Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die familiere Atmosphäre und der persönliche Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ruhe im Hotel selbst. Das 5 Gänge Menü und das Frühstück, vorallem die Wahlmöglichkeiten und die liebevolle Zubereitung. Der Mittagskuchen und die vielen Säfte beim Frühstück. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die vielen Angebote im Hotel selbst bis hin zum schönen Garten.
Das auf den Balkonen und im Eingangsbereich des Außenpools geraucht wurde. Wir mussten Abends trotz hoher Temperaturen die Balkontüre (Balkone sind eng beieinander und nur durch eine Glaswand getrennt) schließen, bzw. am Pooleingang durch eine Rauchwolke laufen, da dort direkt der Aschenbecher steht. Es gab keine Klimaanlage.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Um 17:00 Uhr kamen wir in unserem Hotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim an und wurden vom ersten Moment an herzlich empfangen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und wir bekamen alles freundlich und verständlich erklärt. Unser Zimmer ist wunderschön, makellos sauber und verfügt sogar über einen begehbaren Schrank – ein echtes Highlight. Auch der Pool- und Saunabereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls hervorragend: mit vielen regionalen Produkten und mehr als ausreichend Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Hier merkt man sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft mit viel Herz gelebt wird. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Exceptional service, amenities, food and comfort. Staff was very forthcoming and the atmosphere was homely. Saunas, pool, and wellness areas were incredible and even with a full hotel, there was always enough space.
Our room didn't have AC and faced directly to the pool, so we couldn't really keep the windows open and the rooms got unbearably hot for sleeping. Some of the restaurant staff were slow and and restaurant service was not always top-notch.

The owners, Kerstin and Michael Prägant, together with their team, are exceptionally welcoming and pay remarkable attention to detail. Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome card in the room, as well as a personalized message written on the mirror, which was a very creative and thoughtful touch. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and nature. We were a group of six guests and decided to enjoy some drinks outside in the evening. When we asked if there were any snacks available, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the team had already prepared something special for us, a generous platter of assorted cheeses, fresh fruits, strawberries, grapes, and nuts. It was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. The following morning, breakfast was rich, fresh, healthy, and beautifully presented. What impressed us even more was the personalized daily newsletter handed to each guest. It included a thank-you message from the owners and staff, the weather forecast, a Sudoku puzzle, breakfast information, employee recognition, details about the hotel's spa facilities, and recommendations for local attractions and activities. On behalf of all six of us, we would like to sincerely thank Kerstin, Michael, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Your passion, warmth, and dedication made our stay memorable, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend Hotel Prägant to others.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Het ontbijt maar vooral ook de snacks in de middag en het uitgelezen vijf gangen diner dat elke dag weer een verassing was met producten uit de regio was uitmuntend. Het hotel is kleinschalig met een traditionele kamer waar ook gezorgd was voor onze Whippet met een welkom. Jammer dat men extra kosten rekent voor de hond die dit niet echt rechtvaardigt. Maar al met al een fantastisch hotel met veel faciliteiten als (infrarood) sauna’s en zwembaden. Wel jammer dat er geen sneeuw lag maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen ondanks dat we op 1100m hoogte zaten en het nog pas half maart was. We komen zeker nog een keer terug maar dan een paar weken eerder. Met de gondel naar de top was bijzonder en daar was wel veel sneeuw en fijn dat het hotel ons korting kon geven voor de ticket. Een aanrader om gebruik van te maken.
Eigenlijk niets want alles wat je mag verwachten van zo’n hotel was er gewoon, vooral de half board en de faciliteiten en professioneel personeel.

Der Pool sowohl im Innenbereich, als auch im Außenbereich war extrem kalt. Es dürfte wohl einen Defekt gegeben haben. Unsere Ankunftszeit war ca um 12:30 Uhr, dennoch war ein Aufpreis von 20€ zu zahlen für die Nutzung des "kalten" Wellnessbereichs. Die Familie ist sehr nett und bemüht, doch leider passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
