the staff they fixed it :) There were lots of mosquitos everywhere around the property!

La amplitud de la habitación, el silencio, es un hotelito pequeño situado en una calle poco transitada. Muy limpio, te limpian la habitación todos los días, y los espacios comunes bien cuidados. El personal muy amable. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Por poner una pega, el acceso al hotel por la tierra en las calles cercanas y poco iluminadas.

No insects in rooms, clean swimming pool, tasty breakfast. Overall very pleasant stay.

One of our favourite stays in the phillipines! A luxurious and exceptionally clean resort with staff who are super friendly and helpful. Great stay for a reasonable price. AC was great, bed super comfy, hot shower with good water pressure.

Areas for improvement: (minor inconveniences) Would say after a power cut 2 days into our 6 day stay the WiFi didn't work again and we had no phone signal so that was a bit annoying. Only ate once at the onsite restaurent- a quite basic Caesar salad (ice berg lettuce, bread not croutons, cheese & bacon).

They have a restaurant so its more convenient no need to get out of the hotel to eat

Stunning property in the ideal location. Rooms were spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I would change nothing about our stay here. We had both breakfast and lunch in the hotel restaurant and both were delicious as well. Pool was clean and well maintained.

Small little paradise in Alona with great staff and an excellent kitchen

We had stayed there once two years before and liked it enough to stay again. Didn't realize that it had changed ownership and had some updates to the rooms. Had the upstairs big room and it was very nice. Staff was still super and even remembered us. Easy walking distance to Alona beach if you know the way. Not to far from the restaurants and stuff at Alona beach by trike if you want to take the main road.

The food was so so. For example had breakfast with corned beef hash. The potatos in the hash were crunchy (under cooked. The Pork Adobo was bland

部屋が広い。スタッフが笑顔だった。ランドリーサービスがあり朝には、出来上がっていた。爪切りを貸してくれた。肉ばかり食べていて魚が食べたかったのですが、サーモンがありおいしいかった。バイクを動かしてくれた。お見送りしてくれた。

宿の周りが工事中が多かった。 コンビニが近くにない。大通りからやどに戻る時わかりづらい。

タグビララン港から30分位。Grabが殆ど捕まらないのでタクシーかtuktukを宿に頼んでしまうのがいいでしょう。後者で500 php。メッセージへの反応は早い。 コテージ様の分離タイプで各棟２部屋。広くて清潔。特に長い机と外のテラスが良い。冷蔵庫、虫よけベープ（屋内では使えない）地味に傘があるのも良かった。テレビなし。時期的なものかもしれないが虫などはあまり見なかった。この辺り全般に電波が弱いのだがWIFIが場所によっては弱い。 アロナビーチや近くのセブンイレブンまで10分ほど歩く。値段も考えると総合的に評価は高い。

The staff is very friendly and kind all the time. The room itself was perfect, very good size, comfortable, clean and with all that you need. Also the bathroom is clean.

They were renovating the common areas so we weren’t able to use them. The resort is well located but the access road is unpaved.
