That beach way to much trash its raining 🌧 season but it needs to be clean

Debido a que era temporada baja había muy poca gente, por lo que fueron unas vacaciones muy tranquilas. El restaurante del hotel es muy rico también.

Sayulita es santuario de iguanas, fue un poco sorprendente verlas de pronto, además de que en el pasillo para salir del hotel había mucha popo que no se limpiaba.

Quiet, on the beach, with large pool and grounds.

Funky smells from time to time coming from adjacent property. Obstructed view(trees)of ocean even though our room was second from the end(closest to beach).

La comida es deliciosa, recomiendo el aguachile salsas negras, mezcalita de maracuya frozen, los meseros son amables. La alberca es grande y en buenas condiciones.

No cumplen con lo prometido en su publicación respecto al early check in and late check out, menciona la Srita de recepción que es un problema que siempre tiene en booking, sugiero deberían editarlo para no seguir generando falsas promesas. El espacio de playa que les corresponde lo tienen sucio.

El hotel esta muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas, el personal muy buena actitud, el servició de comida es lento, pero la comida es buena.

It was located adjacent to a beach club that played very loud music with a lot of bass. It actually sounded like there was someone pounding on the vibrating door, until 2AM-3 of our 5 nights there. Also, no television.

The location was amazing!

There was a beach rave next door for the last two nights of our stay and the music was very loud up until 3:00 am.

Que jamas se me informo cuando hice reservacion que debia dejar deposito de 2mil pesos , solo estuve una noche y dias despues aun no recibo mi deposito de vuelta ya que lo hice por tarjeta , y disponia de muy poco efectivo en ese momento , de haber sabido me hubiese preparado, y el estacionamiento muy chico nuestro vehiculo se quedo en la calle.

Rooms are spacious with nice view of the beach or pool area. The breakfast at the beachfront is always an highlight for us. We’ve been there now for several times and love the atmosphere and hospitality there.

Breakfast options are limited.

Location. Right on the beach. Close to the main town beach but isolated from all the noise. Large rooms with comfortable beds and sofas. Lovely pool with shaded areas and enough length to swim laps. Private beach sitting area with palapas and palm trees to provide shade. 2-3 blocks away from restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Beach chairs are impractical and uncomfortable.

We loved the location and the very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were beautiful and we lived the iguana sanctuary. It really feels like a special resort here. The rooms are massive and immaculate. We had room 203 and fell asleep listening to the waves.

Just wish the pool was cooler.

Check in was bad start. Full black out and not shown to the room. Check in staff not very helpful. Need to pay 2000 deposit in cash. Kitchen facilities limited. A kettle would have been a great improvement

This place is great. The location is wonderful close to down but in a quiet area. The pool, the beach, the restaurant was great. The bed was comfortable and we loved having the little patio. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I will say is this pkace is an Iguana Sancutary. So they are all over the place which we thought was super cool and loved. But with the there is a little bit of Iguana poop around that you just have to step over. The staff does work hard to keep it clean. Again none of this bothered us but it could bother others. But we truly loved them and they even feel from trees a couple times right in front of us but it was crazy cool.

The location was excellent! It's very close to the center of town but on a side street, so it was much more quiet. It's very picturesque and right by the water. It was a wonderful base for adventures.

I felt the price was a bit high, but I had late check-out which made it worth it for me. I could hear people outside my door pretty clearly when they talked out there, but thankfully that didn't happen very often. I never did get the hot water working in the shower, but I may not have waited long enough as I hear that's an issue all over in this area.

There was no tv in our bedroom.

Lots of wildlife around the property but a constant mess from them in the trees. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault as the staff would clean up and the animals would drop debris and poop from the overhanging trees etc

1) Big heated pool with lush tropical landscaping. 2) Secure free parking. 3) Well located near Centro, but slightly north within walking distance to the main beach and tge less crowded northern one. 4) Beachfront property

We loved everything about the Azul Pitaya. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The setting was perfect, a gorgeous pool surrounded by great foliage and iguanas (fun to spot) and steps to the beach. The full breakfast was included and it was delicious. Breakfast was served by wonderful staff, they get a special mention as they were so friendly and helpful, and made every morning on the beach magical. The room was very clean, big, very comfortable bed, great AC, cute deck, and had everything you could want - a little cooktop, a fridge, fresh water available at the front desk cooler. It was a quiet week so we heard no noise and appreciated being so close to the town, could walk a block to get great fresh fruit and eat out.

There isn't a dresser, and the closet is small, so the luggage had to stay out and used as storage. It's too bad as the room is so pretty.

I thought that they had a designated smoking area.But they didn't.So I had to go out on the street where the vendors are, which caused me to sit there.And have to tell everybody lo scento no pesos

Location, beach breakfast, huge clean pool, iguanas free roaming around the property. I loved this place. For the included breakfast you could choose multiple items from the menu, all very tasty. Pink Panther smoothie is outstanding. You eat at tables right on the beach! We had a great time at this location. Walk to everything in Sayulita, but on the quiet side, no parties or loud music. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a great size. The location is so close to all restaurants, coffee shops, food carts, and an amazing pickle ball centre, all very close by. Staff were very kind. Great margaritas in the restaurants. Everything is accessible and within mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Some confusion with staff about breakfast being included . No ATM s were working and was hoping hotel would help with getting cash by charging credit card and couldn't .

The rooms were so bright and colorful. Nice balcony with chairs overlooking the heated pool. Location on the beach was the best!! Rocky in front but walk north or south to enter the water. Cool Iguana sanctuary on property. Excellent restaurant on beach and wood fired pizza restaurant on street side of property. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The boutique resort was exactly what my family and I were looking for. A basic/clean accomodation , beautiful pool and landscaping all around, good food drink options, and access to a beautiful surfing beach !

Big nice pool, close to downtown and plenty of bathrooms around the facilities. Beach is kind of rocky where the motel is but not far from there the beach is nice.
