All digital but a very nice and supportive team available to support for any issue at all time, online and onsite. Mitch, Shannen and Mary were great.

La entrada está automatizada. Para la puerta principal necesitas un PIN que te mandan por correo o que te envían por whastap si lo solicitas y la puerta de la habitación se abre con la aplicación. Al hacer el check es necesario un depósito de 200$. Situado en una calle con vida nocturna pero no se escuchaba nada dentro, al menos en nuestra habitación del tercer piso. A pesar de ser pequeño era práctico. Cuenta también con nevera, microondas, mensaje y secador. Estaba limpio y nuevo.

This place was really lovely! Check in was easy and room was clean and comfy! The location is perfect ! Everything is close It was little loud but I was prepared for it because they mentioned it before! If you are light sleeper maybe not good for you ! I’d stay again!

Property is central and the room had everything I needed with additional special attention to detail, which I appreciated very much. Shannen was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Attention to detail, nice linen, free laundry, laundry soap etc. I also genuinely appreciated the fact that both hotel corridor and room featured the work of actual artists, a breath of fresh air in a visual environment overrun with boring ai slop.

L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer partout, principalement à pied et en métro. La propreté et le service de la réception : Mitch, Mary & Shannen*sont superbes, elles sont tres réactives et disponibles 24/24 et assisté pour toutes demandes..

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne entouré de bars/restaurant. Ca peut être tres mouvementé donc le mieux est de se préparer.

Comfortable property. Digital access worked well. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

No local TV channels. Also, just an heads up. No fault of the staff or property, but it is very noisy on the quay side of the hotel. I expected some noise given the location but the nights I stayed there were people yelling and partying at 4 am long after the establishments closed. The hotel staff had ear plugs ready so this is a common issue.

You need to know that you are in the middle of teh party hot spot. So it does get lound dunring the night. We knew that - so no surpirse. Everything OK

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Singapore. Mitch, Mary & Shannen were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing!

The only downside is the lack of on-site assistance after 6:00 PM, which can be a little inconvenient if you need immediate help in the evening.

Very good price and great location, room very quiet and clean, staff very friendly and helpful, gave me access to an iron quickly and helped me with the arrival. Very handy kitchen space with fridge, access to washing machine very practical.

The window is not on an open space but inside a restaurant (does not show on the picture of the room). No standing mirror in the whole hotel. Room is on two floor and no space to open my suitcase (as in pictures of the room though).

Von mir bekommen sie eine 10 von 10, weil ich vor allem sehr dankbar bin, dass sie…also Sharan, Mary und Mitch sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent geholfen haben 🥰 Darüber hinaus war die Lage, für mich perfekt. Alles was man braucht und sich anschauen möchte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Bars und Nachtleben sind um die Ecke, was für die, die es nicht mögen aber nicht beeinträchtigend ist. Mein Apartment hatte kleine Fenster zum Fluss, mit einer Sitzmöglichkeit direkt davor, sodass ich das Treiben am Fluss und den Restaurants beobachten konnte. Darüber hinaus gab es einen Wasserkocher, einen Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine, mit allem was dazugehört. Das Bett ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen und ich dachte erst…oh das wirkt etwas beengt, war es aber nicht. Aber das Bett ist nicht sehr groß. Für mich, 168 cm groß, war es gerade passend. Dafür absolut gemütlich. Ich danke noch einmal für die Mühe, Mitch, Shannen und Mary. Ich bin absolut happy!

Für zwei normal große Leute könnte es etwas eng sein.

Super Lage und saubere Unterkunft. Unter der Unterkunft ist eine belebte Straße wo man eine große Auswahl an Essenamöglichkeiten hat, wirkt allerdings sehr tourristisch. Man ist schnell in Chinatown oder am Hafen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis voll okay. Man muss eine Kaution in Höhe vom 200 SGD hinterlegen.

Das Bett war leider etwas kurz. Wir sind 1,84 m und 1,75m. Wenn man sich bisschen schräg hinlegt geht es voll in Ordnung. Man sollte auch wissen, dass dort kein Personal vor Ort ist. Das Check-in läuft über eine App, die man vorab runterladen muss. Bei Problemen kann man jedoch Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern aufnehmen. Bei uns war direkt jemand erreichbar.

The staff (Mary & Shannen) were amazing - very responsive and helpful. The property is centrally located to everything I wanted to do. The premium plus studio room (quay side, river view) was comfy and very well appointed for my 4-night stay. Electronic access and digital concierge once setup were very useful features!

Was clean enough, but not as clean as expected and a little worn for the many 10/10 reviews I had seen. Although, it was well and truly documented that the Boat Quay area is "lively" but there was one night in particular where what was happening downstairs was much louder and went far later than others during the week (not a weekend). So be very prepared for that at this location. Pay attention to the arrival and locating the property directions - two properties very near to each other.

Location and staff friendly readily available to assist fast

After a 22-hour international journey and booking this hotel without having a local SIM, the last thing you want is to find out afterward that you need to download apps and read guides just to access the property. The app also malfunctioned, leaving me standing outside in the heat trying to get assistance through WhatsApp. There’s no elevator, so carrying checked luggage and a carry-on up the stairs was exhausting. The hotel is also directly across from bars and restaurants, and the surrounding area can get loud, with people playing music and creating a party atmosphere as you’re coming and going. Hotels should make check-in simple and welcoming. Technology should make the guest experience easier, not replace basic face-to-face hospitality.

The single disadvantage was the AC. Sometimes it just blowing warm air in minimal temperature, maybe it is a regular problem in Singapore , I do not know.

The key being on my phone was very annoying

The location is awesome to explore Singapore, very clean and comfortable room with fridge and water heater, even with the option to use the laundry machine (detergent provided). The staff is very friendly and responds very quickly at any time to any question. Jamie, Shannen and Mary helped us out directly when we had problems checkin in and even provided great food recommendations.

Good customer service

Standard rooms are very tiny. Especially the bed which is stuck to 3 walls (i.e. if you are 2, one has to climb over the other one to get out/in the bed) I would say booking pictures are deceptive. You cannot really cook in these rooms We had to ask for a larger room and were upgraded. The staff was nice and efficient in helping transferring our luggage to the new room. We were charged for this larger room. We ended up paying the same price as in a very good (higher class) hotel.

No me gustó el hecho de que el código y la aprobación de la tarjeta digital no me llegó a las 3:00 sino que a las 3:10 de la tarde, mi teléfono tenía poca batería y estaba inseguro de qué podría suceder si me quedaba sin batería y no había recibido para ese momento el código de entrada. Al final no sé cómo, pero salió una muchacha y me ayudó y fue hasta luego que me llegó el código de entrada. Por esta situación creo que no quisiera volver a utilizar estos servicios de hoteles, en donde todo funciona por Wi-Fi o Bluetooth

The dryer is awful and shrank our clothing which has NEVER happened before. The kitchen is so basic and doesn’t even have a water jug. The lack of staff, no real key, the whole phone robot thing isn’t the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Collection, especially thanks to Jamie, Shannen and Mary. Throughout my entire stay, they were extremely kind, helpful and always available whenever I needed assistance. I had to change rooms because I accidentally made separate reservations, and they immediately helped me with the room change, making everything very easy and stress-free. They were also always available to answer my questions and check that everything was going well during my stay. The room was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location was perfect. The hotel also offers great comfort, security and privacy. Spending this week here was a truly wonderful experience. I highly recommend Heritage Collection and would definitely stay here again when I return to Singapore!

La ubicación es inmejorable y, como comentan otras personas en las reseñas dentro no se oye ruido (al menos en mi habitació y la de mis amigos). Las habitaciones están muy bien y son muy cómodas. El personal es súper amable y Shannen, Mary & Jamie nos ayudaron con el check in y el check out, lo cual hizo la experiencia mucho más cómoda. Hay lavadoras (depende del apartamento tiene dentro o fuera) que funcionan muy bien.

Hands down the winning feature here is its location. Even given Singapore's small size that more or less guarantees you're not far from any point of interest, this location in particular seems to be at the heart of the city and its many top attractions. It's also undeniably good value for money and though a shade smaller than you'd expect for "cozy" you do get an almost fully featured apartment; including a clothes washer, kitchenette and a full sized fridge. It also gets high marks for cleanliness and the overall state of the furniture and interior is essentially new; truly faultless on this count. Finally, the staff is genuinely helpful and eager to help.

Far and away the major flaw of this place is its prison-like security system. Check-in is both impersonal and needlessly complex starting with a requirement to download an app which then grills you with a lengthy questionnaire topped off with a rotoscoped selfie. If you pass all of the steps required the data is then sent to management for approval(!) which eventually culminates in your receiving an electronic "key" tied to your phone. They email you a code which gains you entry into the building but to enter the corridor where your room is you need to tap your phone against an electronic pad. Which sounds easier than it should be but a process for which my thick Samsung Fold was apparently not designed for. Luckily, a staff member was nearby and with some effort managed to position the phone just right and at long last we all cheered when the green light came on and the door buzzed us in. And then we had to do it all over at the room door... The whole process was so exhausting that we decided to stay in rather than risk going out that night and getting stuck outside. The entire process might be appropriate for a high crime area elsewhere in some other country but seems comically overengineered for such a lovely and safe area. The whole app thing on top is weirdly dystopian. It's like applying for a visa to visit North Korea.

Va bene per coppie giovani tecnologicamente più smart e più adattabili. Per coppie di quasi quasi 50 anni gli spazi sono troppo ridotti (anche se molto funzionali). Le dimensioni della stanza e del letto in particolare vanno bene per me che sono 160 cm, ma per il mio compagno che è quasi 190 cm è tutto troppo piccolo e stretto.

The team were great, the 24 hour remote concierge worked great and Shannen, Mary and Jamie attended to all needs, including early luggage drop amd early check in.

Nothing to do with the Herirage Hotel but the Boat Quay needs a good clean. The street itself is kinda filthy.

Amazing location right on Boat Quay, literally in the very heart of Singapore. It really feels like you're staying right in the center of everything, with restaurants, MRT stations and many of the main sights within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and the mobile check-in was very easy. Shannen, Mary and Jamie were friendly, helpful and always quick to respond when we needed anything. I arrived before check-in time and they kindly stored my luggage for me, which was very helpful. Despite being right in the city center, we couldn't hear any noise from outside at all. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again.

Escaleras para llegar a la habitación, no hay ascensor, pero gracias a Shannen que nos ayudó a subirlas y al final de la estadía a bajarlas

- super Kundenservice - relativ einfacher Check in - sauberes und gutausgestattetes Zimmer - bequemes Bett - unser Zimmer (214) war glücklicherweise ruhig und man konnte neben den Partys ringsum schlafen.

- Die zentrale Lage am Boat Quay ist praktisch, war uns persönlich aber etwas zu lebhaft – viele Bars, Partyszene und regelmäßige Ansprache für Happy Hour & Co. - Am Wochenende kann es bis spät in die Nacht recht laut werden, je nach Lage des Zimmers vermutlich unterschiedlich stark hörbar.

Room was small but we spent very little time there. The aggressiveness of the restaurant staff along the road was particularly annoying but had nothing to do with the hotel.

Lo staff è sempre reperibile per richieste o informazioni nonostante il check-in sia da realizzare utilizzando un’applicazione apposita con cui si può accedere alla camera. Struttura molto pulita. Noi avevamo la lavatrice in camera ma qualora non fosse presente si può utilizzare quella in condivisione. Servizio molto apprezzato e utile.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente, completo di tutto ciò che serve. Bel bagno e letto molto comodo. Fermata metro a 5 minuti a piedi.

Il ceck in non è stato per nulla semplice. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiamare l’assistenza per ricevere i codici per entrare. La ragazza che ci ha raggiunti è stata comunque gentile ed efficiente. La camera dava sul fiume e quindi abbiamo sentito la musica dei locali sino a tardi.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Singapur zu Fuß zu erreichen. Abends haben die Bars vor der Tür geöffnet, sodass man ein paar Getränke zu sich nehmen konnte mit Blick auf das Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Wir wurden von Shannen betreut, welche rund um die Uhr für einen telefonisch oder via WhatsApp zur Verfügung steht und alle Fragen beantworten konnte. Rundum waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Very good location. The staff Shannen, Mary and Jamie were all so kind and helpful. We had an extremely heavy suitcase which we could not carry ourselves and they rushed to help us. Any questions are answered very quickly no waiting. Very clean and tidy.
