Estaba todo muy pero muy sucio. La persona de recepción brillaba por su ausencia. No había nevera común ni cubiertos ni nada que suele haber en este tipo de alojamientos. Y el aire acondicionado estaba a tope siempre, demasiado frío. He estado en muchos hoteles cápsula pero si este hubiera sido mi primera experiencia, no iría nunca más a un hotel cápsula

Die Matratze war sehr bequem, und in der Kapsel selber war es auch sauber. Die Lobby ist gemütlich, angenehm klimatisiert und nett zum ein wenig entspannen.

Die Waschräume sind wirklich sehr schmutzig. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr unregelmäßig geputzt wird, weil gewisse Stellen zwei Tage lang schmutzig waren. Das war für mich schon enttäuschend, da habe ich selbst in herkömmlichen Hostels deutlich sauberere Waschräume schon vorgefunden, und meiner Auffassung nach sollte ein Kapselhotel vom Standard ein wenig über einem Hostel sein. Außerdem war es sehr laut in der Nacht, das ist aber nicht KINN anzulasten, das hätte ich bei genauerer Recherche selber herausfinden können.

Air conditioning is very comfortable, and hot drinks were makes me relax.

The location is very convenient. Safe for girls. Modern and provided free coffee.

The locker was a bit inconvenient for someone who got the upper locker. It was hard to put the luggage inside. Also the garbage bin in the bathroom could be changed since it’s hard to open. Would be amazing if the hotel provides slippers instead of guasha.

Casi todo. Las sábanas estaban rotas con agujeros varios, los baños eran desagradables muy sucios siempre, los pisos eran un asco también y te obligaban a quitarte los zapatos. La recepcion era no existente. Utilizo una medicación que requiere refrigeración y no me ayudaron ni se preocuparon por intentar brindarme una nevera. También los lockers no funcionaban, he vuelto por la noche y encontrarme el locker completamente abierto.

The beds were comfortable and the location was so easy for the centre. Would consider staying again if I could get a bed away from the door.

The place could have been cleaner, my blind had a questionable substance on it. The blinds also have metal chains so you can hear every time someone gets in and out which is quite noisy and the door lock mechanism is quite loud. I had a very inconsiderate person above me who spent every night going in and out of the room which made it hard to sleep being on the bottom and close to the door. Also it would have been great if the staff had some knowledge of the area.

Mensen bellen ‘s nachts in de dorms, en er werd ook veel aan de deur klink gerotzooid waardoor ik telkens wakker werd. Ook stond niet alles goed aangegeven op de bordjes zoals waar de douches zijn.

Nice hostel, very central in a good location close to China town and Marina Bay. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are as clean as they can be for a hostel. Check in was automated and easy to follow. Felt safe and I loved the female only concept for many reasons. Great for a layover / couple nights stay. It was also fairly quiet for a hostel, and I got a decent night’s sleep.

A little noisy, the AC, girls and unlocked boxes. But everything else .. very very good!

Alleen in de lobby plek om te zitten. Dat was erg beperkt. Nachtclub geluiden bonkten in de nacht laat door.

Nonostante si tratti di un ostello, ho trovato le stanze molto silenziose, pulite e ordinate. Inoltre, anche se la colazione non è inclusa, sono sempre disponibili caffè e biscottini, un piccolo dettaglio davvero apprezzato.

Avrei preferito una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia delle stanze. Prestando un po’ di attenzione, infatti, si possono notare alcuni angoli con accumuli di polvere, soprattutto nella zona vicino alla finestra, accanto alla capsula.

Such a great capsule! Everything was clean, comfortable and well-organized. If I ever visit Singapore again, I would definitely choose this place again. 10/10 highly recommend! ⭐️

Location. Accessible to everywhere on foot and by public transportation. The entire female dorm which is safe for female travelers. Seamless check in/out with keyless and security code for each guest.

The cleanliness is getting poorer than last year I stayed, esp in common area and bathroom. The faucets are broken and both shower gel and shampoo left empty in the bathroom. Smelly toilets on both rooms on the 2nd floor.

Location wise is pretty convenient. Lobby is also pretty comfortable.

There are not many shower rooms and the shower room is not very spacious (a bit hard to put personal stuff). There is no fridge in the kitchen to store food.

Es war super sauber und trotz der möglichen 10 Personen pro Raum sehr ruhig. Ich konnte mich gut in meiner Kapsel zurück ziehen. Die Bilder treffen genau das reale Aussehen. Die Lage war perfekt um die verschiedenen Anlaufpunkte in Singapur zu besuchen. Super Zentral. Ich konnte mein Gepäck auch vor Check in abgeben und unterstellen um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Manchmal ist das Personal nicht vor Ort, sodass man diese per WhatsApp kontaktiert und je nachdem warten muss: hier einfach früh genug schreiben.

I had an excellent stay overall. The location is fantastic - within walking distance of multiple MRT stations, hawker centres, museums and other places of interest. The atmosphere was calm and I felt incredibly safe. The capsule was comfortable and had been generally well-designed, while the bathrooms felt very luxurious for a hostel! For Singapore, this price can't be beaten, and I would absolutely stay here again.

I feel that the things I wasn't so keen on have been addressed several times by other reviewers (e.g. the bathrooms get quite warm, you can hear music from the club next door) but the three things which I would change (and shouldn't be hard to do) are: - Attention to detail in cleaning, especially in the corners of the bathroom stalls and capsules. - Having somewhere to hang a towel outside the capsule. My towel could not dry fully between showers. - A rethink of the check in system. I love that the building and dorms are kept secure by key codes rather than keys, but that means you need to know the code to get in the building when you arrive - and I (and several other people I saw) didn't! This isn't helped by the fact that reception often had no one there, even at typical check in/out times. I don't want this to sound too negative, though - I had a great stay and would almost certainly come back to Kinn Capsule if I was in Singapore again.

Brakowało mi w obiekcie lodowki aby przechowac leki. Mozna by pomyslec o nawiewie powietrza w kapsułach bo jak zamkniesz zasłonke to jest duszno mimo klimatyzacji w pokoju więc 5rzeba spac przy otwartej.

設備は綺麗でスタッフも必要最低限に親切。トイレやシャワーも問題なく使えた。立地も良く、お値段以上の満足感

口コミにもあったので対策はしていたが、外のロードノイズや人の声は結構聞こえた。ナイトクラブの重低音も朝方まで鳴っていた。2段ベットの上段に登る階段はちょっと使いづらい。ロッカーはスーツケースのサイズによっては入らない。ロッカーのサイズが事前にわかると良かった。

Separate shower and toilet cubicles, large lockers (fit for a large suitcase) and a comfortable, spacious, and clean bed. The curtains provide excellent privacy and block out the light completely. There is also an elevator and luggage storage available. Overall, the place has a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

The check-in process is virtual. Since I had made two separate reservations, I had to change capsules, check out, and then check in again. However, there is a staff member physically present at the reception, which makes the process much easier as there is always someone available to assist.

La struttura è molto bella, semplice ma con tutte le necessità. Centrale e comoda sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi (metro e bus). I letti sono dei cubicoli privati, con all’interno un gancio con dei appendini, un tavolino pieghevole con specchio, presa elettrica e pulsante della luce, nelle camerate c’è un armadietto disponibile assegnato ad ogni letto per tenere le proprie cose. A piano terra c’è solo un bagno, per le docce bisogna salire ai piani superiori. Ho usato anche la lavatrice e asciugatrice e direi servizio ottimo. Al mattino c’è una macchinetta per bevande calde e mettono a disposizione degli snack confezionati, sia dolce che salata. Al secondo piano è disponibile anche un distributore di acqua calda e fredda, ma non l’ho usato.

Vicino agli armadietti sarebbe comodo avere un piano d’appoggio, giusto perché l’armadietto è abbastanza piccolo e se devi cercare qualcosa nello zaino sarebbe più comodo tirar fuori tutto. La scala di accesso al letto superiore diciamo che potrebbe essere più comoda, io non ho avuto grandi difficoltà nonostante la mia stazza 😂 però una classica scaletta che si appoggia sarebbe molto più comoda.

Layout of the washroom and shower spaces doesn’t really work. No clean space to put my change of clothes while showering. Showers can get dirty/clogged easily, especially at night

The hostel is modern, stylish and felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Check-in was smooth and easy. The capsule was surprisingly comfortable, with a soft mattress, a mirror, a universal power outlet with USB and USB-C ports, and enough privacy for a good night's sleep. The locker was also spacious enough for my luggage. The common area downstairs is beautiful and a great place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring Singapore.

The air conditioning was set a bit too cold for my liking. The shared bathrooms were acceptable overall, although they could have been a little cleaner.

Apart from excellent service, I like the fact that they will let you charge and stay in the lobby even when you've already checked out

Beds were amazing. Couldn't really feel the movements of others in the other capsules. There were free biscuits and self-service tea/milk. Location is convenient!

While I had a highly satisfactory time, I felt the bathrooms could have been cleaned more frequently, especially in the evenings/mornings during peak hours.

Convenient, clean, has good facilities that included washer and dryer.

Noisy sometimes with the lift and also not the hotels fault but guests were a little noisy into the late hours.

For a womens hostel, it feels like it was designed by a man. Why only provide shampoo and no conditioner? Based on the trash left in showers and the empty soap bottle for days, I think the cleaning could improve. The curtains on the beds could be easier to use. The overall hostel was uncomfortable, it felt like being in a hospital. Comfier seating would improve this.

The location is superb. I know the low temperature is for minimizing the smell, but it would have been better if it was set a bit higher.

L’établissement est absolument parfait, bien placé, très propre, literie confortable. On ne ressent même pas que les parties communes sont partagées tellement la propreté est irréprochable. Les dortoirs sont très agréables et fonctionnels.

Le seul petit bémol est que les casiers ne sont pas assez grand pour une grande valise cependant laisser sa valise dans le dortoir ne craint absolument rien

The proper was really at a perfect location to explore Singapore. Most of the main attraction were walking distance and the neighborhood was very safe. The hostel had a nice pinky vibe and the lockers were at the same level as the capsules. For remote working there was the option to use the other kinn facility only some meters away so overall great for teleworking. There was free water and a small selection of warm drinks in the morning.

The toilets and showers could get pretty dirty especially during evening hours. This is not entirely on the hostel though as a lot of the tenants didn't seem to care about the overall cleanliness of the place. The lockers weren't big enough to fit the average sized check in luggages so as a result everyone was just leaving them in the back causing a bit of chaos when someone was packing. Also the lockers were at the same are as the capsules so it could get pretty noisy early in the morning or late at night when people were packing/unpacking

The staff were super friendly and helpful, I was able to leave my luggage at 6am and I was also able to check in an hour early. The communal space was nice plus you can get some free snacks, coffee and drinking water. The bedroom was really clean and the pod was small but it was good to have privacy while being in the dorm for such a low price.

My only issue with the property was the showers, they were quite dirty and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while.

Ich mochte es, dass es die Möglichkeit gab in einem reinen Frauenhostel zu schlafen. Ansonsten war das Hostel schön eingerichtet, die Betten waren gemütlich. An der Rezeption war ständig jemand da und man konnte das Gebäude und die Zimmer mit einem Code betreten. Genügend Stauraum für einen Koffer oder einen Rucksack gab es auch.

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass das Bad manchmal ein wenig dreckig war und obwohl es ein reines Frauenhostel war trotzdem Männer im Hostel gearbeitet haben. Ich glaube das Hostel hat sich noch in der Umstellung befunden.

It was clean and the pods are confortável enough. With thick blinds to avoid light. The room was big and looked clean. It waa easy to get from the train station to the hostel.

I stayed two nights on a 10 bed dorm. Staff was responsive via Booking.com message, I let them know I was going to arrive late to arrange my check in, they provided information how to get to the hostel with the train, however when I arrived the door was locked (it was late so is completely understandable) however they did not send any instructions how to get inside, thankfully I had internet to contact them when I was by the door however if I did not have it I believe I would be waiting there till morning. I only saw someone at the reception on my day for my check out. So there is nobody around if you need to l ask anything. Check in and check out was done online. I am going to be honest and say I missed more clarity about not having people around if you need anything
