Nos trataron muy bien desde el primer momento; quiero agradecer especialmente la atención y la increíble amabilidad de nuestro anfitrión, Kam. Viajé con mi mujer y mi hijo de 10 años, y nos sentimos como en casa. Además, tuvo el gran detalle de acercarnos al puerto de Mersing de forma totalmente gratuita. ¡Un servicio excelente y superatento! Lo recomendamos al 100%. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, Kam!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ruhig gelegen. Mr. Kam war sehr hilfsbereit - er hat uns vom Busterminal abgeholt. Am nächsten Tag hat er uns sogar ein Taxi organisiert für ans Ferry Terminal.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026房间虽然简单，但很干净，维护的不错。洗衣机、冰箱等设施齐全且免费使用。有很大的公区，可以打牌聊天闲坐。民宿提供免费的茶包饮用水，最重要的是老板kam非常热情，入住期间得到了善意和照顾。非常感恩遇见，下次有机会还会去。
住宿略偏僻，但是打车也方便，老板也会在他方便的时候免费提供接送。

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Servicen var utmärkt. Ägaren Kam hämtade oss mitt i natten när vi kom med den buss från Singapore och på morgonen efter körde han oss till hamnen och berättade hur vi skulle göra för att hämta våra biljetter till färjan. Det var rent boende och sköna sängar. Gott om utrymme.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Super Preis leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber, ideale Lage für Transfer zur Fähre. Voll ausgebucht und trotzdem leise. Bequeme Betten. Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber Herr Kam, hat uns abends noch zu einem leckeren chinesischen Restaurant gefahren und abgeholt, und morgens zur Fähre gebracht.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early to catch the ferry to Tioman. The lady was friendly spoke little English, she showed us the area where we could help ourselves to boiling and drinking water, tea, coffee, biscuits. Think there was alcohol and maybe cereal, didn't pay that much attention. I only used the boiling water for my 'pot noddles' We didn't use the lounge area, but it looked lovely.
Didn't bother us on our short stay, but the security bars on the windows and padlock on the entrance door, high gates to this property and others in the road, made me wonder if Mersing is a rough area. But I suppose the security is a good thing if your staying here.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026This place was so nice! We only stayed here for one night, because we had to catch the ferry the next morning, but would love to stay again! The room was super clean, we haven’t stayed in a place this clean. There was no breakfast available, but in the small kitchen outside we were able to make coffee or tea, we could get water refill or bottled water from the fridge and some crackers. Also the beds were nice, sheets super clean and it was super quiet around the house. The host was super friendly! We arrived with 2 kids around dinner time, so he offered us a ride to a restaurant he recommended with good food (and also safe and clean kitchen). The next morning he offered us a ride to the ferry too and when we wanted to give him a tip, he said our kids could keep the money :)
Nothing! The bathroom was very small (shower was next to the toilet), but we didn’t need it as it was only for one night.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wir haben hier eine Nacht vor der Überfahrt nach Tioman verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Wir durften uns kostenfrei Wasserflaschen aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Außerdem gab es ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und im Haus. Wir wurden am nächsten Morgen vom Inhaber zur Fähre gefahren. Der Eigentümer war sehr bemüht, dass man sich rundum wohl gefühlt hat☺️

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Wir (4) mussten die Nacht vor der Abfahrt unserer Fähre überbrücken. Trotz später Ankunft (02.30 Uhr morgens) holte uns der Gastgeber vom Busbahnhof ab und legte sogar noch den gewünschten Zwischenstopp im Supermarkt ein. Da die Buchung der Fähre nach Tioman nicht sicher (Riesenandrang am Wochenende und VISA-Buchung war ausgefallen) war, mussten wir am nächsten Morgen nach Anruf eines Ferry-Agents ganz spontan und schnell in das 35km entfernte Tanjung Gemok fahren. Viel schneller und besser als ein Grab organisierte "Kam" uns ein Auto, so dass wir uns noch pünktlich das Fährticket sichern konnten. Für unseren Zweck perfekte Unterkunft mit einem unfassbar freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber!!!!

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Sehr freundlicher Besitzer. Ein Herzensmensch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Aufenthaltsräume angenehm und die Küchenzeile auf der Veranda bietet was man braucht (gefiltertes Wasser, Tee, Kaffee, Kühlschrank). Mr. Kam fährt einem auch zum Bootssteg/Busbahnhof/Restaurants. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Mr. Kam ist tatsächlich ein äußerst hilfsbereiter und verlässlicher Host. Ich kann alle Bewertungen, die das bereits hervorgehoben haben, nur bestätigen. Wir wurden persönlich von ihm am Busterminal Mersing abgeholt, außerdem fuhr er uns später noch zum Abendbrot in die Stadt zu einem leckeren Chinese Restaurant. Kaum überraschend aber selbstverständlich nicht zu vergessen... Wir wurden sogar später wieder abgeholt. 5 Sterne Service, eine Unterkunft, die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen möchte.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Checked in at Maple Villa on the 23rd and supposed to check out on the 25th, but I decided to extend my stay directly with the owner because the place was just too comfortable. Definitely will come again and highly recommend this stay to others. Thank you Mr. Kam and family for being so helpful and welcoming. Honestly, it felt more like staying at home than in a homestay. Never felt awkward, and the place felt very safe throughout the stay. WiFi was provided, parking was secure inside the house compound, and both the bedroom and toilet were very clean. The living hall was cosy for relaxing, and the dining area and kitchen were also clean and comfortable.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Äußerst sauberes Zimmer und die ganze Anlage , so ruhig in der Nacht zum schlafen, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die erste Badezimmer Türe die einfach wie geschmiert auf und zu geht, so geht's auch, alles Häken sind super fest montiert Wunderschöner Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten und kleine Küche, Abwasch Airfryer und Toaster, mit Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden Der Gastgeber, Kam , hat uns in Mersing Zentrum abgeholt und wieder hingebracht und nachdem er erfahren hat, dass mein Mann Durian Liebhaber ist, und gerade Saison ist, hat er uns zu einem Stand gebracht und die besten für ihn ausgesucht, The room and the entire property were extremely clean and so quiet at night for sleeping. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom door was the first one that opened and closed smoothly – that's how it should be! All the hooks were securely mounted. There was a beautiful garden with seating and a small kitchen, including a sink, air fryer, toaster, and a refrigerator. The host, Kam, picked us up in the center of Mersing and dropped us off again. After learning that my husband loves durian and that it was durian season, he took us to a stall and picked out the best ones for him.
Als Anregung vielleicht eine Kleiderstange, mit Kleiderhaken, weil so viel Platz im Zimmer ist, ansonst ist das was da ist auch ausreichend As a suggestion, perhaps a clothes rack with hooks, since there's so much space in the room; otherwise, what's there is sufficient.

有一点点的灰尘没有其他不满意的地方，如果强制性说不上很满意的地方就是，门的开关有些老旧得按几下，大门和侧门还有内测大门房间门开关都有些年份了，导致开关都有声音，估计会吵到其他租客，剩余的就没有什么问题了

Nothing bad as we only stay 1 night and we arrived past 10pm. Me and my wife booked the 3 beds room as it's the only available room. But we feel the room will be too cramp for 3 pax to stay.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026La gentillesse des hôtesses qui ont tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour, notamment demander à leur voisin de nous conduire en voiture dans le centre (car très éloigné). La chambre est grande, simple et propre.
L’éloignement du centre ville et peut être mettre une petite lumière de chevet à côté du lit éviterait de n’avoir que la grande lumière.

Der Vermieter Kam war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns zum Essen in die Innenstadt gefahren, gute Tipps gegeben und auch am nächsten Tag zur Fähre gebracht. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert wenn man auf der Durchreise zur Insel Tioman ist.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026I like how spacious and clean the room is. I also like the clean toilet. Aircond was cold, beds comfortable. Appreciate the parking. Check in with Mr. Kam was easy. The place is near Mersing Jetty as well.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026L'accueil, la gentillesse du proprio, sa discrétion. Le taxi nous avait déposé au mauvais endroit, il est venu nous chercher. Immense salon extérieur, coin cuisine. On s'y sent bien. Grande chambre.
