My Exclusive Italy - Spacious Villa with 4 rooms, pool, solarium & garden

Very noisy. Around 8 ambulances/Police cars with horns and sirens sounding passing villa every day/night. Building work going on above us which we weren't warned about prior to arriving and which woke us up 3 mornings in a row. This resulted in rubble/dust dropping outside our patio doors and onto towels. Dirty shower cubicles which look like they had never been deep cleaned. Air conditioning unit on top floor not working properly. Small kitchen with very old and chipped crockery. Plug sockets weren't the standard euro sockets and there is only 1 plug socket in the kitchen so you either use the kettle or toaster. Only provided with 1 set of keys and we were 2 couples. Storage in the bedrooms is poor. No drawers.

This fantastic villa is centrally located in Sant Agnello with easy access to bars, restaurants, shops, trains and busses. It's only a 30 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento. The villa is very modern, clean and well appointed. The plunge pool was much appreciated in the hot weather and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The Panifico bakery opposite the villa is a great place to pick up fresh supplies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Patti, the villa manager, is fantastic, he answers questions and fixes any issues very quickly.
