Their Manager and Cleaning Lady were extremely rude to me mother of 81 years old. They violated rules by asking fees that was not due and actually due to Booking.com not to them as Booking.com should have their commission too. They defamed myself and my elderly mother. They threatened my elderly mother. The GM did not listen at all, just "scapegoated" his responsivity. We are filing a defamation case against this group for false allegations. Because I have Genius discounts, they took offense and wanted to give us a very bad unit here, no facilities not even a fridge. We booked for a service, with the discounts allowed and they wanted to take Booking.com's commission. How is that? We did nothing wrong instead we stood up for Booking.com's fee. They do not provide the service they say, they victimized elderly, refused to rectify the problems.

Bedding and towels were not very clean. It was 7 degrees outside but there was only a small thin, single blanket on our double bed. We were very cold and had to use our sleeping bags. Freezer was also dirty. I won't return.

.The unit had no pillow cases and towels when we booked in and had to ask and wait almost two.hours for that to be delivered. We had a third of aToilet roll in the bathroom. If we didn't have our own we would have had a problem. No soap.or anything else provided either. The place was exceptionally creaky with every movement we made.

Was checked into unit 19, it is in the bushes. No proper lighting and dark. The numbering is not clearly visible. The security who assisted was new and couldn't find the place himself. When we got there there was a spider on the curtain. The sliding door had dust. Definitely not worth my stay. Moved to another unit, toilet had a leak. The staff was friendly and helpful though.
