Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The new rooms are better than the old. Hotel interior has improved than before.
The room temperature was 18 deg , not able to lower it. Maintenance could not help in the evening. It needed to switch off AC. Even keeping switching off AC, temperature was okay.

لا توجد مواقف سيارة كافية فهناك ازدحام شديد الموظفون كسالى لا يعملون نقل أغراض الضيف ونحن حملنا أغراضنا المطعم في حالة بائسة وكان طعام الإفطار ليس على المتسوى المطلوب والغرف ليست جيدة الإعداد لراحة الضيف.

من أسوء الفنادق اللي زرتها في حياتي السعر غالي وغير مريح وتعامل موظف الاستقبال وقح ، خبرته مرتين انه المكيف غير بارد ولم يقوم بعمل شي الساعة 5 الفجر اولادي كانو يبكو الغرفة حارة طلبت تغيير الغرفة ولكن نفس المشكلة التكيف شي جدا ، الفطور ليس جيد طعم الأكل ليس لذيذ ، جأنا للفندق واكتشفنا ان حوض السباحة تحت الصيانة

Reviewed May 31, 2026They gave us interconnecting rooms for our family of four, which was spacious and comfortable, very kind of the hotel to accommodate this request. Rooms were clean. Parking was convenient up front if you could get a spot early. Breakfast was sufficient.
The water pressure was inconsistent, plus taps in one of the showers was difficult to turn off. The pool unfortunately wasn't in the best condition. We couldn't seem to adjust the airconditioning to make it colder, but it wasn't uncomfortable.
