Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Rooms are clean, modern and double bed rooms are spacious enough. Location is good, close to Lajpat Nagar market but also not too far from Central Delhi. Staff is polite and helpful, especially those in the cafe! Check-in and room access is tech-enabled and keyless (QR-code system), but it doesn't always work. But otherwise, good value for money hotel for short business stays.
Tech-enabled check-in and room access system doesn't always work.

Checkin digital process has some glitch every time. Bloom- just stop using it if you can't make it work seamlessly. Also, I booked a single bed but got a double mattress with the bed that was single so half the mattress was hanging outside and kept slipping off the bed.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Bloomrooms @ Link Road. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, simple, and completely hassle-free. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers comfortable rooms, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. A special mention goes to Harshit, who truly made the experience even better. He was extremely courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His prompt assistance and warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free experience in Delhi. Looking forward to staying here again!

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Exceptional stay – Truly wonderful staff and great location! We always love staying at Bloomrooms @ Link Road, New Delhi, but our recent stay truly highlighted how amazing this hotel and its team are. During our visit, my mother became seriously ill. The manager and the entire hotel team were incredibly helpful, understanding, and compassionate. They went completely out of their way to make sure our check-in was as fast, smooth, and stress-free as possible. A special, extra thank you goes to the manager for their outstanding support during a difficult time—we are deeply grateful for your kindness. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel's location is fantastic. It is situated in a very clean and safe area, with a great shopping area nearby. The staff is excellent, always very helpful, and the overall experience was simply wonderful. We are always happy to stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi!

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Mold in the bathroom. Random crazy loud alarm sound started in the middle of the night at 3AM. When I went to ask to the reception they said it’s smoke alarm but they don’t know where is it coming from and how to turn it off. So we stayed up for half an hour more and then it stopped. Also the checkin and checkout process takes ages. It is very slow and complicated.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026This was my third time staying at Bloom, and once again, it was an excellent experience. For a boutique hotel, it’s hard to beat. Great location, reasonable pricing, lovely atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, low noise levels, and a strong sense of safety. Ashish made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and Arbaaz ensured we had a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The entire staff, including security, were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. There’s also a cozy little lounge where you can relax with a book or get some work done on your laptop. Truly great value for money. Thank you for another wonderful stay and I’ll definitely be back soon!
