Assim que você reserva você recebe uma mensagem do Alan, super atencioso, ele já lhe oferece o transfer do aeroporto para o hotel 15,00USD, ele faz reserva de passeio pra Ha Long Bay e tudo que você precisar. Podem ficar tranquilos você tem tudo que precisa em volta do hotel, farmácia, restaurantes e está a 5 minutos caminhando da Beer Street. A rua do famoso trem está a menos de 30 minutos caminhando. Wi fi super bom, cama confortável e equipe atenciosa.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Cudowne miejsce, w pięknej lokalizacji i świetnym kontaktem z gośćmi. Skorzystaliśmy z ich oferty na wycieczkę do ha long bay jak i z transportu spod lotniska prosto do obiektu. Obie rzeczy bez zastrzeżeń. W szczególności chciałybyśmy pochwalić wspaniałych pracowników, którzy w sytuacji gdzie w godzinach szczytu nie mogłyśmy znaleźć przejazdu na stację autobusową, pomogły nam wyszukać przejazd jak i skontaktowały się z przewoźnikiem w naszym imieniu, żeby na nas poczekali. Można powiedzieć, że uratowały nam tym skórę jak i całą resztę wyjazdu. Bardzo serdecznie pozdrawiamy pracowników i bardzo polecamy miejsce. Dziękujemy jeszcze raz za pomoc 💕

התמונות לא תואמות את המציאות בכלל. הספא - אין פרטיות, מדובר בחדר קטן מאוד. סכנת נפש. לא להתקרב. עשה לנו פציעות בריאותיות משמעותיות. מסוכן ולא שווה את זה. לא מקצועיים. ניקיון - המצעים לא היו מאוד ניקיים. מים חמים - זרם מוזר מאוד. מים חמים וקרים משתנים.

Hotel is very centrally located, near the lake for beautiful early morning exercise. Walkable to all Old Quarter and easy walk to French Quarter. Great price.

The AC didn't work in the rooms and the pillows and bedsheet weren't clean. For a 4 star hotel we were expecting certain level of cleanliness. I was excited about my stay there but the hotel didn't live upto the expectations.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location was perfect. In the middle of the old quarter and just one street away from the weekend night markets. Amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive for booking tours.
They offer one complimentary water. The rest of the time you must find your own water. If you pay by card there’s an 11% surcharge which is insane. The hotel room was clean but the ceiling was dirty. With cobwebs and dust. Be warned it can also be very loud until about midnight.

De foto's zijn gedateerd en van de vorige eigenaar. Het hotel is onlangs overgenomen door een jonge vent. Maar dat doet niks af aan mijn positieve punten.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hotel centralissimo e staff gentilissimo. Si trova nell’Old Quarter ed è comodissimo per esplorare la zona a piedi, vicino ci sono un paio di ATM per prelevare contanti senza commissioni, lo staff è gentilissimo e ci hanno anche organizzato il pick up in aeroporto.

La camera era una camera normale, senza infamia e senza lode. Il bagno era un pò piccolo e gli odori non erano proprio gradevoli.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Po staff è stato stupendo,sempre sorridente e disponibile al 200%, e la struttura è davvero in un posto strategico,infatti si trova sulla via dell'argenti,proprio tra quella della Birra e quella del caffè!
Purtroppo mi sono sentitta presa in giro. Qui su booking si mostrano foto di stanze bellissime,mentre la dtruttura cade a pezzi. Un po un classico del Vietnam pare. Ma mi sono sentita particolarmente presa in giro perchè la struttura qui è stata messa a prezzo esagerato ( come fosse una stanza in europa) ed è stato applicato uno super sconto promozionale per ingannare.

チェックイン数時間前になり、館内設備点検の影響で部屋を用意できないからと他のホテルに振り替えられた。金額の融通も全く効かない。振替先は系列のホテルということだが、スタッフの対応も部屋の設備も微妙。洗面所のドアが破損しており一度閉めるとなかなか開かなくなったり、エアコンの効きが悪すぎたり、など。近くを通りかかることがあったので様子を見ていると、ふつうに営業していた。
