It was a fair room for the price.

My sheets were stained and when made aware, the staff didn't change them. I slept in gross looking sheets.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super saubere Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Die Massage war wunderbar.

I have stayed here a few times before. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is also clean and tidy with daily room service. 10 seconds out to 2nd road for the Baht bus to get around. plenty of places to eat nearby

First room I stayed in had windows and but into an airshaft so no natural light. Spoke to reception and alternative room offered with natural light. Unfortunately this room had issues for me with the aircon. But again was moved to a new room which I stayed in for the rest of my stay. Issues happen at hotels and it's how they dealt with it that matters and they couldn't have done anything more to help me.

Everything is good about this property for what you pay, its economical and have all the facilities needed. If you want to dry clothes go for room with a balcony.

they say breakfast is included, but in reality it is only a small piece of cake and a tea/coffee.

The room was very comfortable. The design is Japanese style which was very calming. The staff were very friendly and polite, they provided free afternoon tea with cake.

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Very convenient for exploring the area. Balcony was nice also.

Il bagno con la porta di vetro, si sente e si intravede tutto. Il lavandino messo male, con una lastra di marmo che occupava il lavabo, molto scomodo. La tavoletta giapponese con il getto d'acqua si poteva evitare, bastava il comodissimo spruzzino che hanno tutti i bagni thailandesi

The location is peaceful and secluded, yet in the heart of Pattaya with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Down a broad, open cul de sac that is very clean and well lit. With many trees and natural shade. Truly unlike so much of this city. The customer service is first class and puts major 5+ Star hotels to shame. The entire building is extremely well kept and fresh. The team here are obviously proud and determined to present an image of excellence. And the spa is beautifully appointed. On the whole, we have the best value hotel I have found in Pattaya.

The bathroom layout is the only downside here. Be prepared and bring a hanging toiletry bag, as the shelf space is tiny with no cabinetry. And the shelf gets wet from the shower. The bar downstairs is good, but limited as a cafe. Plenty of early opening cafes in just a 5 minute walk.

Onze booking bij booking.com viel enorm tegen Teveel betaald! Niet mijn boeking kunnen veranderen naar vroegere datum. Nieuwe boeking gedaan op de naam van mijn vrouw met resultaat : nog duurder dan mijn boeking! Kortom: wij boeking NOOIT MEER MET BOOKING.COM De prijs die een klant betaalde in dit hotel met balcon was goedkoper dan de onze zonder balcon. Onverantwoord!!!

Basically, the only flaw is that there wasn't breakfast, but it's not so much a problem.

The location was great and we also liked the extra services that were provided, such as free afternoon tea in this japenese-like style of boutique hotel and also massages for better price! Also the staff was very nice :))

A few days before our arrival, we recieved a Whatsapp message with scam link to “booking site” to submit our accommodation which was at the site same as this one, even dates of our stay and names were matching. The lady from the message wanted us to confirm our stay with filling out a form and including our credit cards info, even tho our stay was already paid. So I assumed it was a scam, messaged her that the “booking site” she sent me link to is fake and then the chat disappeared…

Chambre spacieuse et très propre, grand balcon, douche avec pression, hôtel dans un quartier calme tout en restant proche de la vie nocturne. Gardien à l'entrée la nuit. Personnel aimable. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

The hotel is ideally located for easy commute to the different parts of Pattaya. Very close to the Walking street and a variety of other shopping venues and restaurants.

There was nothing negative about the room, location of the Hotel or the staff at The Golden Ville.

Most of the attractions are nearby. Shops, clubs, malls. Great hospitality and kind gesture.

Great value awesome staff perfect location

The staff, location, bed, bedding, coffee, Sat TV, room safe, spa next door and if you go ask for Bae! Best foot massage ever! Didn’t eat anything. I love the Japanese’s feel to the hotel as well.

Only issue I had was while on the forth floor I wanted to take the stairs down and they were NA! The exit was blocked and that’s a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD!! But anyway they did move me to the third floor where the stairs worked if I needed them.

Location perfect staff are so helpfull and friendly !!!
