От главной дороги где большой магазин 500 м, но рядом тоже есть продуктовый и магазин одежды! Вдоль пляжа очень хорошие кафе, и рестораны НЕ ШЕЙКИ, трапинка для пляжа удобное все чисто

Завтрак очень скромный , только омлет и кофе.

The rooms were more basic than expected. Could do with more wardrobe space and table. Missing side lamp. Lots of mosquitoes.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2025Room basic could do with some TLC. Lots of mosquitoes in the room (most we had in any accommodation) room needs a table and chair to add comfort. Very basic breakfast served. Staff very good and excellent location. We were happy e gough here but the room could do with a little bit of decoration being made. Lovely gardens and lands end bar is beautiful xx
The room just needs some attention to make it a little comfier. A chair and table and a new rug if you feel the room needs one in it.

It was like dharamshala. Dinner till 10, after that kitchen closed. Only basic facilities, one cannot get feeling of resort.

Parking space is less and the worst part was the breakfast option you get. We went on 15th June 2024 and the breakfast was bread omelet and poha so either 1 you have to choose. Next day it was the same food except instead of poha it was upmavu. No hot water

It's mentioned that breakfast is included, but the options are limited you can have only Omelette or Paratha in limited quantities , we ordered omelette and they served it without butter or toast. In this cost it should be have at least 3-4 options with sufficient quantities.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2024Location, just away from the beach by 1 plot (have to walk through S2 Beach Resort) is great. Less than 3 mins. Room is big and has good natural light . Comfortable bed. The landscaping plants have grown much more so the pics are slightly different to existing condition.
A pool would be a welcome addition, to make it comparable to other resorts at a similar price-point.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2024Location is great. Beach-access is barely 3 mins, a walk through the adjacent beach-facing plot i.e. S2 Beach Resort. Opens into a good section of Morjim-beach abutting the start of Ashwem-beach. Good mix of premium and luxury and regular shacks in this section.. Adequate shaded parking. Approach road is currently pretty rough - common to all properties in morjim. Breakfast is a basic buffet, adequate. A small notch up from the free breakfast option where the kitchen sends a fixed plate to the room on order-basis. Beds are comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. Room is well lit and airy with large windows. Room size is above-average with a decent sized shaded sit-out area. Staff and polite and responsive.
Quality of Toiletries (shampoo, mini-soap) are pretty basic quality. Bathroom door needs a latch from outside as well so that it can be closed during AC-use

Walking to the beach needs you to walk through S2 restaurant. But that wasn't too bad.

Not clean. Ants on the bed. Room is not cleaned daily. Lights goes off frequently. Not suitable for March to June travellers. They charge you extra for stains on the towel too.
