Vydaj nápojov (alko aj nealko) v rámci all-inclusive len na bare niekedy dosť zdržoval. Aspoň nealko mohlo byt kľudne ako slef-service

We had family room and it was spacious, 1 min walk to the beach, overall good location

The food, the food was not good at all, every day same food except few little changes, same thing for 7 days. We payed for all inclusive and 5 days out of 7 had dinner and lunch in town as kids refused to eat same food after 2 days. Drinks were poor as-well, tasteless beer and cheap cocktails from concentrate…. Would not recommend if you are not ready to eat same food for few days straight, or sped few more hundreds on top of what you already payed…

Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand. Die Rezeption gab uns alle nötigen Informationen und insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel sieht auf den Fotos ganz anders aus. Die Liegen sind nicht direkt am Strand. Die „All Inklusive“ Option hat sich überhaupt nicht gelohnt da man fast alle Getränke separat zahlen musste. Der Service während den Mahlzeiten war sehr unaufmerksam und man bekam auch meistens nichts zum trinken, außer wenn man selbst nachfragte oder wenn man schon fertig gegessen hatte. Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber das Bad wurde vor unserer Anreise nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Klima im Zimmer konnte man auch nicht selbst einstellen und deshalb war es auch die meiste Zeit viel zu kalt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Gardelli Resort sehr genossen! Alles war sehr stimmig,besonders hervorheben möchte ich allerdings das Personal,beginnend beim Shuttle-Chauffeur Kostas ,der uns bereits am Flughafen herzlich empfangen hat und uns sicher überall hingebracht und abgeholt hat ausgestattet mit allen Informationen,weiter die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Damen am Empfang,der stets um die Gäste bemühte Adonis an der Bar,das sehr aufmerksame Service-und Küchenpersonal wie auch das rücksichtsvolle Reinigungspersonal!Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

The hotel is exactly like in the photos, and the comfort of the room/beds surprised us. The decor is definitely a highlight; the spaces created are cozy and inviting. The all-inclusive meals were tasty with a variety of options. The staff was incredible with us—when we arrived, our transfer was already waiting for us (Kosta is a great driver). In the communal area, the service was exceptional, with special mentions to Precious, Samuel, and Tasha, who served us with professionalism and kindness, always with a smile on their faces. The location is great, right in front of the beach access with the hotel's own sunbeds. In the surroundings, there are several incredible themed beach clubs for both day and night, and not far away on the main avenue, there are many bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and stands for boat tours. Great experience, we definitely recommend it.

I would advise the hotel to add a few vending machines so that outside of kitchen opening hours, guests could buy something without having to travel elsewhere. The drinks aren't the best, but that's understandable given the value for money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the resort was lovely lots of Sun beds and not the cheap style very stylish with the wood effect all round.

Our safe key didn’t work and we reported it twice.

Fuori è molto bella la struttura, ma gli interni lasciano un po’ a desiderare non sono un gran che almeno per quello che abbiamo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più,c’è molto di meglio,per non parlare della grandezza delle stanze davvero piccole, la nostra era per tre persone ma potrebbe essere al massimo una singola. Anche la pulizia non è il top.

Malé útulné pokoje, pohodlné postele, v noci klid /pokud neřvali turisté/. Ubytovali nás hned po příletu v 10hod dopoledne. Hezká pláž i bazén.

Měli jsme All inclusive, snídaně byla dobrá i výběr nápojů, kávy. Večeře byla slabší, kuchař by se měl naučit vařit. Sklamal nás výběr ovoce, nic moc meloun, jablka a pomeranče. Žádné sezónní letní ovoce počas celého pobytu.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alles sehr sehr freundlich. Besonders Kostantinos hat uns immer gute Tipps gegeben.

Das Personal ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen. Sie waren stets freundlich und aufgestellt. Ebenso fand ich die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut und das Zimmer wurde auch immer schön geputzt. Ebenso die Pool- und Strandanlage ist einfach traumhaft.

Bezüglich dem Essen ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Essen vermehrt bereits kalt war, was nicht besonders schön war. Ebenfalls in den Lunchpaketen, welche wir bestellt haben, waren kaputte und vergammelte Früchte drin und es war nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser drin.

Alles war super, sehr schön. unser zimmer besonders wir waren sehr begeistert. Der Typ Kostas war sehr lieb und sehr gesprächig mit uns wir werden ihn sehr vermissen. Er macht seinen Job super!!

Zimmer mit Ausnahme Bad/WC, Betten, Ausblick vom Zimmer aufs Meer, Sauberkeit, Lobby, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Nähe zum Strand, Strandliegen sind top, kostenfreier Parkplatz fürs Mietauto.

Essen billig und wenig abwechslungsreich, kein Toast in der Früh, nur eine einzige Brotwahl. Zu wenig inkludierte Drinks, die anderen wie Aperol zu teuer. Für jedes Getränk, selbst Wasser, muss man sich immer anstellen. Denn es gibt keine Zapfhähne. Auf der Hompage wird ein Spa und Gym im Hotel beworben, das gibt es aber nicht. Bad/WC im Zimmer zu klein, Wasser läuft von der Dusche immer hinaus. Wasser im Pool zu warm. Musik vom Nachbarn (Banana Club) ist viel zu laut und macht Entspannen im vorderen Bereich beim Meer teilweise unmöglich. Nachts manchmal Lärm von der nahen Partystraße.

Rettenetesen zajos egész éjjel buli van a parton, aludni nem lehet, kB hajnali három négy körül talán, így a part közelsége hátrány, az ablak alatt vonulnak a részeg fiatalok, nagyon zsúfolt a part is, nincs külön partszakasz, aki pihenni szeretne ne ide jöjjön, bulizni tökéletes.,az ételek sem jó minőségű és változatos alapanyagúak, a fóépület nagyon extra, de mi az étterem feletti szobát kaptuk ugyanannyiért, ami kB 3 csillag.

Rooms were overall clean.

Very loud restaurant nearby and the doors and windows of our room werte not soundproof. It was extremely loud until late in the night. Room was clean but very basic for the price we paid. Breakfast only starts at 8:00 am.

Good facilities, friendly staff, great taxi service.

The food was limited and uninspiring. Annoyingly small beers.

Готель залишив приємні враження. Чудове розташування на першій береговій лінії та в центрі курортного життя — поруч магазини, ресторани та розваги. Персонал привітний, територія, басейни та номери завжди чисті й доглянуті. Сподобалася затишна атмосфера та гарна лаунж-зона. Харчування різноманітне, хоча хотілося б трохи більше страв із морепродуктів. Загалом відпочинком залишилися задоволені та можемо рекомендувати цей готель.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Sami, der stets für gute Stimmung gesorgt hat, immer aufmerksam war und sich viel Zeit für die Gäste genommen hat. Ebenso möchten wir Chris und Palos hervorheben, die uns täglich mit leckeren Cocktails versorgt haben und mit ihrer freundlichen Art für viel Spaß gesorgt haben. Auch Kim verdient ein großes Lob – sie war immer zur Stelle, wenn man Hilfe benötigte, gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, kümmerte sich hervorragend um die Gäste und hatte stets ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen.

Leider gibt es beim Essen einen deutlichen Kritikpunkt. Die Auswahl war eher begrenzt und über die 12 Tage hinweg gab es nur sehr wenig Abwechslung. Da wir kein Schweinefleisch essen, war die Auswahl für uns zusätzlich eingeschränkt, sodass wir oft auf die gleichen Gerichte zurückgreifen mussten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Mitarbeiter auch hier stets hilfsbereit waren und bei Fragen zum Essen gerne weitergeholfen haben.

- lift wasn’t working for our entire stay - not great when we had a 1yr old with pram that we had to lug up and down stairs each day - food was average - barely any veggie options and when there was it was often served in the same container as the meat. Salad was soggy - didn’t seem fresh (we went to Naxos after this and had gorgeous fresh Greek salad every day) - pre-requested cot wasn’t in the room when we arrived which was frustrating as it was nap time and our toddler was overtired, overheated and we really needed to get her down for a nap - they need more kids facilities if they want to promote themselves as a family hotel (we heard from other guests that they do want to encourage kids staying here) as all they offer are cots and high chairs. That aside, it looks like a 18+ hotel. - cameras everywhere, and you could tell the staff were being very closely controlled which made me a bit on edge. I was asked one day at dinner to open my cardigan to prove I wasn’t wearing swimwear underneath my trousers and cardigan - pool towels not included - had to pay deposit

The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and the location was convenient.

Překrásný butikový hotel , který každého okouzlí. Vše dokonalé, každý kousek a část hotelu je kouzelná. Velmi příjemný a usměvavý personál . Velkou výhodou hotelu je, přímo u pláže . Velká spokojenost. Děkujeme za úžasný pobyt .

Ar fi meritat sa fie cafea de calitate chiar daca ar fi contra-cost, aparate de cafea cu self service la mic dejun si geamurile in camere curate! Este prea frumos hotelul pentru a avea geamuri murdare! Personalul din Kenya de la restaurant si plajă foarte bine educat si foarte respectuoși cu turiștii.

Locatia, comfortul

The hotel is quite nice, with a beautiful interior and a great location right by the sea. The views from the window are amazing, overlooking both the mountains and the sea. The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk and you’re in the lively entertainment area of Laganas. There is also private parking available, which is very important when you are traveling by car.

The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the bed was good, but the room itself was rather small. The hotel description mentioned good soundproofing, but you could clearly hear noises from the corridor, and sometimes it disturbed my sleep.Another downside was the drink service. I travel a lot, and this was the first hotel where I had to stand in line at the bar just to get tea or juice. In my opinion, the hotel could easily provide a separate tea and coffee machine for guests. On top of that, the machine occasionally broke down, leaving guests without hot water. I also noticed an issue with the food service. About 15–20 minutes before the end of breakfast or lunch, fresh food was no longer being replenished. Even if a guest arrives just a few minutes before the meal service ends, they should still have access to the full selection of food offered by the hotel.As for the entertainment program, there was practically none, apart from the cheerful bartender who really tried to keep guests entertained. I think the hotel could also invite some performers or organize evening activities so that guests would not feel bored during their evening.

The listing is different than the real apartments given, and was in the other building than where the photos are taken. The hotel smelled like smoke. I checked out one hour later, staff said the refund would be possible but later rejected refund, therefore got no money in return. Would not go there again.

Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – alles war schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat.

Leider hat die Zimmerreinigung nicht vollständig überzeugt. Obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten, das Zimmer zu reinigen, wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Boden wurde nicht gesaugt und unter dem Bett lagen noch einige Dinge, die hätten entfernt werden sollen.

El entorno al hotel. El hotel es un oasis dentro de Laganas....hay que decirlo. Si van con niños evitar ir en verano o épocas de punta. Es un sector de mucha fiesta de jóvenes..Los alrededores del hotel no tienen restaurantes de buena calidad ni lugares family friend. Para disfrutar hay que alejarse de ahí.. arrendar un auto y recorrer la isla o tomar los tours en bote para recorrer la naturaleza..eso si lo deben hacer si van a zakynthos. Lo único que podría tocar como punto negativo al hotel es las comidas y bebidas...son muy básicas y repetitivas ..sobre todo el desayuno.

Jag älskade hur välkomna personalen var på hotellet och variationerna på maten varje dag. Alltid något klassiskt men även så man kunde testa något nytt som var från grekland.

Det var mindre bra att maten ofta var rumstempererad eller kall.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab auch griechische Gerichte. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte eine hübsche Ausstattung

Die Umgebung war nicht so klasse. Es lag in der Nähe einer Partymeile

Das Personal war sehr freundlich alles sauber, netter Außenbereich...All inklusive absolut unterstes Niveau!! Alkoholische Getränke übelster Sorte! Essen sehr schlecht, nicht mal Haferflocken zum Frühstück...jeden Tag das Gleiche...Dosenobst...Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt!! Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, welches eine gute Lage, auch gute Betten hatte! Aber das war Glück...unsere Freunde hatten Familien Zimmer, trotz Zimmerwechsel Dunkel, zu klein und Blick auf den vermüllten Hinterhof. Zusammenfassend...Preis Leistung passt überhaupt nicht!

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μπροστά στη θάλασσα, σε πολυ καλή τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και με ωραία θέα. Η διαμονή μας εκει ήταν υπέροχη και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ καθαρό όλο το ξενοδοχείο και ειδικά τα δωμάτια. Ωραίο φαγητό με πολλές επιλογές και στα τρία γεύματα (all inclusive), πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Κυριολεκτικά δίπλα στο κύμα με ωραίες πισίνες που τα παιδιά μας ευχαριστήθηκαν από το πρωί μέχρι το βράδυ. Μοντέρνο ντιζάιν με άνετους χώρους που μπορούσες να απολαύσεις τον καφέ και το ποτό σου

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική! Ένας χώρος με υπέροχη αισθητική, πεντακάθαρο, ευγενέστατο και φιλικό προσωπικό. Επίσης, τα υπνοδωμάτια είναι εξοπλισμένα με πολυ καλά στρώματα!!! Πισίνες για μικρούς και μεγάλους και δίπλα στην παραλία! Και επειδή μαζι μας είχαμε και μικρό παιδί η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη και ξεκούραστη!!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!! Θα επανέλθουμε σίγουρα!

We spent a week at Gardelli Resort as adult family members,and we absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean,beautiful, and comfortable. The rooms were a little small but always spotless and offered stunning sea views. We especially appreciated the staff- every single member was polite,extremely friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we could fully relax and enjoy our holiday. The pools were great, and we really enjoyed the large, comfortable loungers by both the beach and the pool. The drink options were also very good. We also greatly appreciated the convenient airport transfer service to and from the hotel.

The food was tasty, though the variety was somewhat limited. The only thing me and my mom were disappointed about was the lack of seafood options. We were looking forward to dishes with shellfish,octopus, and squid, but none were served during our stay. The beach was a little dirty, though this is not the hotels fault.

Έμεινα απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος από τη διαμονή μου! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα. Ο μπάρμαν Αντώνης ήταν εξαιρετικός — τα κοκτέιλ του απλώς φανταστικά και με τέλεια διάθεση. Θα ξαναέρθω σίγουρα!

Krásný hotel. Úžasný a ochotný personál, pravděpodobně nejlepší personál, jaký jsem kdy, a kdekoliv zažil. Čistota hotelu a pokojů na skvělé úrovni. Zařízený odvoz z letiště na hotel a naopak, bez poplatků. Nemám, co tomuto hotelu mohl vytknout.

Výběr jídel je menší, avšak vždy si člověk něco vybere. Není to tak, že by se mi jídlo nelíbilo či nechutnalo, avšak výběr by mohl být krapet větší.

Είναι η πρώτη φορά που επισκέπτομαι το ξενοδοχείο GARDELLI resort της Ζακύνθου με την φίλη μου Μαρία Λιβέρη και μείναμε αρκετά ικανοποιημένοι. Ηταν όλα εξαιρετικά το προσωπικό χαμογελαστοί και φιλοξενεί όπως και όλη η εξυπηρέτηση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό καθώς και όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σύντομα θα το ξανά επισκεφτώ.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always ready to help with smiles, my room was always clean with a very comfy bed. Generally the hotel was clean. The best part was that I paid for bed only and the nice manager upgraded us to all inclusive. And we were happy for the upgrade because the food was really amazing and saved us trouble for going out to eat and enjoy more time in the beautiful hotel!! We will definitely come back with other friends and to explore the island as well because we had limited days.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Laganas è arredata con gusto, sia la parte interna che quella esterna. Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, in particolare Kostas Keisidis che ci aiutati a risolvere un problema con i passaporti.

Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό! Η ποικιλία των επιλογών κάλυπτε όλα τα γούστα. Όλα ήταν φρεσκομαγειρεμένα και σερβιρισμένα σε καθαρό και οργανωμένο χώρο. Όσο για την τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική για όσους θέλουν να συνδυάσουν παραλία, διασκέδαση και άνετη πρόσβαση σε παροχές. Βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, ιδανική για καθημερινές βουτιές!

I’ve stayed at a lot of All Inclusives, and this was honestly one of the best. The food was amazing not a massive selection, but everything was cooked to perfection. You could tell they focused on quality over quantity, and it really paid off. Every meal was full of flavour.

Świetny hotel! Czyste pokoje, miła obsługa i idealna lokalizacja. Pobyt był bardzo udany :)

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilft extrem. Außerdem ist es sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir waren mit unserer 18 Monate alten Tochter dort. Sie hat sogar extra Kinderfesten bekommen. Besonders Stanos, Rachel und ihr Team sind unglaublich nett. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und ist sehr sauber.

Wie haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Essen/Trinken war leider sehr schlecht und wurde immer weniger. Grundsätzlich kein Problem zum Saisonende, aber dann müssen die Preise angepasst werden. Betten zu durchgelegen, daher schlechte Schlafqualität. Terrasse der Junior suit größtenteils im Schatten und Abluft der Küche ging auf die Terrasse.
