Honestamente nada, correu tudo bem! ☺️

The hotel staff were not welcoming or helpful. Due to our early flight, we asked to cancel our breakfast, but this was refused. Instead, we were told that a lunch box could be prepared if we informed the hotel one day in advance. We did so, but were later told that we had to notify them before 12 noon. This deadline was not clearly communicated to us, although the staff insisted that it had been mentioned. We had actually informed the hotel about our early departure three days in advance, so this could have been noted. Most disappointing was that, when we asked for help, the staff member became argumentative rather than trying to find a solution.

Cleanliness was far from ideal (like in literally all the hotels we stayed in Spain). Breakfast was too simple, with limited options and almost nothing for vegans. The fruit salad was canned, not made of fresh fruits, which was really undefendable.
