Has the "artist" touch. Lovely exp, cozy, calm, clean... An absolute offbeat stay. Plus the staff was wonderful. Helped us with everything and were very warm. I infact was fasting on 1 day and they went out of the way to get me fruits from the market. The shacks and beach are just a 1 min walk. Will definitely visit again.

2 imp points. 1. There can be more variety in the breakfast. And it could be more timely. It's supposed to be from 8.30am, but everyday it was delayed. 2. Extremely loud surroundings at night- was unable to sleep till 1.30am. would suggest maybe make the room slightly sound proof.

The Artists Cottage est un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Les chambres sont grandes et bien décorées. Le personnel est d une gentillesse infinie. Situé à 50 mètres de la plage. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

The property is very well curated with lots of great and interesting artworks, specially the woodcuts in the reception area. Also loved the staff, very amicable. The dog blacky was an absolute angel. The property is great for people who want some alone time in goa. The beach is literally a minute away so that is just awesome. Overall it’s great value for money.

The only and only thing that bothered me a little bit is that there is some distant music that can be heard at night disrupting the peace. But then again it’s goa and noise pollution is everywhere. Just a minor glitch really.

It’s a beautifully curated and peaceful place to get away from the madding crowd and decompress 💜 the beach is also easily accessible from the property.

it was an amazing stay, the property was exactly like it promised, quiet, comfortable cottages with more than adequate amenities, the closest beach was Ashwem , which is like walking distance , the beach is filled with amazing places for sun downers. the staff was amazing and very helpful, me and my wife are still missing the amazing cheese omelets , the staff helped us in renting a car and also helped us booking a cab for the airport on our way back. staying there was more than worth it, would definitely do it again.

Fantastic friendly owners and special mention to Didi who kept everything spotless. Basic but very tasty breakfast and an excellent location 2 mins from the beach and shacks with a little shop 2 mins away.

Such a beautiful place to stay, gorgeous cottages moments from the beach. The area is quite lively, lots going on, good if you like to go out in the evening. The owners and all the staff are lovely and will help you with anything you need. Delicious fresh breakfast each morning... perfect! 😍

The rooms were really nice - big beds and very spacious and lovely bathrooms. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful with recommendations too. The breakfast was delicious. It was really nice and close to the beach.

The noise! The music from the bars along the beach was so loud every night and went on till at least 2am so it really affected our sleep. I also think this property is too expensive for what you get.

L'acceuil des propriétaires est vraiment personnalisé et adorable. Le personnel est très attentionné, on se sent comme à la maison car petite infrastucture. Petit dejeuner très agréable avec juste ce qu'il faut, et commande à la carte également. Les cottages sont très sympa, avec petite terrasse privative, les lits sont très confortables et la salle de bain originale. Nous avons adorés y séjourner.

Очень шумно! Нам пришлось съехать потому что я не смогла спать. Насколько нам объяснили хозяева- это сезонная история, когда у них кристмас дни. И близлежащие заведения включают музыку с басами до самого утра. Поэтому если это принципиальный момент- лучше уточнять при бронировании. Но!!! Хочу отметить порядочность хозяев заведения- нам вернули деньги за оставшиеся ночи, войдя в наше положение 🙏🏻 далеко не все отели могут похвастаться таким отношением и человечностью!

The Artist Cottages is an absolute gem. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the property itself is beautiful, perfectly located just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The breakfast feels homely and thoughtful, with a changing menu each day and staples like cereal and milk always available. The owner is truly lovely and went out of her way to guide us with local recommendations, including some fantastic sundowner spots. This was my second stay here, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. I’m already hoping to return again in the future.

Basic breakfast albeit home cooked. No bar, restaurant or room service.

The breakfast was nice with different fruits & indian breakfast options everyday. There was also option for eggs and toast with the egg preparations really well done. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No access to drinking water apart from the bottles provided at night.

Excellent breakfast, most welcoming and warm staff. Enjoyed the presence of the very well-behaved dogs on the property, the aesthetic interiors, the amazing artwork on all the walls, and the proximity to a pristine beach.

This property has a rustic charm to it. It is very close to the beach. Just 2-3 mins walk. Breakfast is limited but whatever they have it is good. Indian breakfast options are tasty and served hot. There are good restaurants and shacks near by. The beach nearby is very near and not very crowded

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The rooms were cozy and charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Miss Mami, the owner, welcomed my partner and me with such kindness, offering us refreshments upon arrival. She also shared fantastic recommendations for places to visit in town and the best ways to get there. The property is perfectly located in the heart of Morjim, just a minute’s walk from the beach. The staff was incredibly hospitable—Tanaya at reception was exceptionally kind, always catering to our needs promptly and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. In the evenings, Sikas and Sameer were equally attentive and helpful, guiding us on navigation and even advising us on fuel requirements for our rides. Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The breakfast was also lovely, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I had the best time here and would definitely stay again!

A beautiful accommodation next to a quiet part of Morjim beach. The staff was lovely, the facilities were clean and perfect. We stayed for four nights, which was just wonderful. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Unfortunately, the accommodation was located near a big beach shack, where loud music kept us upuntil early in the morning. A shame as everything was just splendid!

Hot water went on and off randomly. I got a bad 2nd degree burn on my foot because of that, and our 5 year old child burnt her hand. Breakfast was late. Also disliked the nearby restaurants and bars playing loud techno from the afternoon late into the night even when there were no customers.

Staff is very helpful and understanding. Our cottage had some ants (which is very common) . We told the staff and they changed our room. The new room was very good. The last 2 cottages have some ants because of where it is located. The beach is 30 seconds away. Breakfast is super.

The space itself is nice, cute room with decent bathroom. But there is a bar next door that starts playing crazily loud music from about 4pm till early hours in the morning! If this is not ur thing.. Book somewhere in mandrem just further up.

The room decor is lovely and is very comfortable. The location is perfect.

The hot water in the shower was not available mostly and the electricity was patchy.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, prompt responses to requests from the staff.

It wasn't technically beachfront. It was close enough that it was a short walk to the beach but it showed up as a beachfront property and I was expecting to be able to connect directly from the hotel to the beach. The connecting path between the hotel and the beach was dark and felt dangerous at night. The only alternative was to go through an adjacent restaurant.

The vibe of the place will surely invoke the slow living observant artist in you. The staff and the host are very sweet people. Loved talking to them and they made me feel home. The location is perfect for north Goa. All the must visits are 15 mins mins around from here

The staff was amazing and verrrry helpful. The cottages are neat, clean, cute, and the aesthetics were on point. The best part was it is soo close to the beach so we enjoyed sunsets and sunrise most of our stay.

came for a peaceful sojourn and the place delivered till blaring music from a party or event nearby completely disrupted the quiet sounds of nature. the owner was kind enough to compensate me for the disruption and unpleasantness and i have left a good review for that reason only. i hope this beach does not go the same way as the beaches near panaji.
