Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek i totalny reset. Villa jest świetna, położona trochę na odludziu, ale tego właśnie szukaliśmy. Właściciel osobiście wita gości, co jest bardzo miłe. Basen z widokiem na morze, hamak, leżaki na plaży - idealnie. Plaża przy samej villi, bez ludzi dawała naprawdę poczucie prywatności. Można również wziąć Graba i pojechać do miasta lub sklepu. Obsługa była cudowna. Pani, która się nami opiekowała była przemiła, dokładała wszelkich starań, aby nasz pobyt był udany. Śniadania bardzo dobre, można było wybrać po 3 rzeczy na osobę, co było na prawdę dużo, dostawaliśmy też talerz owoców i pyszne smoothie. Można również skorzystać z menu i zamówić lunch lub kolację. Wieczory umilał nam projektor na którym mogliśmy oglądać filmy.

The best location for a totally chilled out holiday.

Wonderful place. Me and my wife visited villa in November 2025. Big pool inside the villa, the beach is right in front of you and nobody around - this was an ideal stay. A lot of space for relaxing including hammock, with a villa provided mackbook and speakers to set the favourite music and enjoy the seaview laying on the comfortable sun lounger. Wide choice of dishes for breakfast both local and international menu, very tasty fruit shakes and juices. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged upon request. Separate appreciation to villa supervisor Catrina - she helped with everything we were looking for: motorbike rental, arranging dinner and karaoke party for us and our friends from MuiNe, other useful information - where to change money, where to have massage, shopping and many many other useful things.

We booked the so-called LUXUS Pool Villa for six days. The condition did not correspond in any way to the descriptions on Booking.com or other portals. We left the property after only two nights. The general condition is extremely poor and unkempt; it looks like nothing has been invested in it for years, with dirt in every corner. In addition, the upholstery and mattresses were damp and mouldy, with trails of ants crawling over them. The advertised "private theatre" consisted of very old, non-functional equipment. There is no spa, gym or restaurant. Old gecko droppings on the headboard of a bed, stains on sheets and towels – simply disgusting conditions. The location is also poor, with no infrastructure, only abandoned houses and no holiday feeling in the surrounding area. We can only agree with the other bad reviews. Despite all the complaints, the owner did not even show up. What a waste of money and wasted holiday days.

The swimming pool is in the middle of the 2-bedroom complex with plenty of space for extra mattresses if you have more than 4 people. Lovely beach, almost no other people but your group and the local fishermen.

Also the swimming pool. Located in the middle of the house means water splashing constantly makes the floor wet.

The swimming pool was perfect and the access to the beach was just a doorway away. you just need to open the door and step out onto the beach, amazing!

Needs some basic maintenance

I loved everything about this villa!! Will for sure go back on my next trip to Vietnam. Service was out of this world and me and my friend had the most amazing stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and the private pool and beach was just amazing! Everyone was very nice to us and we really enjoyed our time! Breakfast was amazing! Best we have had so far in Vietnam and we could pick whatever wr wanted. There is a menu for lunch, dinner and drinks to order from in the villa which was super good also.

The staff was wonderful especially Ms. Sang. It wouldn't have been such a wonderful holiday without Ms. Sang. She arranged everything we needed. We are grateful to her!! It is special to have a truly private pool in the room. It's a little too deep, though. Breakfast was also served with three choices per person from the menu, and a generous assortment of fruits. We couldn't eat very much, so we chose two different kinds of food from the next day. Fruit juice served in the afternoon. Almost no people around, you can spend your time in private and quiet. There is no TV or radio, so you can rest in a space with no artificial sounds, just sound of the waves and wind.

The villa is a little old and probably has tank-type hot water system, so there is not enough hot water for showers if it is left out. There are no stores around, so you need to prepare beer and other beverages and food beforehand. Outside the villa is about to be developed, but it's bleak.

The most authentic place we visit during our recent 3 weeks tour around Viet nam. We loved our Villa, it was so spacious, comfortable, and close to the beach, not more that 10m, the feeling was incredible . Many thanks to Philip and staff for their kindness and great recommendations.

Cute boutique place. Decor of our rooms was so lovely. We already visit Vietnam several times but this place was the most interesting. I think they have only 10 villas, so there are no crowed by the swimming pool and beach. It was completely relaxing experience.

Atmospheric place! Cozy villas, beautiful sea views. The hotel is harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape, a feeling of connection with nature! It is comfortable. Thanks for unforgettable romantic weekend!

There are many modern pool villas along VNese beach but this stunning beautiful place is different. The design makes it more friendly with beach scenery and staying at this place is more relaxed. As an Asian family, food is not variety, more western style, but still good and look healthy. We bought fresh seafood at a nearby place and had an exciting BBQ pool party, with kindly support by the staffs. I bet everyone wish to wake up in this villa, open the front beach door, enjoying their morning with yoga, coffee or cuddling in a long comfortable sofa. Highly recommend for family or couple travelers

Rooms/villas should be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We already paid for the room bill directly a month ago. But a week before our trip, the staff wants us to delay our holiday for another day and give us one free day because they have a wedding ceremony (owner’s friend) at the day of our booking! We don’t accept that because our family had arranged individual schedule but the staff still convince. Finally they reverse our payment.... a very terrible experience!

We booked and tranfered the full amount of money for them 1 month before the trip. But then they forced us to cancel the room 1 week before the day without any respect. This made our trip become uncomfortably. Cannot believe that this can happen in such a non-cheap hotel!

The hotel rooms are very nice, large and spacious, ever room has a nice balcony and the property has beutiful tropical plants and flowers every where. Swing pool is small but nice. The sunrise in the morning is very nice the place is quiet and serene. The staff is very kind and always smiling. However few things that are a disappointing is that the bathroom are very basic infact ugly, almost like staying in a hostel. The food needs improvement as it lacks authenticity and character. The beach infront of the hotel is very dirty I had engine oil on my feet after walking on the beach. The hotel is very secluded with nothing around, while this lets alot of peace and quiet it's too quiet for more than one night stay as the hotel does not have much to do apart from an average size pool, given that the beach is unusable. These things lead the experience to feel overpriced for what you get as much nicer and complete experience is in proper mui ne beach with many hotels reasonably priced offering the works. I hope the hotel can improve this and thus creating an experience which one would like to repeat.

The place was amazing and the beach was really nice. They offer fresh fruits if you plan to stay in the swimming pool instead of going to the beach. The food at the restaurant was great - we love the freshness of the seafood combining with a taste of European cuisine which you will rarely find at other resorts here. I especially loved the clam congee - "Chao Hen" which was beyond amazing. Overall, the experience was fulfilling. I have been traveling to other areas in Vietnam and have seen clearer beaches. Although the beach was nice here, I wish it could've been clearer like ones up north such as Da Nang. My girlfriend loved it though since that was her first time to Phan Thiet.

Peaceful place, love it. The hotel located in a quite area, far from the city so its really quiet and just right in front of the beach. I enjoy the fresh air, the view and the nature surrounded. I like the style of the hotel, a mix of European design in the room and Asian tropical garden. There is not so many restaurant and activities nearby, u will need to travel about 18km to the city and other sightseeing. But its not a problem with us as we enjoy driving around to discover more. If u come here with purpose of relaxation, this is a perfect choice.

So, read the reviews, booked and checked in today, 2 1/2 hours in to our stay and more fool us! I have no idea what resort others were staying at when writing their reviews but so far what we are seeing and experiencing is the polar opposite! The website photography gets 10/10, actual presentation 4/10, this place has not seen a paint brush since it opened. Rust everywhere, can’t open the sliding door to bathroom without slipping a disc. Air con not working, not tried the plumbing yet as we spent over an hour waiting for a small lunch order. Food is awful, let’s just leave it at that for now. Owners been away since Dec 30th 2018 so no chance of getting any traction on recourse, booking is non refundable so we are stuck here for 4 nights. So off we will go in search of edible food that matches what the menu says and let’s see what surprises we are in store for breakfast........... By the way, we are 10 years in Vietnam and seen it all but this for a foreign owned resort is a disgraceful mis-representation ! The great escape starts .....

Love this place, for couples and families. So romantic, great to celebrate anniversaries, clean, stuff is friendly and helpful. Food is delicious, western and Asian, great spa... We will come back again soon.

We stayed at the hotel area for three nights and to be honest, I hadn’t done my homework that well when I looked it up… It’s located a bit far of but since the taxis are quite cheap this is not a major deal, but you are “stuck” with the food that offers at the hotel (we walked 700 m to another local place and that was ok too..). It looks so pretty in all pictures, and it is. The decorations & interiour in our villa was nice and it felt exclusive and spacious. But the small extra room was a bit simple – like an “attached cabin” to the villa – but the manager was service minded and proactive and offered us an extra bed – free of charge – that we could use in the villa so our teenagers could sleep. Highly appreciated. The staff did everything they could and more to meet our requests and delivered a high service! Super friendly and sweet! The sad part is that everything surrounding the area is torn down or not even built – and the beach is filled with garbage (the try to keep the small hotel part clean, but it still is just sad). They had to fix our TV, Wi-Fi, sun umbrella, hot water and even the “movie” didn’t work – so there was a lot of maintenance that affected the overall experience of our stay. Even though they fixed if after a while! The breakfast was good, and our kids really appreciated the pasta etc. they cooked, but it’s not a sensational restaurant, but it works if you don’t expect too much. So – a mix of a lot of thoughts… we had a nice stay by the pool (that is nice & warm!). We did. But expected more.

The room clean and neat staff very helpful and friendly beach to area around look nice also quiet good place to enjoy they also host movie night top floor of reception hall.... Definitely recommend to family and friends to go here thank you for your services

Green oranic was really a good hotel the firstly,the staff was very friendly and helpful when i made a check in they always followed me and asked me can i helped you the secondly, the food was delicious (special the seafood is taken from the sea by the boat , the fisherman) the finally, the room was comfortable and large thank you so much see you soon!!!!

I stayed here 2 nights and i was so surprised at the first sight and i had to say "wow" cause the way they decorate every thing in hotel so cute and elegant.the staff was so awesome and helpful . Food is so tasty .pool was so cleaned .the boss always take care of guests .beach and garden were so cleaned and peaceful.inshot , one word " great "

Helt fantastiskt boende några meter från stranden. Vi bodde i en ” villa” på ca 50kvm inredd mycket fint. Personalen var trevlig och mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Maten var väldigt god och frukosten väl tilltagen med färsk frukt bl a. Rekommenderar detta hotell och ger det 10+ i betyg!

This was our place to relax and enjoy the country life after the bustling time spent in Saigon. We were lucky enough to have the entire resort to ourselves so we got to pick our villa. All of them are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had one of the two that are right next to the beach - villa #1 (it feels more secluded). The pool is clean and surrounded by vegetation and flowers and there's even a safe pool for small children. The restaurant is great, which is very important since there aren't any dining alternatives close by. We enjoyed the meals served here; they use delicious organic produce and the service was fast and professional. You can live for a week off the menu and won't get bored with the dishes. Additionally you can request fresh seafood off the menu, which is brought from the market straight into the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and they can help you with information. I asked them to arrange trips to nearby attractions or rent a scooter for me. The only downside is the beach, which they struggle to clean every day but the tide and waves brings garbage constantly. Also if you don't rent a scooter or car, you are dependent on private taxis to go to nearby towns. As activities go, in the resort you can: hang around by the pool, watch a movie in the cinema above the restaurant, get windsurfing lessons, or just relax ;) I recommend getting a scooter and drive along the coast (go to the Ke Ga Lighthouse, drive through dragonfruit plantations, shrimp farms, drive up to Ta Cu Mountain).

Excellent cheap meals compared to other resorts in the same class. Please keep in mind that this is about a $20 taxi ride into the city. Would have rated Staff much higher if the taxi driver hadn't told my wife the staff member asked him for a finder fee for calling the taxi then back charge us the extra cost. Other than that the staff was a complete success with us.

Our villa (villa 1) was perfect, we loved so much decoration of villa, that we decide to make some changes in our home :). Villa is perfectly placed near the beach and the sea, with a lovely view. Energy of this place is so relaxing and calming. It is really amazing place to take a break from the world. Regards for Ms. San, who could' do enough for us.

I was with my husband for a vocation in Green Organic Villa, and it was amazing. Room was spacious, food very tasty and exotic. Beach is beautiful and very near by and it was fantastic for relaxing and swimming

We were delighted with our stay. Everything was just perfect. The breakfast was delicious, villa extremely comfortable, very stylish and clean. Sweetest staff ever, we felt like we are visiting our dear family. Deffinetely would recommend to all people who wants to relax.

It's relaxing resort. Small place with 7 villas. ~20km distance from Phan Thiet city, ~15USD taxi /way from Phan Thiet train station to resort. Good point: You can visit the oldest lighthouse of Vietnam just driving ~13km from the resort. Food: Western dishes are recommended with better cooking, Vietnamese /Asian dishes are normal. Drink are average, cocktail/mocktail is just at mid-range, limited choice of wine. Room: Not so clean, no bath-tub for whole resort. Don't get the pool view villa as restroom is outdoor unconveniently, hot big redroom (small air-conditioner). Good decoration for front-beach villas. Service: Excellent friendly staffs, especially at service of food & beverage. Price is acceptable. Lovely thing is you can borrow motorbike to have 1 short visit around, small tip is fine. Facilities: Electric is not stable, 2 power-cut in 1 night. The beach is for sandy games, not for swimming (dirt, jellyfishes). One bad thing is many soots at night, the resort needs to do pest-control much more. The 2 pools are best with warm water always, very relaxing even night/early morning swimming.

This is our favorite spot in Phan Thiet. We loved the chilled, relaxing energy of this place. No crowed around, beach is long and sandy, lovely decor of room, staff is very friendly, food delicious.Hope to be back!

The Two-bedroom Villa with private pool was everything we were hoping for. Just 2 nights stay wasn't enough 😞 We hope we will get a change to stay again in this Villa in August, since Villa won't be available from September. My recommendation is if you consider to book this place go with Two-bedroom Villa with private pool. It's fantastic, with big swimming pool, cinema and it have direct access to the beach.

We were very disappointed. When we arrived, we just wanted to leave again, but the boss apparently insisted on the no-refund prepayment conditions (guess why). The room floor and windows were terribly dirty and so we asked to at least clean those, which the manager agreed to. However, they didn't repeat the floor cleaning until our last day of stay, despite the sand and no water outside to clean one's feet before entering the room. The so-called 'excellent breakfast' was a shame. Considering the presentation of the food, I felt sadder for the employees and the hotel than for us who had to eat it. As if filling the belly is the only important factor, no matter how. We came here because we wanted to try a for us new area, hoping that we might find a nice beach due to the geographical isolation. However, that was a big mistake. The beach here is awful, even if in front of the hotel they cleaned it everyday. The rest is miles and miles of trash, from all kinds of ordinary rubbish to TVs, even a dead chicken and a dead dog. More saddening than the breakfast buffet! The only good things were the large rooms, the large bed and the friendly staff who tried to do the best to make our stay better. All in all, we felt that the hotel was a total scam. Definitely not a 4 star, maybe a bad managed 3 star at the most. And with 90 USD that we paid per night in the off-season, the price was way too high. We really feel disappointed and I would not recommend anyone to come here ever.

The room was really beautiful and spacious (villa1) and staff was very friendly. Especially Thomas took great care of us; gave us free coconuts, showed us how to make coconut oil, did free kayaking with us, explained things etc. Thanks Thomas! Also the Serbian owners were very friendly and helpful, even though I think the man sometimes treated the staff in a condescending way. The breakfast was really delicious here! Location is very off. If you want to eat somewhere else you have to take the local bus/moto. Local bus should be 10.000vnd to the city center. We found some places also if you walk 10 min to the left. 20.000-50.000 per dish. Ask for the local menu! With just Vietnamese names for dishes. The food on the resort seemed nice, but was way out of our budget unfortunately. Overall we liked it here; It's a great place to relax and enjoy life, but not if you are traveling on a budget.

What a place! Absolutely stunning! Our room was a very chick and as we choose a deluxe room we also had a great little out door space with amazing view. The restaurant is top class, it's not cheap but the food is exceptional. So definitely check out this place, it's well worth the stay, we would definitely return!

-The electricity to our villa went out eight times the first day. -No wi-fi in one room of the villa. -Wi-fi generally spotty and very slow. -Tacky decorating. -Bathroom is outdoors. Not so fun when you find a frog in your toilet. - "Private beach" is only about 50m across and is littered with various types of garbage. -Could hear the music from the clubhouse in our room. -The cool picture used to advertise the hotel is actually 400 meters away and is separated by another resort. This might as well be a completely different place. You will stay in a generic villa which surround a communal swimming pool. Not at all what you expect from the pictures. I felt cheated. -The neighbourhood is terrible. It takes about 30 mins by taxi and costs about $20 to get to any kind of town. The road to the resort is spotted with dozens of dilapidated and/or abandoned resorts and homes. Again I felt cheated because I typed "Mui Ne" into the search. Not 40km away from "Mui Ne." -Because you are so far from civilisation, the resort owner is free to charge you an extortionate amount of money for daily goods. The restaurant is overpriced. The massages are overpriced. The mini-bar is over-priced. The laundry service is criminally overpriced. -The resort owner is very condescending to his employees which often made things uncomfortable. -Owner attempted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money for a "New Year's party" and got upset when we refused to pay/participate.

Dont expect 4 or even 5 star hotel here. 3 stars is what would be fair. Prices are Way too expensive , both room and food. We paid the same for a clubsandwich as in Copenhagen , Denmark, the most expensive Capitol in the World. The door to our villa , which had superb location, reminded me of the door to my shack in my garden back home. Anyone could have picked that lock, with their eyes closed. The location of the villa could not compensate for the dissapointment of the Beach, filled with rubbish. The comfortable "nestchairs" by the pool was filled with black spots of humid damage. Not very nice. Garden and poolarea was very nice and clean. Breakfast was a huge dissapointment , my breakfast at home is more appealing. Organic is just a fancy buzzword. The worst breakfast we have had in South east Asia. Dinner costed 100 dollars for vietnamese food , which we could get for 50 dollars at Victoria hotel in Mui Ne. Its too bad , because the place has potential. Staff and owner were friendly.

My wife and I stayed in one of their seven bungalows and had the most enjoyable, relaxing vacation ever. We were picked up at the airport and when we arrived on the grounds (which are gorgeous, with a tiny pond, bridge and palm trees) we could hear the ocean which was only steps away from the bungalow. The Bungalow we had possessed a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach. Two lounges waited for us with fresh towels and the wet bar was well stocked with drinks. The bungalow itself was beautiful, with a large white tapestried canopy bed and almost spa like feel to the bathroom. We woke each morning to the sound of the surf and couldn't wait to run the few steps to take a dip! The food matched the surroundings and I highly suggest the Red Snapper, but really, everything we tried was fresh, plentiful and delicious right down to the breakfasts which were included in the price. You can even get things delivered to your beachside lounges free of charge. For us though, though true charm was in the owners who made us feel as if we were the only guests there, and were so hospitable even going as far as to loan us suntan lotion! When you go, ask to rent to scooters and take a short drive to the Dragonfruit farms and the largest reclining Buddah in Vietnam. When you pass the other villas in the area you will really see why Green Organic Villas is the most charming. We will be back for sure, I really recommend it!

Hotellet var överbokat och vi blev flyttade till den så kallade VIP villan, som låg utanför hotellområdet. Det var ett öppet sovrum och ett vanligt rum. någon var alltså tvungen att sov utan väggar och dörrar. Det andra rummet var det stora glipor i dörrar och fönstret gick inte att stänga.Myggor överallt. Det fanns ingen bevakning i området eftersom det låg ca 300 m från hotellanläggningen. Priserna på dryck och mat låg ca 3-4 ggr högre än det vi upplevt på andra hotell och restauranger i Vietnam. Det var mycket Öststatsmedborgare på hotell.

Жили 14 дней, все было супер!!! Особенно ресторан. Если Вы любитель ночной жизни, Вам данный отель не подходит.

If you want a really get away with great food and private beach this is your choice we had the hotel for outself and the owners make ua feeñ like family , the cook always ask us what we want and made especially for us.

fall in love with the place since arrival,location is perfect for romantic escape-great nature,nobody around and huge private villa in 10 steps from the waves at your personal disposal. welcoming atmoshere makes you comfortable just from the taxi. very nice sencire attention for every guest,staff is just GREAT!nothing to dislike-villa is light and very spacious,breakfast - bery green and delivious, food in restaurant - mmm, just one word perfect. will def come back!
