Lovely accommodation!! They even have massage chairs!! We enjoyed them immensely!! Breakfast was everything from soup to nuts!! even homemade bread and butter pudding, which was delicious!

Comfortable and quiet in light of there being many guests. Breakfast was bountiful, adequate, and cooked items came quickly. Our room was clean but rather overdone with “stuff”. In general there seemed to be lots of “stuff” inside and out. Couldn’t have a better location if you don’t want to stay right in Bunratty.

From start to finish, this place is bliss. Lovely host, so happy for you to be there, massage chair, just wow. Everything was perfect Best night in Ireland for us. Thank you so much.

The beds. And the breakfast wasn’t bad.

Everything else. It was the tackiest, worst B&B I have ever been to. The owner has been hosting for WAY too long. She was frazzled, short tempered and strict. The room was tiny and the bathroom tinier. The furnishings and decor were from the 1960’s and 1970’s. An Audrey Hepburn theme?! Come on! I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The host was so kind and helpful, especially after is showing up at the door hours early because I got lost! The rooms were super cute and themed, the whole place is beautiful. The Breakfast was fantastic! So many fresh options for food and drinks, as well as cooked-to-order eggs and bacon! Unbelievable!!!

There was nothing more we could have possibly asked for! Absolutely wonderful experience!

The location is very good - close to the castle and lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast was phenomenal.

Wir hatten 3 unvergesslich schöne Tage im Boathouse. Unser Highlight war eine Kanufahrt in der Bucht, und wir konnten Seehunde beobachten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Gail, unser Host supernett.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, huge breakfast offer! Perfect location very close to Shannon Airport and Bunratty Castle.

We could have done with a bit more space to store luggage in the room. Breakfast from 8-9 only is a bit early when you're on holiday and it means everyone turns up at the same time. When we arrived at the breakfast room there weren't any tables available for us so we had to wait.

The hospitality and location were great. The breakfast was amazing.

Unfortunately our room felt cluttered.

The Bunratty Castle Mews was a pleasant surprise at the end of our three-week vacation in England and Ireland. Upon discovering the proximity to Shannon airport and Bunratty Castle, we decided to end our trip here rather than travel from a longer distance for our midday flight. This was, by far, the best “close to the airport” overnight we’ve had. The proprietors were lovely as was the plentiful breakfast. They even called a local cab to the airport for us on our final day. Our trip to Bunratty Castle and Park was surprisingly worthwhile. We expected it to be a bit hokey, but it was not. Our final Irish dinner at The Creamery was good too.

The facility shows its age a bit, but it was homey and clean. The 0.7 mile walk to town was sketchy with cars whizzing by at 60+ kms per hour with no shoulder. Would not recommend this.

Nice location, easy parking and a lovely welcome from the owner. Our room was quiet and had most things needed for our stay. The breakfast was excellent, again with a really nice welcome and vast choice of food and drinks which really set us up for the day

Only a couple of small things missing - no green tea in the room (plenty at breakfast), no regular coffee in the room or hallway (only decaf), the shower gel hadn't been refilled and ran out

Everything! From the FULL Irish breakfast to the welcoming hosts, Dolores and her Husband were absolute treasures. Clean, comfortable, quiet and full amenities. Truly everything you could hope for in a BNB!

The hosts are a beautiful couple , ultra helpful and eager to please , at breakfast especially and check the room immediately for any items left behind and bring to car park ! Thank you . The bed so comfortable and efficient powerful shower perfect for travellers and Bunratty Castle guests. We had booked the Banquet at Bunratty Castle along with other guests present at the B&B. and we're only interested in a B & B . The extra leisure features of the B&B were of no interest. Maybe convert those rooms to bedrooms and adjust the costing ?! . €160 for a room for a couple ?! , acceptable if a family are able to utilise the 2 double beds , Sofa, Chairs , Desk etc . within the room . Otherwise highly creative lovely room .

Mrs Delores (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly — if not, my apologies!) is an absolute whirlwind of warmth and friendliness. I was genuinely sorry that we only stayed for one night; we would have happily stayed much longer. Highly recommended!

This is a very quirky little B&B with hidden treasures everywhere. Lovely hosts and very close to Castle. Very good breakfast 😊

It was great, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and every thing we needed was in the room. e.g. a fridge with drinking water, coffee making facilities etc. A great breakfast with a huge choice. Secure parking.

Es ist ein wunderbares Haus mit vielen liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Zimmern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch einiges mehr. Das Bett war bequem und die Aussicht auf die Weide sehr entspannend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das leckere Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl und der gemütliche Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten bei einem Getränk der eigenen Wahl zu entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dove però raggiunge l’ineguagliabile di tutto il tour Irlandese è la colazione. Autentica e genuina colazione Irish. Voto 10 /10

Wow! Absolutely exceptional! Super clean, comfy, MULTIPLE amenities, very kind owners/staff and beautiful b&b. I travel for a living so I have stayed in a LOT of places; everything from friends couches to 5 star hotels. By far this is the NICEST B&B I have ever had the good fortune of staying at. As someone new to Ireland it was so lovely having someone that shared so much wisdom with us. We took the bus from the airport to Bunratty, explored the castle, had a lovely Irish coffee at JP Clarkes, then called Dolores here and she was kind enough to send a driver to pick us up even though it was only a couple minutes walk. We had so many questions and were completely lost but she set us right up and gave a lovely tour of the place. We'll be staying again on our way back out and booking in advance every time we come!

We voelden ons erg welkom. Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid. Met zelfgebakken brood/pie. (En zelfs pindakaas!) Bedden waren prima. Je had een koelkast, magnetron en airfryer (op de gang) waar je gebruik van mocht maken. Het was een prima verblijf!

Wow!!! We loved it here. Beautiful gardens with lots of seating areas. Very helpful and accommodating host. Massage chairs were a fun bonus. Breakfast was exceptional. We ended up leaving later than intended as we were enjoying the feast too much!

The property was very interesting with each room decorated with a different theme; our room was out of Africa! The bedroom and bathroom were very adequately appointed, the owners were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, and the full Irish breakfast was excellent! A good place from which to launch visits to Limerick and Adare.

The Wifi connection was rather variable and the owner had to get onto the roof to adjust the aerial for better reception, which was generally successful!

Tout : l'accueil (très chaleureux), la literie (meilleure nuit de notre voyage), le petit-déjeuner (très copieux) , le calme et le parking. Nous avions déjà eu un avis favorable par des amis qui étaient venus un an auparavant et franchement, nous n'avons pas été déçu, bien au contraire. A noter la décoration qui vaut le détour. Ne changer rien. Bravo. Nous mettons la note de 10/10, ce qui est assez rare dans notre notation.

Wow!! What an amazing Bed & Breakfast. It is such a beautiful place. The hosts are incredible, extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, what an array of choice to eat! The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The hosts even provide an area with massage chairs, microwave, refrigerator with fresh water, tea & coffee station (a kettle with tea/coffee is also provided in the room). Highly recommend Bunratty Castle Mews B&B
