Very professional and flexible. Comfy beds
A very welcoming staff. They noticed all the "luggage" we had (Golf clubs, suitcases) and changed us to a ground floor room. They also inquired about our dinner plans and ensured we had a great table ready for us.
Clean and comfortable room, fantastic staff and lovely breakfast
Friendly hotel for couples or family. Nice bar and beautiful garden.
No complaints.
Comfortable room - great beds. Nice shower. Lovely staff. Close to very interesting sites and great restaurants - easy to walk to them. Took the bus to Limerick for the day and it was very easy.
great place to stay
Habitació espaiosa, neta, bona ubicació.
Fabulous staff. Friendly and efficient.

Room was beautifully decorated and beds very comfortable.
Very minor but no coffee in room!
Lovely big room and very comfortable bed. Great pubs nearby and had some fantastic meals. Visit Bunratty castle it can’t be missed and allow a full afternoon as so much to see. Great for children too.
Shame we missed eating evening meal at hotel as didn’t realise they didn’t do it on a Monday and Tuesday evening- the days we stayed !
Very clean , room fantastic and great breakfast . Great location
Beautifully spacious room. Had a great visit to Bunratty Castle.
De uitstraling; de ligging bij bunratty castle
Het uitzicht uit de kamer: een smal stukkie gras voor een muur.
We just wrapped up a wonderful two-night stay at the Bunratty Manor Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect, situated just a short, easy walk away from all the main local attractions, including Bunratty Castle and Folk Park. It made exploring the village incredibly convenient. The accommodation itself is top-class—our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly sets this boutique hotel apart, however, is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We want to give a huge special shout-out to Victoria and Mary, who serviced our breakfast every single morning with the loveliest attitude and excellent care. Another massive thanks to Eugene (all the way from Latvia via Ardnacrusha!) in the bar. He welcomed us with a fantastic, friendly smile and great chat from the very moment we arrived. From the hospitality to the beautiful property, this family-run hotel offers a true home-away-from-home experience. We will definitely be back!
Lovely efficient, friendly staff. The owner was hands on and most welcoming.
Breakfast could have a little more choice.
Very homely and welcoming
Bunratty Manor’s a beautiful building unlike the usual skyscraper hotels
We celebrated my wife's birthday at The Bunratty Manor Hotel. We always dine there for special occasions. We ate from the set menu which is €60 per person. Superb choice of dishes and excellent staff who treat everyone like a VIP. I had pork belly for starters, main for me was seabream with prawns in samphire sauce. Dessert was the best Creme Brulee I ever tasted. Other members of the party had braised Beef cheek while the steak fillet was also popular. We are looking forward to another visit shortly.
The location of the property made it convenient to Bunratty, Shannon Airport, and Limerick.
It was perfect! The room and common grounds were well maintained and clean. The staff for the hotel was very friendly and the breakfast was great. We were traveling with a toddler and they were able to provide a crib and even helped with cleaning the baby bottles. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Nice decor and furnishings

Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely gardens and other areas to sit to relax including a bar area and residents’ lounge. Rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Victoria was particularly engaging at breakfast and made us feel very comfortable. Close proximity to Bunratty gave us options for eating and entertainment.
We had a ground floor room near to the door opening to the corridor - you can hear the door banging to the entrance of the foyer - may benefit from a slow close mechanism. We could hear noise from the upstairs bedrooms, but appreciate this is a difficult matter to resolve.
The breakfast was amazing. It was very close to Bunratty Castle and folk village, also close to good places to eat.
It was perfect.
Very picturesque. Loved all the flowers and the restaurant was exceptional. Also like the character
Our toilet didn’t work at all. Had to go to the bathroom in lobby. Feel like room rate should have been reduced or some compensation offered.
Stayed there one night wished it could gave been two. Was there for a snall fanily event, got a great meal top class service at evening meal. Outstanding Gluten free starter and all options were good. Loved the breakfast also
Leaving!
Location was great
Our group of four women from the U.S. found ourselves in a stressful situation when our Airbnb canceled at the last minute. Thankfully, Fiona at Bunratty Manor Hotel came to our rescue. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and quickly got us settled in. The hotel is quaint, charming, and full of personal touches that made our stay feel warm and comfortable. Fiona's kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned what could have been a ruined trip into a wonderful experience. We are so grateful for her help and highly recommend Bunratty Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay with exceptional service. Thank you, Fiona, for taking such great care of us!
Enjoyed the staff and the accommodations, it was the right distance to all the attractions and the Shannon Airport. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was amazing.
Nothing, it is a great place to stay.
We had a 21st family dinner at Bunratty Manor. Such a great atmosphere and the food was fantastic, top class. The best part of it was the staff, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was full but you would never know, the staff made us feel so special. I had special food requirements and it was no big deal. I felt so included and I didn't feel like I was missing out. Thank you so much for a great night and making us feel so special.
Lovely staff.
Room was a bit tired, cracked tiles in the bathroom.
Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Größe des Zimmers
Es war sehr laut und hellhörig, bei Zimmer zur Gartenseite: laut durch Nachbarn

Everything was great
We stayed hear during a cycling tour. What a quaint hotel. The dinner we had was five star. The service was fantastic. If you stay save for the sticky pudding. Best in Ireland!
Beautiful property in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very professional and engaging.
There was no air conditioning. But I do understand the heat wave in Europe was not their norm. I should have read things better on the website.
Fantastic little Inn. Spacious room, with very effective air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were super friendly. Would highly recommend.
Lovely location and wonderful staff very friendly
Very accommodating staff and someone is always there 25/7!
Beautiful Manor House with lovely seating in a back garden and close to two restaurants
The little touch of a goody bag on arrival
The property was really well located. We were attending a conference in Limerick and this was a short drive away. The bar and restaurant were very cosy and accommodating. The Guinness bread at breakfast was incredible and we were kindly given seconds as we enjoyed it so much! The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and kind. They assisted me with an iron as I was heading out for the evening, ensured we had a taxi ready and waiting and were polite and friendly to deal with in every regard. The room decor wasn’t overly modern but I thought it was very charming and country-manor-esque. This in my view made it quite homely. The rooms were very clean, and I had a great nights sleep with no disturbances. Very quiet and relaxing break! Very fairly priced I would most definitely visit again.
Great staff, restaurant is amazing.
Location was good, close to the castle and other restaurants with options for meals as the hotel restuarant was closed on a Sunday evening.

Very well run family hotel could not do anything more for you.
It was perfect.
Location. Breakfast and breakfast service. Very helpful staff.
Our toilet was difficult to flush. Bathroom looked “tired” and shower very small. Could only get a couple stations on TV.
My husband and I went for dinner last Saturday evening. It is quite sometime since we ate there. Nothing has changed. The staff, before, could not have been more helpful or nice. The food was top class and all over was a real treat . Thank you all
This spot had the nicest staff of any place I’ve ever stayed. They truly went above and beyond
Not a thing to dislike

Sehr gutes serviertes Frühstück, ausnehmend freundliches Personal
Stayed here for one night, a lovely, pleasant stay, with a very friendly and helpful lady working at reception. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. TV in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. Great location, just minutes from Shannon Airport and all the amenities of Bunratty. Only downside is that the restaraunt wasn't open when I arrived, however there are numerous other eateries very close by. Very reasonable price point for my stay. Very much recommended, I'll be staying again.
We stayed at Bunratty Manor Hotel for one night before flying out of Shannon Airport, as it is an easy 15 minute drive to the airport. (There's also a gas station right across the street if you need to fill up a rental car before returning.) The room was fine -- clean, comfy bed, plenty of plugs, etc. , although kind of dark with somewhat worn furnishings. Nice big tub in the bathroom. The dining room and bar were very nice. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel, opting for the Creamery just down the street, where we ate on the patio on a beautiful evening. Durty Nelly's across the street from the Creamery would also be a fine choice for pub eating.

The room is clean and comes with a fan, making it perfect for an overnight stopover.
We stayed on the ground floor, and I think the floor upstairs is made of wood. The guests above us were very heavy-footed, and we could constantly hear them walking, dropping things, and dragging chairs. It made it hard to sleep well, and we had to wait until they went to sleep for the noise to finally stop.
Clean, updated and convenient with a nice breakfast
Being on the Main Street, there are no grounds but it is an easy walk to everything!
