Bedside lights need to be individually operated. They both are either on or off. Loose toilet seat. Electric blankets should be available for winter. Water pressure in shower wasn’t the best. Maybe shower head is too big for good flow.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026We booked 3 different rooms at Stonehill Villa. The property is overall in a good condition and the rooms are clean with good quality linen and towels. We all have a good night’s sleep. Restaurants nearby for Dinner. Coffee and Tea options in your room is an extra bonus.
One of the units was the Executive Suite. This unit needs a little bit of maintenance. Shower is leaking and water runs all over the bathroom floor. The damp on the walls is a eye sore and the furniture is dirty (couch in front of bed and in the corner ass well as the curtains). This unit is definitely a NO, but the other two rooms perfect.

Our room was spacious, neat & clean with a very comfortable bed. Pillows were good for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well kept with a big shower. There was a coffee station with microwave, coffee plunger, coffee, sugar etc. We didn't have breakfast as we had to get on the road, but looking at the menu, it looked delicious. There are a number of restaurants nearby to go to.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The place was in need of serious repair, when they asked how I stay was I moaned that things were not per the pictures only to be told that I had been told they were under renovation. I was not informed prior at all. Then upon our arrival the first morning we were there they wanted to then enter the room to bring in external upolstry cleaners to clean the furniture. The kitchette had no sink which I was again then told was told to me, which I was not. So just did not enjoy the interaction with the management team after. at all.
