Pool ist mega und die Lage. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Keine Angst wer kein Luxus Braucht. Wasserkocher waren Neu

Probleme mit Ameisen und die Zimmer sind klein aber alles funktioniert und naja man ist halt direkt in der Natur also normal mit Tierchen. Aber die machen gut sauber da. Kaum Möglichkeiten um sachen zu verstauen.

Het ligt in een donker steegje, dus in de avond alleen wandelen is moeilijker.

Super vriendelijk personeel May aan de receptie staat altijd klaar om te helpen! De rest van het personeel ook heel vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Het hotel is heel proper wandelafstand van het strand en de winkels.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nobody came and clean the room or change the bedsheets no extra towels and toilet paper was very limited. You have to go and get the tissue paper. There is a parking but very limited. Entrance road going in to the hotel is like driving into an off road. Remote control was not even working had to asked for batteries but still didn’t work. Wi-fi was very slow. The bed was made out of wood and its making a lot of noise when you move. I just don’t find it clean. When brushing your teeth you can taste the water a little salty. It was not normal for me.

Nag enjoy kami ng pamilya ko ng sobra. Malinis at tahimik ang lugar and the pools are just near sa room namin. Nababantayan namin ang mga kids habang nag su swimming. The staff are so accommodating kahit super early kaming dumating at late na pick up ng van, they let us leave our bags and belongings sa counter.

האינטרנט גרוע!!! גם הקליטה הסלולרית לא הייתה טובה בתוך החדר. חדר הרחצה לא היה מספיק נקי עם ריח של עובש, אין פתח אוורור או ונטה. היו אורחים שהרעישו מלא ונכנסו לבריכות מעבר לשעות הפעילות וזה ממש הפריע, הצוות לא עשה משהו בנידון. היו מקקים בחדר יותר מפעם אחת.

A lovely homely little hotel with incredibly friendly staff and a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. The cozy resort is few minutes from the walking street, but on a silent street.

We loved it all! Rooms were on the smaller end but supercozy.

Really nice place and close to the beach

Has sockets both sides, with side tables comfortable bed, has tv, mini fridge, electric kettle, there’s water refill in the reception area , our room has terrace, 2 pools, only missing hangers in the closet, our ceiling fan not working but the AC is cold split type inverter. bathroom has toiletries with good water pressure hot and cold. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was a brownout 4am and we are not able to use our CPAP, they dont have generator and wiah they do.

maybe in the future to have a wheelchair ramp for disabled.

Trafiken utanför fönstret var alldeles för mycket och i princip omöjligt att sova.

The staff was extremely nice and friendly but the room and facilities isn't what i expected. Not using this hostel again.

Отдыхали с детьми. Располагается отель на тихой улочке. Относительно рядом при этом магазины, кафе. Бассейн небольшой, но очень удобный вход в него. Комната уютная, чистая, есть терраса, и выход с неё был прямо к бассейну, что тоже очень классно. Персонал хороший 👍

Un po’ di insetti in camera, ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda, anche se lo staff è intervenuto subito per risolvere.

W czasie deszczu delikatnie podciekało z okna w kuchni.

Liniște ,curat ,personal amabil , locație superbă.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, climatisées. Proche de tous les restaurant de la ville et proche d'alona beach. 2 piscines très agréables avec transats pour profiter 😊 les clim sont silencieuses, les nuits sont calmes. J'ai adoré!

Ras c'était super !

La ubicación es perfecta, las dos piscinas y la terraza también están muy bien. La habitación es grande y el baño está medio reformado. El personal muy agradable.

En nuestra habitación la cama era muy incómoda, se hundía mucho. Había bastantes bichos en el baño. La red Wifi no funcionaba NADA y tampoco hay mucha cobertura. Por el precio se podría incluir el desayuno.

It's near Alona beach - the personnel was always ready to help.

There are cockroaches in the room, lots of mosquitoes and flies. Toilet paper were not enough for a 4 days stay (2-3 persons in the room). There was no complimentary coffee, creamer or tea although there is a boiling kettle available.

Close to alona, the staff is the best of this hotel

Old hotel , Room very small, full of mosquitoes, we have to buy repellent from ourselves, the street to reach the hotel from the main room is always flooded and damage

I like the location, accessability and the ambiance except for the reoccurane of electricity shortage amd they dont have back up power or generator.

The payment was increased to P 4087 but it was posted like P 3,600+. I was not informed ahead of time since it was booked early a year ago. We have a chat of the staff prior to stay and they didn't even mention the increased of payment. They don't have a hot shower. I paid same price in the other inss and they even offer hot shower

The position is very good, no breakfast no food, . In 5 days stay I have never had a cleaning room, outside on my balcony full of termites and table,chairs and floor full of wood dust, I asked to clean one day,after that they didn't care at all about it

A few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet area. A good alternative to the expensive hotels along Alona beach if you are staying only for a night or two. It's near stores and restaurants. The pool is clean and good for a dip after a hot day.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and I like the toilet very much. For the price you pay, you get to enjoy a pool which was nice.

Non c'è la possibilità di accedere direttamente alla spiaggia, la colazione è a pagamento e l'hotel accetta solo pagamenti in contanti. Se non si richiede la camera non viene pulita.

The location was great, 10-15 mins to the beach and main road. The staff were very friendly. It had two swimming pools that we enjoyed a lot. One of them is under trees so it’s very convenient on very hot days. Also they offered good tours.

The first day we checked in, there were many little ants. They offered to clean the room every day or change the room. Also, the internet was quite slow. They didn’t clean the swimming pool often. The toilet flush was weak.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the main Panglao area and beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely pool area.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Bohol, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the location is convenient and the pool is just right, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the apartment was quite dirty. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition, with rusty pots and pans, and the kitchen countertop had broken tiles. The towels provided were sometimes dirty and stained, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the outside area was overly pebbled, making it uncomfortable to walk around. When I requested cleaning service, I was informed that they don’t clean after 4 PM. Unfortunately, due to our delayed flight, we arrived at 10 PM, and I felt it was too late to argue about it. On the second day, when cleaning was finally done, I found that even the bed sheets were missing, and I had to go to reception to request a blanket. Compounding the issues, the toilet was clogged and required a plunger to fix. The shower heater was also inconsistent; it worked for the first two days, then stopped for two days before functioning again. To top it all off, we experienced a blackout one night during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. While the place might be acceptable for locals, I don't believe it meets the standards expected by international tourists. Traveling with three young children, I expected a clean and livable environment, but unfortunately, this apartment did not meet those basic standards. I appreciate the affordable rate, but cleanliness and maintenance should never be compromised. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
