Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Khách sạn khá sạch sẽ, vị trí ngay trung tâm phố cổ, đi bộ ra hồ Hoàn Kiếm rất gần nên đi lại và ăn uống khá thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên phòng hơi nhỏ. Do nằm trong khu phố cổ nên cuối tuần xe 4 chỗ không vào/đón tận nơi được, cần lưu ý nếu mang nhiều hành lý.
Phòng hơi nhỏ. Máy sấy tóc lắp gần vòi sen, nước dễ bắn vào ổ điện.

On ne s’attendait à rien à cause du petit prix, on a quand même étés déçus: tout d’abord, l’hôtel est beaucoup plus sombre que sur les photos. Le principal problème auquel nous avons été confrontés a été l’isolation: notre chambre était équipée de simple vitrage, ce qui laissait passer tous les sons, y compris les discussions à voix normale sur le trottoir d’en face. Cela a été un vrai problème tout au long du séjour. Ensuite, les matelas étaient assez inconfortables et sales: on a retrouvé des taches dessus, et sachant que les draps ne tenaient pas en place, on dormait à moitié sur le matelas sale. La climatisation était dichotomique: soit glaciale, soit inexistante. Sachant qu’on avait pas de couvertures (seulement des draps) ça a pu être un problème. Pour ce qui est de la salle de bain, on a eu de l’eau froide les 5 jours qu’on a passé dans la chambre, et l’évacuation d’eau était bouchée, résultant régulièrement en des inondations de la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner, qui est présenté comme un buffet à volonté sur la page de l’hôtel, est enfaite servi sous forme de portion unique surveillé par le personnel, le rendant assez succinct. Déception donc car ce petit déjeuner était une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avions choisi l’hôtel. Plus généralement, la chambre était sale, de la poussière et des miettes retrouvées un peu partout nous le rappelaient, et pour finir le wifi était tout simplement inexistant à certains moments. Il faut quand même citer le positif: le staff était sympathique, et l’emplacement pratique.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Right in the center, so we could visit several tourist spots even by foot. If you want a central, convenient stay in Hanoi that is nit expensive, this is it. Food stalls nearby. I love the noodle house just infront of it.
The aircon takes time to cool. Probbably because it was very hot outside and my room got direct sun.

الأثاث يظهر عليه التهالك بشكل واضح، المفرش والسرير يفتقر للراحة ويصدر أصواتاً بحاجة إلى إصلاح." يرجى النظر في تحديث أثاث الغرفة والصيانة العامة الأكواب في الحمام لو وضعت اكواب مختلفة عن اكواب الشاي 1/ غرف الفندق وممراته ضيقة جداً وكثير عليه نجمة مع وجود رائحة كريهة في الحي تتسرب للغرف عبر المكيف 2 / مكان الإفطار دور5 بالكاد تجلس ومنيو الأصناف مكتوب باللغة الفيتنامية تم طلب اومليت بالزيت النباتي مع قطعة ونصف توست 3 قطع ورفض الزيادة 4/ طلبت ساندوتش بيض بخضروات اعطاني شوربة بيضاء بملفوف قلت هل ممكن تبديله لاني لا افضل هذا الصنف والصورة في استاند غير واضح رفضت الموظفة مع النادل قالت لا يمكن تبديله طلبت صحن لأغرف بعضه واتذوق وجدت شعرة في الصحن ولم استكمل فطوري 3/ لايوجد عربة لنقل أمتعة النزيل سعر الاقامة اكثر ممايقدم للنزيل لن اكرر تجربتي فيه

The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets appeared to have some discoloration, which made them seem dirty. Because of this, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping directly on the bed—I ended up using the blanket to cover the mattress instead of using it to keep myself warm.
