Absolument rien!!

J'ai lu les commentaires sur l'hôtel un peu rapidement et ça ce n'est que de ma faute!! L'hôtel est très bruyant au vu de l'environnement !!! C'est infecte. Une course contre la montre , booking au téléphone pour pouvoir me faire rembourser mon séjour ce qui au final semble impossible !!! Une personne a l'accueil avec un large sourire, qui semble s'être foutu de moi et qui me fait tourner en rond!!! Une situation très désagréable, Établissement à fuire!!!

L'emplacement était top, à proximité des commerces, de la plage....

Camera 106 essendo senza finestre ma con un enorme porta finestra un po' claustrofobica.

OTTIMO IN TUTTO ... UN PO' RUMOROSA LA NOTTE SINO ALLE 03:00 PER MUSICA AD ALTO VOLUME ... (ma in vacanza e' accettabile) ... PULIZIE ... (rifanno il letto ogni mattina, ma non cambiano la biancheria da bagno, ne' lo puliscono bene sino in fondo (ma tutto sommato in maniera accettabile).

The room was actually much nicer and brighter than in the photos—the hotel feels very modern. Great location right next to Malia's clubs, bars, and restaurants, with convenient free parking right out front. The clean pool and large garden were also lovely.

The shower easily flooded the entire bathroom floor, even with quick use. Reception staff were often away from the desk, though it wasn't a major issue. Also, note that music from nearby clubs is audible until late at night, so it may not suit travelers looking for total quiet in summer.

Für eine Nacht war es ok, das Gebäude sah von außen wesentlich besser aus als das Zimmer dann tatsächlich war

Das Zimmer war alt und auch nicht wirklich sauber, die Matratzen sehr hart. Der Lärmpegel war enorm, liegt direkt an der Partymeile von Malia

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and extremely nice. It’s close to many different stores.

The doors aren’t very sound proof. Because of its closeness to the bars and clubs, you’ll be hearing music until 4am. Another thing is that the shower isn’t very big and has a shower curtain, which sticks to your body.

Posizione centrale e posteggio privato. Per chi cerca vita notturna è un ottimo alloggio situato nel centro dei locali.

Pulizia molto scarsa e cucina risicata. A causa dei locali attorno, il sonno è fattibile solo con tappi per le orecchie o dopo le ore 05 del mattino quando spengono la musica.

The location was perfect for the strip, but very loud which is normal for the area. The staff is also very nice especially the young man.

Where do I start, firstly we left after our first night and booked another hotel down the street. The pictures we saw online seemed much better than what we got. The room was very old and dingy. The inside of the fridge was dirty, all the kitchenware was dirty, the toilet bowl and shower had mold spots. Felt like I was staying in a run down motel. The mirror in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Stains all over the bathroom door, stains on the curtains and sheets and ants in the rooms

Le bruit peut être dérangeant pour des personnes qui ne cherche pas à sortir et faire la fête car on entend quand même beaucoup la musique du bar voisin.

The best place to stay in beautiful Malia!!! I've been travelling around Greece for a long time but that apartment was nr 1 so far!!!! Extremely modern new refurbished building, new furniture and appliances. Apartment was cleaned every day by lovely cleaner lady. Amazing helpful staff. Location 10 out of 10 close to every market, shops, bars, restaurants and short walk to beautiful beach. Looking forward to visit again :)

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage und das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Der Poolbereich: Sehr kleiner Pool, beschädigte Liegen und keine Sonnenschirme. Die Liegen stehen so eng, dass kaum Platz zum Durchgehen ist. Das Zimmer: Es gab nur dünne Laken statt richtiger Decken. Das ist problematisch, wenn man sich wegen der Klimaanlage nicht einigen kann. Der Lärm: Schlechte Schalldämmung (besonders die Zimmertür, während die Balkontür gut isoliert war). Der Lärm von der Bar ging bis nach 2 Uhr nachts. Fenster öffnen war wegen des Lärms unmöglich.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana, che dire, tutto perfetto, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative…la struttura si vede che ha avuto una ristrutturazione recente, è tutto nuovo, le stanze sono bellissime, molto moderne e grandi. Lo staff gentilissimo è sempre disponibile. Avevamo noleggiato una macchina e abbiamo avuto anche il parcheggio gratuito. Ripeto tutto perfetto, unica cosa che consiglio è quella di cambiare i cuscini!

La poca pulizia delle camere

Veldig sentralt, midt i smørøyet. Kort vei til gamlebyen. Ca 10-15 minutters gange til stranda. Barer, restauranter og klubber rett utenfor døra. Bussholdeplass 5-10 minutters gange. Rommet var romslig med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Badet ok, med dusjhjørne. Forhøyning i gulvet rundt dusjsonen, slik at vannet ikke rant utover hele gulvet. Dusjforheng. Sengene var komfortable. Faste madrasser, men med god polstring. Sov komfortabelt hver natt, og jeg har artrose i hofter og rygg. En liten veranda med glassrekkverk. Akkurat plass til to stoler og et lite bord. Jeg reiste alene, så var god nok plass til meg, men kanskje litt lite for de som er to. Det var greit å sitte der om kveldene og kjøle seg ned. Hotellet har et moderne design utvendig, litt mer gammeldags innvendig, men ser ut som at de har renovert en del. Søpla ble tømt hver dag, som er bra når alt toalettpapir ikke kan skylles ned, men kastes i søppeldunken på badet. Aircondition var inkludert i prisen, og virket bra, wifi likeså. Hyggelig personale.

Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Badet var ikke blitt skikkelig vasket da jeg ankom, noe jeg ga beskjed om i resepsjonen. Jeg fant hår og urinflekker på toalettet, og sand i dusjen. Håndklær ble skiftet hver tredje dag, som var sjelden når man dusjer hver dag. Det manglet skilt med "ikke forstyrr" som man kunne henge på døra. Derfor ble jeg av og til vekket av renholdere. Bygningen er dårlig isolert, så det blir en del støy fra gata og andre gjester. Det manglet også tørkestativ. Klesskapet hadde noen skuffer og et rom for oppheng, men dette rommet var ikke høyt nok til å henge kjoler inni. Ca 6-8 kleshengere, kunne gjerne vært flere.

Všeč nam je bilo parkirišče👍. Je super za vse ki želijo zabavo, bazen in sobo na enem mestu. Glasba je do 4ih zjutraj. Jaz in źena ne marava takšnih mest a so naju otroci prepričali, ker so hoteli v mesto kjer so mladi in zabava.

Casa Ilios is right in the middle of the Malia strip, so it’s only a 2/3 minute walk to all the bars and clubs, and about a five minute walk to the Old Town. This was incredibly convenient. We had a standard room with a balcony, useful for drying off our clothes, and a little kitchen area with a microwave, sink, fridge and cutlery/bowls in the cupboards. Perfect if you want to make your own breakfast in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were large mirrors for getting ready. We also did NOT have to pay extra for air conditioning (as other reviews may say). We did not go to the pool but it was open until about 7pm. Panos at reception is also very lovely and understanding.

Two things: 1- The bathroom was rather small and whenever we would shower the whole room would get wet (despite it not being a wet room) and there was no bath mat. I think it needs some upgrades 2- I would recommend for young adults who plan to go out a lot, but not for families or older people because the music from the bars plays extremely loudly until about 3/4am (I think it was from the apartments own bar, ‘help bar’ actually). We weren’t able to sleep until about 5am the first night (despite getting into bed at midnight) because of the loud music and then a group of people talking outside of our door. I promise it really was that bad, could hear the song lyrics and individual voices singing along. I think the room needs better noise insulation and perhaps a door between the corridor and the outside (instead of the corridor being open to the outside)

It was a nice hotel

Unfortunately it was just off The Malia Strip and the noise was unbearable till 3.30 in the morning, the rooms should be soundproofed! If you are one of the party goers and want to stay out every night till three in the morning then this is the place for you !

I like the location, the proximity to everything was great. Designated parking for guest. Simple but lovely. Everything you need for 1-2 people. Great price point for the location.

Zimmer im Bereich unter Treppe, ohne Ausblick, mit kleinem Vorplatz. Geräusche von Aggregaten von außen. Klimaanlage klapperet und ließ sich nicht bedienen per Fernbedienung. Doppelbett bestellt, Einzelbetten erhalten.

Chambre assez grande, bonne literie, avec un balcon donnant sur une rue très calme Kitchenette Piscine plus chaise longue à discrétion ! Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel ! 17 euros la nuit

Les ampoules manquent de puissance (7 watts) Des liseuses individuelles seraient bienvenue !

We stayed for one night with a larger group. The location was excellent for us, close to all the services and nightlife. The staff was friendly, especially the lady at the pool bar.

The refrigerator door was broken.

It was right in the strip, amazing location, 10 minutes from the beach. Cleaning was every day, also changing towels every second day. The pool is great, you can get drinks in the bar next to it, the lady there is amazing. When we had an issue with a door not closing, a mechanic came and fixed it in 2 minutes, changed the light bulbs not working. Parking right in front of the property. It was really an amazing experience here.

A bit loud until 4 am because of the bar, but all four of us could sleep so it’s not that bothering, makes a good vibe.

The apartment is beautiful, close to the old town and the beach, very clean and comfortable. I would especially like to praise Panos, who welcomed us, he is very kind, professional, we communicated easily for everything and he instructed us what to visit.

Happy Days! The real highlight of our stay was the staff - Poppy is super! and the British lady behind bar made us feel real welcome from the get go (also the friendliest reps on the Malia strip). The music in the bar are all high tier bangers and fishbowls are a must have. Bar aside, the pool is great during the day particularly accompanied by a poolside drink. The room is clean, slight bit of noise in the evenings but if your a group looking to go out at night this really isn’t an issue. The location is great, close to shops and a small hop away from the main part of the strip. We loved it - no issues would recommend!

Big apartment, nice kitchen, everything clean. Super friendly staff. A bit loud, area, but we knew it already.

So on arrival I was informed that the Ilios 1 Central was actually closed for refurbishment, and I would be staying at the owners other hotel The Ilios Malia Apartments which is across the road. So my review is of the ilios Malis Apt. I was also a little upset that I wasn't given an option of other like for like hotels in the area, as the reviews for this one were a little worrying, money been stolen by the cleaners.

I originally asked for a room on the ground or 1st floor and ended up on the top floor and I had to carry my own suitcase up and down the stairs.
