L’hotel è situato in una buona posizione, centrale, vicino alla città vecchia e alle fermate degli autobus. L’accoglienza è stata buona: queste, purtroppo, sono state le uniche cose positive dell’Ilios.

Appena arrivati in camera, facendo un controllo generale, abbiamo notato diverse cose che non andavano. Le luci della cucina non funzionavano, la testiera del letto, in ferro bianco, era completamente piena di polvere e, per concludere, il bagno era davvero sporco: la tavoletta del WC era sporca di pipì, la vasca era piena di peli e alcuni asciugamani erano sporchi. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema del bagno, che ci sembrava la cosa più importante. La signora alla reception ci ha detto che le donne delle pulizie erano già andate via e che sarebbe andata a controllare personalmente. Abbiamo quindi lasciato le chiavi e, al nostro ritorno, il bagno era stato sistemato, anche se non proprio alla perfezione. Il terzo giorno sono state effettuate le “pulizie”: sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, ma ce ne è stato lasciato uno completamente sporco e pieno di peli. È stata inoltre buttata la spazzatura, ma non è stato fatto praticamente nient’altro. Il quarto giorno sono nuovamente entrate le donne delle pulizie. Non abbiamo ben capito per fare cosa, visto che la situazione era praticamente identica, ad eccezione della finestra lasciata aperta e della spazzatura nuovamente svuotata. Piscina sporca.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, prijs kwaliteit is zeer goed en de ligging is perfect, dicht bij het strand en de uitgaansbuurt. een absolute aanrader als je een goedkoop hotel zoekt met een perfecte ligging.

les réceptionnistes très souriantes, et très à l'écoute. On y mange bien, piscine très bien, proche de toutes commodités, et ça c'est vraiment génial. Problème très vite réglé car très disponibles

Staff was expectional. Maria is a beautiful person. She helped us a lot, from the check in to the check out and more over. We had a great time. Location is perfect in the city center. Two swimming pool in the middle of the hotel where you can relax and take sun. All the facilities were within two minutes from the hotel.

L’emplacement est idéal pour les personnes aimant faire la fête. L’hôtel est situé en plein cœur de la grande rue sur plusieurs kilomètres avec bars de nuit/ restaurants et petites boutiques.

Le parking de l’hôtel dispose que de 3 places, elles sont quasiment toujours prises. Se garer dans la rue avec une voiture de location est très déconseillé (rue très étroite). Un parking est disponible à 50m de l’hôtel mais il est à 10€ pour 24heures. Aussi, le réseau est très limité dans les chambres et il n’y a pas de wifi dans les chambres

La piscine, bien qu’elle ait une forme intéressante, était très propre et il y’avait suffisamment de transat autour.

Beaucoup de fetards qui venaient sauter dans la piscine, crier la nuit. Le bar de l’hôtel diffusait une musique forte jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Nous étions au rez de chaussée et entendions absolument tout à travers la porte, donc aucune intimité non plus. La literie est peu confortable mais à ce prix là on doit s’y attendre. Le “parking” promis était 3 places de parking en tetris. Donc nous nous sommes rabattues sur la seule autre option, un parking public à 3 euros l’heure où 10 euros les 24h. Les rideaux laissaient passer toute la lumière donc pas de grasse matinée… Conclusion, c’est un hôtel qui peut vous convenir si vous cherchez un endroit où faire la fête et ne surtout pas dormir la nuit.

Unzumutbar – Sofortiger Abbruch Wir mussten den Aufenthalt direkt nach der Anreise abbrechen. Das Zimmer war inakzeptabel: Die Eingangstür war beschädigt und schloss nicht, die Balkontür war defekt. Dazu kam ein massiver Schädlingsbefall (große Insekten im Bad), dreckige Dusche/WC, eine defekte Klimaanlage und kaputtes Mobiliar. Wegen der Sicherheits- und Hygienemängel unbewohnbar. Fotos/Videos liegen vor. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Het zwembad en het personeel

Badkamer: douchekop moest je vast houden om je haar uit te spoelen, omdat het erg laag hing. Je krijgt 1x in de 3 dagen schone handdoeken. Keuken: geen afwas materiaal, koelkast was half kapot en zag er niet fris uit. Geen snijplank. Airco: hing in de slaapkamer. Kon alleen dit stukje koelen. De woonkamer was niet koel te krijgen. Het was buiten kouder dan binnen. Stopcontacten hingen uit de muur. Wifi: werk nauwelijks Parkeerplaats: kunnen 3/4 auto’s staan. Als je je auto hier neerzet moet je de sleutels inleveren voor als ze een auto moeten verzetten, zodat er een andere auto uit kan. Je kan je auto parkeren op straat (uitgaansgebied) of BETAALD parkeren op een parkeerplaats iets verder de straat in aan de zijkant van het appartement dit kost dan €5 per dag.

De vriendelijkheid en de liefde van het personeel. Niks was teveel!!! Altijd klaar met een oplossing. Zwembad heel fijn en schoon. Altijd ligstoelen vrij ook om te wisselen van plek. Locatie was ook ideaal, hebben geen last van de herrie gehad. Mede door de airco.

De kamer was gedateerd en niet heel schoon. En 1 airco in 1 kamer waardoor we alle bedden in 1 kamer hebben gezet.

The location.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we arrived, our first room was unacceptable. There were chunks of black hair throughout the room, stains on the bed, dirty glasses and cups, dirty towels and the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. We had to request a different room on our very first day. The rooms are also nothing like the photos online. They are old, worn, and definitely not what we expected. On top of that, they are not soundproof at all. We could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms and hallways, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep because people were loud at all hours. The food and drinks were disappointing and very overpriced for the quality. The biggest issue, however, was the parking. The hotel advertises free parking, but I strongly recommend avoiding it. Pay the €5 for 24-hour parking further down the street instead. The hotel’s parking area is far too small for the number of cars they try to fit into it. It realistically holds only 2–3 cars, yet they squeeze around 6 in. They even asked me to move other guests’ cars on multiple occasions because of how cramped it was. During our stay, a member of the hotel staff scratched our rental car. We ended up having to pay €250 for the damage ourselves because the hotel refused to take responsibility. The explanation we were given was, “You would probably damage it as well if you drove.” This was especially frustrating considering I drove every day of our holiday without causing any damage, and the hotel had even trusted me to move other guests’ cars. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the poor cleanliness, outdated rooms, noise, overpriced food and drinks, parking issues, and the way the damage to our rental car was handled, I would not recommend staying here.

Bruyant Près de la rue principale avec les bars. Beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit. Air climatisé insuffisant pour les 2 pièces. Trop chaud. Lit peu confortable. Propreté qui laisse à désirer.

Super emplacement, et le garde de nuit etait très sympathique

Douche froide matin et soir, literie très peu confortable. Propreté à revoir surtout le frigo. Chaise cassée, manque de produit pour faire la vaisselle et surtout climatisation non fonctionnel et non précisé. Établissement très bruyant nuit et jour. Remarque déplacée du personnel et on est pas prévenu qu’il y a un room service pour le nettoyage et quand au bout de deux nuits la personne vient et se montre très peu aimable nous reproche de « trop dormir » alors qu’ils n’ont jamais frappé à notre porte auparavant.

Otroligt ostädat😐 Städerskan kom bara om man sa till i receptionen innan. Sen va de typ bara lakanen som va bytta. Det låg nudlar på golvet när vi kom och en tandborste låg kvar sedan tidigare gäster

Very good location for the strip. The women running the place were lovely and accommodating. We especially loved the bar man.

Ok So this is a lovely family run hotel Basic but spotless Comfortable beds and pillows and bedding Owners very accommodating and friendly Now this is on the strip but pretty quiet from the noise of the strip It’s a young persons place but they were very respectful of us older guests (56) 🙄 ( we were the ones going to bed at 6am 🤣🙈

Appartamento molto ristretto ma con tutto il necessario, cucinetta, balcone, bagno. Per pochi giorni e' ok, essendo molto poco lo spazio ma chi viene in questi posti passa il tempo altrove. La camera viene pulita una sola volta. Prezzo nel periodo super abbordabile

they never cleaned our room, they didn’t give us toilet paper and face towels and the bathroom was flooded because the shower didn’t have a curtain. But the worst thing was Christoph the security guard. He slept all night and let in people who tried to follow us into our room.

Perfetto per un soggiorno a Malia. In pieno centro, ma non al punto di non poter dormire per la musica dei locali. L'hotel ha un parcheggio con ingresso da dietro, molto comodo, ma anche piccolo. Questo però non é un problema perché se non c'è spazio si può parcheggiare subito fuori sulla strada. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa. Con ingresso dalla piscina e affaccio del balconcino sulla strada principale. Ci é piaciuto moltissimo questo. La receptionist Maria é sempre stata attenta e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste, aiutandoci anche a prenotare un fantastico ristorante ad Hersonissos. In generale é andato tutto alla grande. Malia ed Ilios hotel ci sono rimaste nel cuore. Spero di ritornarci.

W hotelu nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Informacje o kradzieżach oraz wchodzenie serwisu sprzątającego do pokoju bez uprzedzenia nie wpływał na komfort wypoczynku. Dodatkowo nocne hałasy i wrzaski wpływały na dyskomfort pobytu.

This hotel is central to everything in Malia. The staff are amazing, and the food too! I'll be booking again for next year.
