Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The receptionist on duty at checkout was rude and incompetent; he tried to charge me for an extra half-hour delay caused by the lack of bath towels—which I needed for a shower. He kept calling repeatedly, acting as if the place was fully booked, even though most of the rooms were actually empty. They try to squeeze money out of guests however they can; even 5-star hotels treat you better and are more flexible

ممساحه الغرف صغيره جدا 2 سرير تحصلها متلاصقه ولايوجد مجال لحركه الاشخاص. ولاتوجد اي خدمات بالغرف. ولايوجد غلايه للماء. والاثاث قديم جدا. وافياش الكهرباء بعضها مكسره ولاتعمل. وبعض الجدران في الغرفه وفي عموم الفندق متشققه. . واناره الغرفه سيئه وضعيفه جدا يوجد فقط لمبه صغيره واحده للغرفه . وواحده لدوره المياه. الفندق يحتاج الكثير من العمل والصيانه

The staff are friendly and helpful—Arshan and the entire team made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything else was not good at all, also we had to leave 3 night before our reservation ends and no one helped us to refund the rest of payment, they gave us an email and phone number that never answer or work. Very disappointing!!!!!

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025It was one of the worst hotel I booked in my life and it's dirty and not clean. Additional to that they did not provide slipper or soap and pressure of dish shower is very weak. Also, AC not working well and nobody came to clean the room when I go out and I went to doctor because air was dusty and I purchased some medicine because of that. My review for this hotel is zero and I will tell all people about it.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2024The room was extremely dirty and unclean, including the bed, washroom, cupboards, and fridge, and the AC was also not functioning. Additionally, the receptionist named AHMED was incredibly unfriendly and uncooperative. He failed to inform us about the room's issues, booked it without warning, and took the payment. When I complained, he claimed the amount was nonrefundable. This was by far the worst experience I've had, especially at OYO 112 Semiramis Hotel.
