היה באמצע הנקיון כאשר הגענו ב- 15.30 אחה"צ. המנקים לא הגיעו באותו יום. המנהל נקי ועובד קשה אך לא נחמד .

Wow is very bad treet to us ... mishandle.... Staff they don't know how to talk to the guest ...how to behave to the guest ..we paid money for one night... but the staff is very bad one of the staff told us to go out from the hostel with out any region..... very naughty staff.. they speak nasty word to us ......

The hostel has quiet and no-smoking rules. Highly appreciate that. The place is well organised, lovely designed, clean, cozy and comfortable. The owner responds quickly. It locates very close to the mountain train, and there are some tasty cafes and restaurants nearby. The public transportation is around that we didn’t need to walk much.

It is not we didn’t like it, but here is a heads-up for travellers: the door going out to the terrace from the room cannot be locked, and it is shared between the type of rooms which have access to it. If any one of you have a concern, you have this in mind. Yet it is a nice terrace.

Nice clean affordable family room

The place is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is very attentive to our needs and the commnication has been very kind. It’s tastefully designed with inviting shared spaces like a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Great hostel, nice clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. The shared shower and toilet are clean and in good condition, and shower accessories are available. Definitely found the accommodation I need in Haifa. I will come back again.

We didn't got the hostel experience in Israel, although we travel a lot (for our budget), this was both pleasant and nostalgic experience.

What we don't like at most places we stay, soft mattress. Also, as the top of the door frame is transparent, the dimmed corridor light were seen during nighttime.

the location is problematic as it is on a busy road, it was difficult to fall asleep at night.

The location was a little difficult to find, and the building is in the process of being rehabbed, but my room was recently remodeled, clean and nice.

Good location & nice old house, new sanitary facilities, free coffee, it was a bit cold but moveable heaters were provided. Calm atmosphere.

The hostel was in a great location near a large supermarket, bus routes and a cheap shopping street with a NIS12 felafel joint. It was spotlessly clean, with large rooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable, attractive sitting/TV room and open air balcony. The owner managers were helpful and friendly. It was quiet and private.

I would have preferred to have a key to my dorm room, but there were no security issues while I was there.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. A really good French restaurant nearby. Nice little shop just outside where breakfast was available. Parking on site.

It was difficult to find at first but nothing else to report.

Really convenient, central localisation. Cosy and easy atmosphere in the hostel. Shared bathroom wasn't a problem at all, it was always clean (there were not too many other guests at the time of our stay though). Free very good coffee!

In the room with the windows facing the street it was sometimes quite noisy with the music from some places outdoors.

Very cozy hostel with kitchen and living room. We had a lovely room with balcony. Good location in the heart of Haifa. Carpark in front of the building.

This place was ideal for me, staying in Haifa for a few days and wanting to see the sights, It's a good location - I recommend the view over the port from the nearby park - close to public transport with a direct line to the bars and restaurants in the center, and there are places nearby to get a bite to eat or a drink. I received an entrance code via my phone and everything worked a treat. My room was clean and spacious. There is a kitchen with a nice coffee machine and stuff you can use, as well as a lounge area with some comfy seats. The shower is big, easy to use, and there were soap and shampoo available. It was quiet and comfortable. I would very happily stay there again.

The location was nice and in a 10 minute walking distance to downtown, here are some good restaurants and bars. The hostel was very clean and the rooms were very nice! I would definitely recommend!

Well obviously you can not choose the neighbors, so need to hope for the best, but if you are not 24/7 in apartment, then you barely see the neighbors

Nice hotel that is not luxurious, but has everything an un-demanding traveller needs. Clean kitchen, clean room, helpful staff, common places where you can have a breakfast or just chill-out... and most importantly free coffee, which actually saved us a lot of money since we are lovers of a strong dose of morning caffein. Our room was facing the backyard, not the main street (as is the case with some, not all, other rooms in the hotel) and it was generally very quiet. It might be a bit different in other rooms.

Nothing really. Only the street can get noisy because of cars, so if you have the option, choose a room facing backyard rather than street.

Well organized check- in and -out, inside processes to manage different guests for shared facilities. Very clean and highly maintained facilities. Very service oriented (free coffee, cool water, shower equipment) and focus on details (green plants on the terrace, books,….)

It was really BAD. It's not even a guest house, let alone "hotel"! The worst nighborhood in hifa, 3rd floor no elivator, no staff at the place. Really really horible and in the price of a REAL hotel.

Hostel Roks is the best hostel in Haifa! Convenient location, clean and homely inside, good-natured and helpful owners! The most reasonable prices and high quality service! I recommend this place to everyone, you won't regret it!

Chambres agréables, tout est bien tenu, sauf que la chambre 5 que nous occupions donne sur une rue très passante et n'a pas de double vitrage donc très bruyante

Very good,silence.The room , toilets and kitchen modern design and utensils.The guest can make all the types of cofee,tea, juice with hand juice maker, microwave,refregirator.Very clean all the places and lenes.Air condition.Reccomended place and not expensive.

Wonderful and affordable. Location is great, right near buses and funicular (also near lots of great restaurants and bars). Room was spacious, clean and had brand new furniture. Bathrooms and Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was available on-site behind a security gate.
