Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is perfect, center but not noisy, right next to beach. The restaurant for the breakfast is close, so its convenient. The rooms are clean. The staff is amazing, very helpful reception staff, cleaners are nice aswell. Communication via whatsapp is fast and smooth. Good, stable wifi. Pretty big fridge with welcome drinks. Shower pressure is also good.
The only thing we missed is more storage place. No wardrobe and not even a functioning night stand to pack the belongings.

Garbage on the beach and surrounding areas around the hotel. A lot of plastic bottles and sigaretts. The breakfast was disappointing if you are used to a Norwegian breakfast. No area to sit outside hotel with view of the beach or to sit outside in the sun.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Gyönyörű tengerparti kilátás, a tenger pár lépésre van a szállástól. Szép, letisztult berendezés, végtelenül kedves és segítőkész személyzet.
A takarítás időpontja lehetne kicsit korábban, pl reggeli időben, mert dél körül pont szinte mindig a szálláson tartózkodtunk (akkor a legmagasabb az UV + a gyerekek pihentek). Hátul a teraszon szuper lenne pár napágy, akár bérlési lehetőséggel.

The water stopped at 3am! The toilet didn’t work. The electricity went off. We could not get hold of anyone to fix it In the end it was fixed in the morning But one person was so freaked out she decided to leave Zante and go back to london. So it kind of spoilt the trip.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Nuestra estancia fue genial. El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones modernas, muy limpias, buenas vistas y una pequeña terraza. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, literalmente a pie de playa. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es el trato personal. El equipo es encantador y te ayuda muchísimo a organizar tours recomendados, de confianza y con buena relación calidad-precio, además de gestionar reservas de taxis. Esto se agradece especialmente en un lugar tan turístico, porque te hace sentir mucho más tranquila y bien atendida. El desayuno en San Piero también estaba muy bueno. En general, merece muchísimo la pena y lo recomendamos totalmente.
El hotel está muy cerca de la calle principal de Laganas, que es una zona con bastante ambiente de fiesta. A finales de julio hay mucho turismo joven y puede haber algo de ruido y movimiento por la noche. No es algo relacionado directamente con el hotel, pero conviene tenerlo en cuenta si se busca una zona completamente tranquila.

Nothing - I thought the property, facilities and amenities were amazing and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family in the future.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a Giugno 2026, a Laganas, sede della movida dell'isola.. seppur a due passi da discoteche e locali vari, il residence è ubicato in una posizione tranquilla.. direttamente sulla spiaggia, ad una passeggiata da tutto: taverene, locali, negozi, punti di partenza per qualsiasi zona di interesse. Il personale, disponibile professionale, disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare nel frigobar anche della CocaCola, acqua ed una buona bottiglia di vino. Disponibile anche nel venirci incontro quando abbiamo chiesto un late check out! Colazione a due passi dalla struttura.. presso un ristorante Pedro. Ottima, sempre varia con prodotti locali e dolci fatti in casa. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Minden tökéletes volt. A szállás közvetlen a parton helyezkedett el, a szobánkból gyönyörű kilátás nyílt a tengerre. A közelben pár perc sétára minden megtalálható volt, számos kisbolt, éttermek, sétáló utca... A szoba ízlésesen berendezett, jól felszerelt, tiszta volt. A reggeli a közeli étteremben került felszolgálásra, kb 10 méterre a szállástól egy csodálatos parti étteremben. A reggeli választékos volt, bőséges. A recepción dolgozó hölgy és úr, a takarító hölgyek és az étterem dolgozói is mindig nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.
Az egyetlen negatívum az, hogy annyira jó volt, hogy elég nehéz volt hazaindulni :D

The staff was nice, we got a suite in the newest part of the hotel and everything was clean and new. The breakfast was at a restaurant nearby, with a good coffee and plenty options. We enjoyed our stay.
The place where you can park is a free land nearby so at the peak hour it could be difficult to find a free spot.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The included breakfast at San Pierro is very nice and very close, and the dining room is ‘open air’ right on the beach.

Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und war sehr dunkel. Die Fotos sind sehr gut geschossen und haben nicht so viel mit der Realität zu tun. Vor unserem Fenster war ein baum, ja man schaute wirklich wie versprochen ins grüne aber gleich dahinter lag eine Straße und wenn man auf den Balkon ging war links ein abstellhäuschen wo täglich Personal rein lief, der ausblick war echt enttäuschen und störend vom bakon. Oben die zimmer, ab erste Etage sind bestimmt heller? Zimmergröße warcausreichen aber wir hatten dieberdten tage feühstück im zimmer das war seehr eng. Einer muss im bett essen und der andere auf dem stuhl aber ohne Tisch, weil es auf dem Balkon zu kalt war oder zu ungemütlich oder die Nachbarn waren am rauchen. Bei unserer letzten Nacht öffnete das Restaurant nebenan fürs Frühstück - das war super. Schöne Aussicht, kurzer Fußweg, super leckeres Buffet. Dass es keine Fotos vom Bad gibt wundert mich nicht. Das war leider etwas runter gerockt. Die fugenlose Dusche war nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich, der klodeckel hielt nicht, der fiel ein immer sofort in den rücken weil er nicht alleine offen blieb und hinter der Toilette war einfach ein großes Loch was nicht mehr zugespachelt wurde und man konnte direkt in die Wand rein schauen. Etwas schade, wir hatten uns bei den schönen Fotos echt auf das zimmer gefreut. Die Lage hat uns überrascht, waren wir aber selber schuld. Das stand häufig genug, dass dort viele junge Leute und party sind was uns beides nicht stört aber das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Ballermann Griechenlands. Die Hauptstraße wo man schnell hinlaufen kann für Restaurants ist echt nicht sehenswert! Super assozial und nichts für normale Urlauber. Im Hotel selber war es aber ruhig, da kriegt man nichts von mit. Ich würde den Ort lagana einfach nicht empfehlen, auch der strand ist wirklich nicht sehenswert der im internet so schön aussieht. Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Das Appartement hatte alles ,was man braucht inkl. Getränken im Kühlschrank. Der Champagner war ein Wein, aber das fanden wir nicht schlimm
Der Whirlpool ist eine Badewanne. Diese ist aber etwas veraltet und wurde von uns nicht ausprobiert. Lediglich geduscht wurde dort.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Sehr schöne Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser. Schade das es am Hotel selber keine Liegen gab. Im Nachbar-Restaurant gab es Frühstück und das war immer sehr reichhaltig und die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, da die Party-Meile in der Nähe ist, aber man von ihr nichts hört. Zimmer war nicht riesig, aber war in Ordnung.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Piękny apartament, personel mega pomocny. Lokalizacja na plus. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. A detale takie jak siatka na komary w drzwiach balkonowych są również bardzo istotne.

Lage/Ausblick auf das Meer war sensationell, leider sah man zum teil auch gleichzeitig ein ungepflegtes teilgrundstück-/Baustellengrundstück . Nachtischlampen fehlten ganz.Da es noch knapp vor Saison Beginn war, waren die Grünflächen und Laubengänge noch nicht hergerichtet/ beschnitten.Balkone aus Glas ließen keine Privatsphäre zu.Mitarbeiter des Hotels unterhielten sich teilweise sehr laut. Wasserkocher und Gläser-/Becher waren auf dem Zimner vorhanden,aber leider kein Instandkaffee o. Ä. um für Frühausteher die Zeit zu überbrücken , da das Frühstück in einen nahegelegenen Restaurant erst ab 8 uhr zu bekommen war. Wasser,Cola und auch eine Flasche Wein fanden sich im Kühlschrank als kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Auch gab es direkt vor der Unterkunft am strand keine Liegen, dazu musste man wieder zum nahegelegenen Restaurant mit Verzehrwang gehen. Der ganze Strand wirkte im allgemeinen ungepflegt durch herumliegenden Müll-/Flaschen und Bauruinen.Mülleimer sind dort keine .Dauerbeschallund durch die Strandbars-/restaurants mit alter Musik aus den 70-90iger Jahre von 9-23 uhr. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte sich bewusst machen, das es eine Partymeile a la Ballermann ist und sich abends-/nachts Betrunkene junge Leute am Strand aufhalten bzw lautstark auf den Heimweg in Ihre Unterkunft machen.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, καθαρά και μεγάλα δωμάτια, γρήγορο Wi-Fi, παροχές, φοβερό και πολύ πλούσιο πρωινό, δωμάτια με θέα την θάλασσα και σε πολύ καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Εύκολο παρκάρισμα και είναι το ιδανικό μέρος για να ξεκουραστείτε και να χαλαρώσετε.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Suite A15 at Shellona was amazing. The Shellona staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and made the experience perfect for us, especially Flosi and Leonidis. The location was perfect, right on the beach and an easy walk to all shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the amenity we needed. I highly recommend Shellona for anyone travelling to Zakynthos.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Quarto bem decorado, cama e chuveiro confortáveis. Vista mar. Chuveiro molha um pouco por não ter box ou cortina e muda a temperatura da agua durante o banho. Equipe extremamente prestativa, destaque para Frosy, que nos ajudou com os passeios e transfer. Estacionamento no local. Sabonete e Shampoo disponíveis. Toalha de praia.
Infelizmente pela época do ano (fora de temporada, inicio de maio) recebemos o café da manhã no quarto em uma cesta: simples, sem variedade e em pequena quantidade. Porém pontuais quanto ao horário.

Reviewed May 7, 2026We hebben 8 dagen met veel plezier in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden over de service en klantvriendelijkheid. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. Van tevoren was al aangegeven dat het ontbijt vanwege het laagseizoen niet heel uitgebreid zou zijn, maar het was zeker goed genoeg om de ochtend fijn mee te beginnen. Daarnaast kregen we elke dag schone handdoeken en waren er ook badlakens beschikbaar die we mochten gebruiken. Erg handig, want daardoor hoef je zelf geen strandlakens mee te nemen. De ligging van het appartement is ook ideaal: heerlijk dichtbij het strand en de uitgaansgelegenheden. Langs het strand zijn genoeg leuke eetgelegenheden te vinden.
Een klein nadeel van het verblijf is dat het wat gehorig was. Daarnaast werkte de wifi niet altijd goed en was de verbinding zo nu en dan slecht.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Bien placé, très propre, beau, belle végétation. Petit déjeuner fabuleux, très copieux. Bonne literie. Personnel adorable, gentil, prévenant et souriant.
Climatiseur et frigidaire trop bruyants mais indispensables car beaucoup d’humidité en avril, donne une sensation de froid.
