GuestHouse COMFY - rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom

The balcony was beautiful and a great place to have breakfast and read. The bed was comfortable. Overall the flat was charming. Loved the cats coming to greet me every morning.

Only the location.

All the Bath equipmant was broken. Not cleane at all. Planty of bugs from the sewer in front of the house. Leaks from the fosets. Heater does not working so....if its cold good luck. The towels were dirty and moldy.

המקום היה נקי, נגיש ומותאם לאירוח משפחתי. מטבחון מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ומזגן עובד. רכבת ותחבורה ציבורית במרחק הליכה.

Хозяин был на связи (и в мессенджере, и по телефону), общаться с ним было очень комфортно. В номере был радиатор, который нам очень пригодился, поскольку мы попали в Хайфу в очень дождливый день и очень промокли. Нам очень понравились кровати и подушки.

location was fine. But we were unlucky, that was really noisy at night, dogs barked, cats meowed, cars honked, people yelled… too much, we couldn’t sleep almost whole night.

Nice clean rooms with a balcony. Access to kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, free coffee/tea and all tools. Nice bathroom with access to washing machine. 3 rooms that share the facilities. Very good information about how to find and access if you arrive at odd hours.

It is third floor without elevator. The neighbourhood is not the most clean.

Nice place, central.

The attention to detail: everything is cared for and everything works well. We liked the decoration making it our home in haifa for our stay of one week. Shared bathroom was not complicated. We liked the mattress which is firm but gave a good rest after our daily walking tours.

First impression of the street is not so great. We felt very safe though and around the corner are the main shopping streets with bakeries and supermarkets at hand. Also the park in front of the city hall which is nice for a late evening stroll with views of the harbour and bay.

It was really comfy like the name says. Room and kitchen were very well equipped.

I didn't know about the shared bathroom, I was expecting having our own bathroom inside the room. Some people in another room kept their time in using the toilet for an hour or more, they didn't care for us and we waited for long time in order to use the toilet in the morning. It's not fair.

Bathroom: shared, clean bathroom, free laundry service (detergent and washing). Towels provided. 5. Kitchen: shared kitchen, free coffee and tea, coffee pods for free. Pots and pans available. 6. Bedroom: private, comfortable and clean, AC, beautiful view from our balcony. TV with lots of channels. 7. Shared Area: Only kitchen

Accessibility: stairs to 2nd floor. No lift. Not for disabled people.

The staff is very friendly and they send you all the information you need. Everything very clean.

There is only 20 minutes of hot water for shower per day (3 rooms share the bathroom). The room is smaller than it seems on the pictures.

Very well equipped, coffee pods, clean apartament. We enjoyed the stay :)

The owner is very caring, he sent photos of how to find the apartment, where to park the car for free. The apartment had shampoos, soap, and a washing machine. All tools, salt, coffee, sugar in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Clean towels. Very close to the central street, where you can see the Bahai Gardens.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything a traveler may need. The shared kitchen offers the usual such as a fridge and stove but also a coffee machine, which we really appreciated. You can find there all the basic kitchenware needed for simple cooking. Toiletries (including toothpaste) are provided in the shared bathroom and there's also a machine machine and washing powder available. Our room (no.1) was smaller but cozy and we loved its balcony and the fact that the house is located in a quiet residential area, which means you can get a good night's sleep. Overall the apartment is clean and well taken care of although not super new.

Their customer service needs some serious improvement. At first we didn't quite understand that the apartment was a self check-in accomodation mostly because it is advertised as a 'guesthouse'. In fact, it's practically an Airbnb type of apartment. Prior to our arrival, the host was very responsive when we texted on WhatsApp. I was very happy about that. When we got to the address, we had problems locating the house because there were no signs indicating the guesthouse. We called the host, but he didn't speak any English and the only thing he said was "send pictures". We thought he wanted us to send him pictures of where we were standing and perhaps point us to the right direction. At that point we were already standing right in front of the building and only needed him to open a window and wave at us so we could understand where exactly we were supposed to go. Eventually, after some back and forth messaging we got inside the building and onto the second floor where the apartment is. The host seemed very angry and frustrated that he had to go down 2 floors (he lives in the same building) to show us our room. He kept complaining that he had already sent us instructions and why we bothered him and that 'this is not a hotel' and 'there's no reception'. I was extremely disappointed by his behavior. I don't understand why someone would want to work in the hospitality sector when they don't have the ability to be helpful and kind to their guests. It's very unfortunate we had to experience this - otherwise we would have given 10/10.

Shared apartment with one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Clean, well organized, kitchen available with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Good instructions for getting into the place.

A bit tough to do the shared bathroom with all three bedrooms filled, but was doable. Area around the property was really filthy. Perhaps a garbage strike? No apparent garbage pickup for some time. The property was fine, the area around it was shabby but safe.

The door of the bathroom is somehow difficult to close/open BUT it's not a real problem. The place is really nice.

We found all essential things there. Especially we appriciate the free-available washing machine, place to dry the clothes and the coffee machine with coffee capsules supplied. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the balcony, where we had dinner and breakfast. And the landlord was supernice!

It is in a great location,the host was friendly,design is nice,seems like there was alot of thought put into it. There was a problem at midnight with the lock but the host rushed quickly to fix the problem ,appreciated.

The neighborhood feels a bit like a ghost town alot of building with black windows with no soul inside maybe they are getting rebuilt .

The host was very kind and provided all information before arrival. Really big and well equipped bathroom and kitchen. Free coffee and tea. Flat is located in the city centre, supermarket and sights nearby.

It's like a hostel with private rooms. Clean, nice, good location. You have everything you need. It is comfortable as well. Our recommendation!
