just that the saunas and pools were open only until 7pm, which if youre a spa lover like me its a bit rushed,especially after a longer day of travel and hiking/skiing :)

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Mi è piaciuto molto il soggiorno. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben curata. Ho apprezzato soprattutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale, oltre alla tranquillità del posto. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole, che consiglio sicuramente!
L’unico piccolo neo è stato il terrazzo della camera, che avrei preferito fosse un po’ più spazioso. Con il tavolino e la sedia lo spazio risultava già piuttosto limitato. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e mi sono trovato/a molto bene. Ci tornerò sicuramente molto volentieri!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026We've booked the renovated room, and our stay was amazing. The food is great; dinner is served, which is a huge plus. We had a lovely time hiking, playing tennis and enjoying the spa. The staff was kind and attentive.
The tennis court could use some maintenance, but we enjoyed it anyway.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Camera spaziosa, pulita, balcone con vista montagne. Apprezzabile il silenzio alla sera. La presenza di un'area benessere dedicata agli adulti e una alle famiglie. Buona la colazione abbondante e varia.
La moquette ovunque. Il bagno un po' vecchio stile con vasca e protezioni laterali al lavandino che rendono particolarmente scomodo l'uso del bidet. La cena fatta come extra per comodità la prima sera, in quanto avevo solo prima colazione. Non è disponibile alla carta e il menù proposto veramente di basso profilo. Manca un area ricarica auto elettriche.

Jeżeli do czegokolwiek mógłbym się przyczepić to brak wentylacji i klimatyzacji w pokoju. W standardzie **** raczej nie powinno tak być. Na szczęści wszystkie okna były otwieralne.

Splendida zona SPA con svariati tipi di saune, zone private per il relax e ampia area esterna per prendere il sole sui lettini. Il tutto pulitissimo e piacevole. Nella formula pensione completa, è incluso un piacevole mini buffet per il pranzo e un break pomeridiano con dolcetti e torte fatte in casa molto apprezzato. La qualità della vasta colazione a buffet e della cena è assolutamente di proma qualità, sia per la bontà delle materie prime che per la varietà e per il servizio. Camere ampie, pulite e funzionali. Posizione dell'hotel perfetta e strategica per muoversi in qualsiasi direzione negli splendidi dintorni.. Promosso a pieni voti.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel. La pulizia è impeccabile e ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di portare il mio cane. La qualità del cibo è ottima e il menù è vario, in grado di soddisfare i gusti di tutti. La presenza di piscine, sia interna che esterna, è un grande vantaggio, specialmente per le famiglie. L'hotel è particolarmente indicato per famiglie con bambini piccoli, grazie ai servizi e all'ambiente tranquillo. Tuttavia, per gli adolescenti,potrebbe risultare non in linea con la loro idea di divertimento. Nel complesso, raccomando questa struttura a chi cerca un luogo pulito, accogliente e con una buona offerta culinaria, ideale per una vacanza in famiglia con bambini piccoli o coppie.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2024Fairly big hotel along the main road in BK frequented by guests that spend most of the time in the hotel (pools, spa area, tennis). Altough there were many people the pools were not very crowded and above all the rules are rules of common sense (we can play with ball, dive etc.). The staff speaks Italian and the menu at restaurant is in Italian. Very good breakfast (the chef prepares the eggs on demand). Some activities (yoga, acqua gym etc.) are proposed.
The room is standard and the shower is in the bath tub. There aren't any fan or air conditioning in the room and the room was hot for a few hours after the sunset. Probably the number of days per year requiring AC is still limited in the mountain but it's increasing every year and many hotels of the same level are being equipped with air conditioner even in the mountain.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2022It is a fantastic hotel with extremely pleasent stuff. There were some minor things to complain - like there is no kettle in the apartment to make tee or coffee. It is winter time, everyone likes tee or coffee after skiing. Also, hot tub is bad. This is also something that you would enjoy after skiing. But, everything else was great, it was Christmas amd and very charming

Breakfast choice was very modest for the hotel of this category - especially because it wasn't our first time and I remember how it used to be. Also I missed body lotion in the bathroom.
