good breakfast but typical tea called Karak not available which is available in each and every corner of Oman.

Swimming pool ...not temperature controlled , which is bad. pool does not have enough shawllow area for children to play ....actually resort should have a small pool for kids

We came for 1 day staycatation and the stay was very nice The best part is the Sea facing room 💙 😍 Staff very smiling and helpful

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and super-helpful. Breakfast was good with a range of fresh fruits, pastries as well as hot food. Our room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the sea which was lovely. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Sur and so is very well located.

The hotel is essentially a building site. The reception area, although open, was full of workmen and the poor reception staff were wearing masks because of the dust. I think the management is in the process of upgrading the facilities but it is incredibly dusty and we were walking on dust sheets to get to the restaurant. The pool area was open but was not be remotely appealing to use as it is surrounded by building work and builders. The beach is also very dirty and would not be suitable for families. This, of course, is not the hotel's fault; all along this stretch of waterfront appears to be covered with dumped building materials and general debris.

The food was exceptional. The room was very good.

Nice and kind staff, rooms were very clean.

The whole site is under renovation, pool was open, but we did not use, as you would have to walk over the terrace area that is being renovated. Was the worst location we staid during our trip in Oman. But seems not a lot to choose from when going to Sur.

If you look for a quiet a bit remote place this hotel is actually perfect! It was very clean, simple but cozy, the food was very good (we had half-board), staff was friendly and we very much enjoyed that it was very calm! We had the whole beach to ourselves what was exactly what we were looking for!

Der Balkon mit Meerblick und Zimmergröße (Superior Zimmer) waren super. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Das Hotel hat zwei Bars (nicht schick, aber das Bier war groß + kalt und man konnte sich die Drinks mit auf das Zimmer nehmen).

Der Aussenbereich wird gerade umgestaltet, aber das wird vermutlich auch irgendwann fertiggestellt sein.

Nothing much. Its very old, the carpets on the corridor are so old. Just the room was nice it was renovated and the bathrooms are renovated too.

The staff at night are not very pleasant. The breakfast has very few selection.

No variety in food but over all restaurant staff was nice and professional

Staff was very nice. Omelette for breakfast was excellent.

There is no beach but a renovation site. The beach itself you cannot sweem because its rocks. Breakfast was quite limited. I asked for an adapter but they could not provide it as the only one they had available had already been handed to another costumer. This is definitely NOT a family hotel as there is a kind of hidden bar on the first floor indicated with a red light, where a number of locals get drunk. Around the hotel at night, many drunk men wander around.

Restaurant and all staffs are good. Need to improve facility wise.

No centralized Ac in the hotel , hence was very hot, humid and suffocating in the corridor Also the seashore on the backside of the hotel was dirty and not clean and not properly maintained, so didn’t feel like visiting the beach outside the hotel

It was a decent hotel but old property.

I dont understand the bad reviens. Or maybe they got renovated. But rooms are clean and comfortable enough, staff is really nice. Its a bit outside the City but you can take a cab.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Sur. There’s plenty of parking and on both occasions we stayed there it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Friendly, helpful staff, great service and good food.

Hotel renewed all furniture & design. It was very clean

Still mosquito was there, so I killed one mosquito. And it was quite unfortunate that Hotel removed bathtub.

We were upgraded to a sea-view room. Very friendly staff and excellent food

It looks more like a construction site than a hotel, definitely not worth what you are paying for.
