Wir waren für eine Nacht im Bonny Hotel Lamai. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut: zentral in Lamai, sodass vieles schnell erreichbar ist, gleichzeitig war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig. Lage: 9/10. Besonders positiv war die Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Insgesamt herrschte dadurch eine angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre. Service/Gastgeber: 9/10.

Das Zimmer selbst hat uns allerdings deutlich weniger überzeugt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und das Zimmer wirkte stellenweise leicht verschmutzt. Die Badezimmertür war kaputt und die Klimaanlage befand sich direkt über dem Bett, was wir nachts als unangenehm empfunden haben. Positiv war allerdings, dass das Bett angenehm weich und bequem war. Zimmer: 3,5/10.

Bardzo przyjemna właścicielka, udzieliła wielu wskazówek dotyczących lokali, jak i lokalizacji atrakcji. Mieliśmy pokój w nowym budynku, bardzo ładny zadbany i blisko głównej ulicy.

La ubicación, al lado del mercado nocturno, restaurantes y todos los servicios.. la playa.. el trato de la dueña excelente, nos aconsejo sitios donde ir y tours que hacer.. siempre amable y servicial. Muy contentos, nos hubiéramos quedado más días si hubiéramos podido..

Great location. Beach a close walk, beautiful water to swim and sun beds with awesome restaurants. Very friendly and attentive staff at the hotel. House cleaning and laundry services were good. Helpful with confirming day trips, willing to call on our behalf.

Pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam najwyzej jak się tylko da, właścicielka jest przemiłą i wspaniałą kobietą, chętną pomóc. Będzie nam brakowało tego miejsca. Polecam tez wycieczki u Pani ktora pomoze zorganizować za naprawdę dobrą cenę i dobrze doradzi. Lokalizacja świetna, wszystko na miejscu.

The bath was very hot and humid

Nong greeted us with unforgettable hospitality and is the reason we extended our stay ob Samui. She was so kind to let us immediately check in and sleep after a red eye journey. We will miss her cheerful greetings every morning! The property is the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. There is laundry service offered but if you prefer to do it yourself there is a laundromat nearby and a drying rack for your clothes on the balcony. We were offered daily cleanings, fresh towels, and bottled water. Nong also was very helpful with planning transportation and activities. After exploring other parts of the island we were happy to be based in Lamai beach for our stay in Samui. Thank you Nong, we hope to be back someday!!

A special place, I have returned after one year and I am still amazed by this lovely budget city hotel with unique traditional Thai hospitality. located in a quiet street but close to everything. Standard rooms are old fashioned but have super comfy beds and perfectly functioning showers. They are clean, spacious, equipped with strong AC, wifi, a balcony, smart tv (Netflix etc), fridge, safe deposit, kettle. Daily room cleaning on request, complimentary water, fresh towels, new coffee bags everyday. the super friendly hosts are helping with every question, booking and recommendation. And they always greet you by name and smile. You feel like a VIP or like at home, away from home. Thank you very much for your hospitality Ladies!

«Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt wird. Sie geben zudem sehr nützliche Tipps.

Die Tatsache, dass es keinen Lift gibt und drei Stockwerke zu Fuss bewältigt werden müssen, war von Anfang an klar. Ich begrüsse es ausdrücklich, dass dies bereits im Hoteltitel erwähnt wird. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Bereits beim Einchecken war das Bett in einem der Zimmer voller Ameisen. Es wurde daraufhin frisch bezogen und behandelt, doch kurz darauf traten Ameisen auch im zweiten Zimmer auf. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Da wir zu viert in zwei Zimmern mit jeweils drei Schlafplätzen untergebracht waren, reduzierte sich der nutzbare Raum zusätzlich. Nach zwei Nächten haben wir daher eine grössere und günstigere Unterkunft in der Nähe gefunden und dorthin gewechselt.

Hôtel très bien situé, tout proche des commerces et restaurant et à 5 minutes de la plage. Un night market se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. Le personnel est adorable et attentionné.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes et mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement.

Staff is AMAZING, always ready to help whatever you need . Walking distance from the beautiful beach. All the restaurants and shops just in front of your door .

Personale molto carino e accogliente, la proprietaria era presente per qualsiasi cosa. Offre vari servizi come noleggio motorino taxi e tanto altro, quindi tutte le comodità presenti in struttura. Consigliato!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Hotel liegt mitten im Geschehen. Super sauber, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der direkten Nachbarschaft.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber wird fleißig renoviert. Die Freundlichkeit macht das aber alles wieder gut. Würde immer wieder kommen wenn man eine einfache und saubere Unterkunft sucht.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the owner invited me to choose between available rooms when I arrived since they had several available options. Room service was also very good. The room felt clean and comfortable. the location was amazing for me, very close to the beach and there are planty of restaurants, convenience stores nearby, many small businesses and great night markets. I generally was very satisfied here. Also asked to extend my stay one more night and was offered price similar to the price I paid per night in Booking.

Only problem I had was with the shower in my room, the water flow was really weak though temperature control worked fine.

The host was so lovely and helpful, we had a lovely stay. She even upgraded us when we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready.

The host (I believe her name is Nong) is one of the friendliest people I have met in the whole of Thailand! She made us feel very welcome and helped us with renting a scooter, booking ferries etc. The room was lovley and spacious, outdoor balcony a good bonus. The hotel is in a good area, it's walking distance to everything but it's tucked away down a street so that there is no noise.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The location was great, a five minute walk to the beach , a shop at the end of the street and staff are helpful booking taxis or activities in the area. It’s also very clean and quiet!

Ett fantastiskt boende. Enkelt men ett helt fungerade rum. Personalen var så hjälpsam med allt, tips på restauranger, stränder, café, tvätt, moped hyrning. Hur trevliga som helst, hade stannat längre om jag kunde!

Acceuil chaleureux. Le personnel à la réception est serviable, disponible et peut vous conseiller pour faciliter vos déplacements et activités. Hötel et chambre très propres. Ménage complet de la chambre à tous les jours. Petit balcon.

Nice host, great location and facilities.

We loved this hotel. It was really clean and the location was perfect, in the centre but not noisy. The ladies at reception are the kindest, sweetest souls. They made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived untill we left. They assist with recommendations and helped us book our ferry. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Großes Zimmer Freundliches und bemühtes Personal Kulante Regelung bei der Stornierung: Ich hatte ursprünglich drei Nächte gebucht, bin jedoch nur eine Nacht geblieben und konnte den Rest kostenlos stornieren. ABER: ich hatte gefragt ob Sie ein sauberes Zimmer haben: die Antwort, ja haben Sie die sind aber teurer... okay - daraufhin bin ich dann gegangen - habe den vollen Preis für die erste Nacht bezahlt

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eher schwach (über 1500 Baht pro Nacht nicht günstig) Zimmer in keinem ordentlichen Zustand Technische große Mängel vorhanden - offene Kabel direkt auf Kopfhöhe am Bett, Kühlschrank nicht geputzt etc. Sehr schlechte Sauberkeit, insgesamt sehr dreckig Fazit: Ich kann die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tout! Super bien équipé et super propre! Toujours de l’eau à disposition, une Clim de dernière technologie et lit SUPER confortable ! Et je tiens à souligner la grande gentillesse des propriétaires, des femmes douces et agréables ! Elles vous conseilleront pour vos sorties et vos déplacements. Des personnes qui vous chouchoutent! 10/10 je reviendrai pour sur ! Sans compter que le prix de la chambre est abordable !

Although I have booked the 4th floor I was placed in a ground level studio/apartment/room which is very modern and not in the main and slightly dated building. The elderly ladies at the reception were super friendly and helpful. The location is really great. Right in the centre of beach road, tucked in in a little side street, so the street noise is noticeable but not annoying. Beach access is within a 5 min walk and there a free sun-beds available from cafes/restaurants if you buy a drink or grab something to eat.

Well, for some it’s a plus but not necessarily for me. The aircon is quite strong even on the lowest fan level and 26C. I used a towel to cover the direct airflow onto the bed (and face)

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très gentil et souriant. La chambre est propre avec frigo, bouteille d'eau tous les jours, bouilloire avec café et thé et un petit balcon. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bien placé avec le night market à 5 min à pied.

Chambre pas très moderne mais très bien quand même. Chambre avec vue sur d'autres bâtiments mais éloignés donc pas gênant.

La propriétaire est aux petits soins et fait son maximum pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, avec d’excellents conseils et recommandations pour que vous profitiez au mieux de votre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, les chambres sont très propres et confortables.

Central location but a quiet place to sleep. Affordable room prices. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. There was a fridge, air conditioning in the room. Lots of restaurants nearby. They offer laundry service. Good value for money. We stayed for 4 nights. free motorbike parking

L'albergo era in un ottima posizione centrale e veramente pulito anche se la struttura non è nuova. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la gentilezza w la disponibilità di Lek che ha risolto ottimamente le mie richieste. And Nong dello staff alla reception è stata bravissima. Un albergo familiare dove sicuramente tornerò.

The rooms were spacious, clean, great AC, good location a short walk to the beach & the two ladies at reception were so welcoming every time you came through the hotel, the little things like remembering our names. Will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Samui
