Le bruit toute la journée et toute la nuit jusqu'au matin à cause des nuisances diverses extérieures, impossible de dormir sans boules quies que j'utilisais. L'insonorisation des chambres également. Les cafards qui s’invitaient souvent.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Staff was very kind, Basic English was no problem. And the room itself for Thailand standards was pretty good. I travelled to south Thailand and north west Thailand using Pattaya as a home base because I like to party a little bit in between the beaches and the tours. all in all it was an amazing hotel
The one thing I did not like about my stay was the shower it had little pressure so you end up hugging a wall or one hand showering and when you shower twice a day in this heat that's not ideal.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026夜遊びに立地が良いので定宿にしています。雨季の今は、雨でも一階にレストラン（チープチャーリー）があるので、食事に外に出なくて済む。定宿なのでゴルフバックを預かってもらっています（毎回、日本から持参する必要なし）
ゴキブリ🪳の子どもを見つけ、清掃担当に言ったら、すぐにゴキブリ駆除スプレーを持ってきてくれました（滞在中は部屋においています）

Cockroaches everywhere, changed rooms twice and all the rooms were filled with cockroaches. That goes to show that majority of the room were infested. The staff didn’t even looked surprised when I said there were cockroaches

There were bugs in the room I stayed in; they changed the room, but there were bugs in the other one too—it was probably due to the heat. I had actually stayed at that hotel in February and was pleased, but things didn't go quite as well this time.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The location is excellent, next door to restaraunt and 7/11 . Night life and bars right outside. The staff were great and ordered me a bolt taxi because my app was not working. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026I have stayed at maleez Lodge several times. Always a great stay. Staff very cooperative and helpful( thank you Sai and pan) . night shift man was kind. Cleaning - every day without fail it was done. Clean work by the lady.. Location-is the best on Soi bukhao. Every thing is easy to reach. I would surely recommend for a stay.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Location is excellent for nightlife all around hotel, not too far to the beach and numerous food outlets. Hotel has elevator for ease to upper floors. Staff friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning of rooms if required. This is my second stay and very good value for money. The bathrooms are somewhat Thai style, as in the bathroom is all combined and no separate shower cubicle but that never concerned me. Very good-sized fridge to store food and drinks.
Nothing not to like for the cost. The air conditioning stopped working one night, as it malfunctioned. It was Songkran holidays and no repair people available, so the staff moved me to another room and all ok again.

Heryerde hamamböceği var. Yatakta, buzdolabında, banyoda, heryerde. Personel bu konuda ilgisiz. Tamam deyip hiçbir şey yapmıyorlar. Ayrıca çeşitli böcekler de var. Eğer böcekler sizin için problem ise burası size göre değil. ederinin üzerinde fiyatı var , inkanlarına göre kesinlikle pahalı bir otel.

TV with many channels but many not working. Friendly Reception/staff. Lift in the building. Wi-fi could be better.
At the Check-in they wanted 1,000 Baht deposit which Booking.com didn't mention, eventually I didn't pay. Toiletries? Toilet paper +small soap.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Location is great and even at the front it's not as loud as some of the reviews made out. At the back is quieter though (i've stayed in 2 different rooms). Great selection of channels on the tv although again the room at the back had better quality picture/channels. Receptionists are friendly. Check in and out is easy.
Soundproofing between the rooms is poor. If someone is watching tv (or whatever) in the next room, you'll be hearing it.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Excellent location for the nightlife. Beach in easy walking distance. Hotel has a lift for ease. Good firm beds that I like. Large fridge to store food and extra beers. Good housekeeping. Value for money. Charlie's bar and restaurant below, money exchange booth across the street. 7/11 and Tops on the corners for convenience food etc. Thai style of shower combined in the toilet/bathroom area but no issues.
There was mould on the bathroom ceiling in the corner. But I was out most of the time and just ignored it and can't complain as I didn't tell hotel staff. Everything else was fine for the money.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Been here before so I knew to book a bigger room at the back so it was quieter . Clean big comfy rooms , daily cleaning and hot water . Some rooms are a bit dated with a bath but not a problem for me . The location is excellent with good food options all around , and close to all the main bar areas .
