Siamo stati benissimo. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Such lovely owners, friendly, clean and everything thing well cared for. Cooling off in the pool was a real bonus on hot sunny afternoons. Easy access to sant agnello train station for days out to Sorrento, Pompeii, Versuvius
The bathroom is a little dated but still kept really clean.
Bella struttura e posizione comoda
The Staff and quiet location Plenty of parking available
Dated rooms not really four star barely three, No fridges just "coolers" in rooms aircon struggling and temperamental Breakfast a little lacking in variety too much English breakfast
Remek tetőterasz, csodálatos kilátás onnan a naplementére. A főételek ízletesek, a személyzet figyelmes. A sarkon megállnak a 008-as buszok, közvetlen járat a városba sőt a félsziget legnyugatibb csücskébe.

Nice people, breakfast, rooms cleaned nicely💕
Maybe more queen beds
Luigi made our holiday, very friendly and polite and no ask was too big for him. Clean hotel. Great drinks as well. Location is good if you don’t want to be in the noise of Sorrento and only a 20 minute walk.
Beds are a bit firm.
Luigi and the team were great and always more than happy to help. We particularly loved the location as this was quieter than Sorrento town centre, which was very busy. Would defo recommend for anyone wanting to stay near Sorrento for a decent price with a pool. The cocktails were delicious too !
Bathroom was on the smaller side but overall we were happy with the facilities for the price we paid
Loved the pool, welcome after hot sightseeing. Breakfast very good.
Nothing
Old but clean. Basic property.
Nothing in particular.
A félpanziós ellátás kritikán aluli. A szobák ősrégi felszereltségűek, a matracok, párnák borzalmasan kényelmetlenek, a fürdőben omlik a vakolat a mennyezetről vagy éppen penészes a fal. A zuhanyrózsa fixen a falon van a magasban, használhatatlan. Semmi pakolásra alkalmas hely nincs a furdoben, egy műanyag sámlit leszámítva.
Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean
Wifi was slow
The staff were very polite and helpful
The shower was very small .
Very clean, friendly staff, close to the station.
Bed very uncomfortable, they would benefit from investing in mattress toppers or new mattresses. The hotel is a long walk from central Sorrento, along busy roads with tiny paths. Expensive for what it is. Tea making facilities are available, but it only had 4 tea bags, no milk, sugar or spoons.
We enjoyed our stay in hotel club. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a good location. Close to railroad but not loud. The breakfast had a good selection of options.
Sant'Agnello is a very good place to stay at. You are very close to Sorrento while avoiding all the tourists. The walk to Sorrento is about 20min and is quite beautiful. But you also have an easy access to trains and buses that can take you anywhere. The breakfast offers continental (warm and savoury) options along with the traditional sweet Italian breakfast. There is a bar as well as a restaurant (but we didn't try them).
The bedding wasn't very comfortable and the shower very narrow. The room was quite small as well. Unfortunately, there was no water in the pool when we were there (mid April). Be mindful of this if the pool is an important factor for you.
I recently stayed at Hotel Club Sorrento for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Hotel Club Sorrento to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Nagyon közel van a vasútállomáshoz. A személyzet nagyon kedves , barátságos , segítőkész . Bármilyen problémánk volt ők azonnal segítettek , utána néztek . A szobák tiszták , rendezettek .
Property was good location staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Lovely family run hotel
Only issue was no charging ports beside your bedside and the breakfast could have been fresher. Besides this the hotel was brilliant thank you
Staff were wonderful and accommodating

Location is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, but beware of the Italian driver. Pavements are very narrow in places. Easier access to the centre is by taking the train from Sant’Agnello station. Next stop and you are there. If you are heading in the direction of Napoli get to Sorrento station early or be ready to stand for the journey, particularly as far as Pompei. Hotel is quiet except before mealtimes. It has a pleasant relaxed air otherwise. The rooms are on the smallish side, but fine for a week’s stay. Perhaps a bit of updating is due in the shower compartment as I found it a bit small (I’m 1.83 metres). The hotel was very good value, particularly as we went half-board. Cleanliness could not be faulted, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were cleaned every day with sheets etc. being replaced at times. The train service goes by very close to the hotel half hourly in both directions, but stops at 10.30 pm and is not really an inconvenience. All of the staff were excellent, as a family run hotel everybody seemed to muck in and help. Particular mention should be made of the waiters, who deserve to be enjoying holidays rather than providing them.
The hotel is very clean and very well-run. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of prosecco which was delicious after a long day. The food at breakfast and in the evening was absolutely delicious and lots of choice. The service was excellent especially the two Francos, who were so nice and kind and we had a great laugh with them. A really great hotel in a great location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
A very well run family hotel, very friendly staff, good food and a good location for transport, the train station being a 5 minute walk away. Can recommend.
Kein deutscher Fernsehsender.
Very welcoming the staff could not do enough including dropping off and picking up at the pick up point which was 5 minutes from the hotel. The rooms and hotel very clean, spotless, the staff never stop cleaning and the rooms have everything you need including a safe and fridge. Private balcony with views across the swimming pool and garden. Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options, and evening meal a basic choice pre ordered at breakfast time but cannot complain about the quality of food, and service outstanding by both Francos, lovely old school waiters who know how to please. Location good, 5 minutes from rail station, bars, cafes and local shops, 20 minutes walk into Sorrento main town.
We visited this lovely family run hotel last year and just had to come back. We aren't fans of large, impersonal, faceless hotels so when we found Hotel Club we were very pleased. It is family run and they can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. Luigi, Franco and the team are just really nice genuine people. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the pool area uncrowded. Food isn't fancy but very nice, we like to eat out as well but did get the value of our half board experience. The train station and bus routes to Sorrento (1 stop by train) and Naples are 2 minutes walk away and very inexpensive. At Hotel Club you are staying amongst the local people and you get to experience real Italian life but its also so close to Sorrento to get the excitement, culture and cosmopolitan experience of this beautiful city
Absolutely not a 4-star hotel — beware of hostile management I never leave reviews, but Hotel Club Sorrento deserves a serious warning. The room I was given was nowhere near the standard of a so-called 4-star property — think budget roadside motel, not the Sorrento experience advertised online. I’ve stayed in La Quinta Inns that were cleaner and better maintained. Before booking, read the bad reviews and notice how “Luigi,” the manager, responds. Unfortunately, those comments aren’t exaggerating. When I contacted Expedia to request a refund and move elsewhere, he actually got in my face in the lobby, yelling and accusing me of complaining “just because I’m American.” After Expedia called him, he offered to “upgrade” me — something I never asked for or needed — and then used that against me as leverage. This was the second of three rooms I was shuffled between during a two-night stay. He even threatened to call the police simply because I had reached out to Expedia. Truly pathetic behavior. The pictures used to sell the hotel bear little resemblance to what you actually get. The property feels tired, small, and poorly kept. Luigi may be proud of his establishment, but that doesn’t make it any less disappointing. Save yourself the headache: there are far better options in Sorrento for the same price (or less). Travelers coming from far away deserve a warm welcome and the quality promised — not hostility and sub-par rooms.
A great location, near to the local train station and central to restaurants in Sant’Agnello. Staff are lovely, friendly and extremely helpful! Nothing is too much! Rooms clean and tidy, slept great. Would recommend. Weather was beautiful and you do not need to go far to see breathtaking views!
Great location and good value for money for the price. 5 min walk to the stations and a small private beach (14EUR each to enter). I kindly got upgraded to the super double room which was very nice and comfortable with a balcony. Pool was nice for relaxing but right next to the train line so every 30 mins or so a train would whizz by very loudly. Don't stay here if you want an authentic Italian experience with Italian food but fine if you can get a good deal and want somewhere comfortable with a pool for a couple of nights.
Don't expect an authentic Italian breakfast - it's a bog standard British fry up style a bit like what you'd get at a Premier Inn in the UK: baked beans, processed bread, greasy fried eggs, soggy fried mushrooms, stale small croissants and coffee from a machine that tasted incredibly bad. I asked for a refund for the breakfast because it was not up to my expectations (having expected decent Italian food!) but they refused and said I could purchase a coffee from the espresso machine if I wanted fresh coffee. I'd go elsewhere for a decent breakfast - there's a great cafe about 15 mins walk into town called Bar Ciokochris for example. The staff were OK but would be considered rude in the UK.
The property is very nice and very well located.
Hotel location is good, rooms are clean & quiet. Staff are probably overstretched, too many services offered that cannot be done well.
I had read all of the reviews prior to booking and thought that it was worth a punt at the price quoted by Jet 2. This was my first holiday with a partner as I have been a solo traveller for the last six years, so this was a new experience. I always give an honest critique rather that being too critical , which I will raise towards the end of my piece. First of all the hotel is "quirky" in that it's a mixture between Faulty Towers and Acorn Antiques ( Remember Julie Walters soup sketch, The older Edwardo was a replica of Julie). The hotel is spotlessly clean with fresh towels provided daily. The staff are exceptionally friendly with the two Edwardo's in the restaurant being rather elderly but absolutely brilliant and funny. The bedroom was adequate , but had no drawer space, the shower was compact , and with our room number 109 facing the side street we had a great deal of road traffic noise , train noise from the line which is 50 metres away and through no fault of the hotel an adjacent apartment had the yappiest small dog in the world. The breakfast was good , plentiful with good variety, however, the dinner was the opposite. You were presented with a menu at breakfast with a choice of four starters and four mains, these were just ok in my view, yet my partner enjoyed the fish choices and everything came with an abundance of lettuce. Each course was presented immediately after each other or occasionally prior to completing the former. There was no choice of dessert, it was a fait accompli, with either two slices of melon , a bunch of grapes being presented most nights, however, we did receive a tiramisu and a vienetta slice on one night. In my view it is about a 2.5 star. Having said all of that, my negative views are to a degree only minor and are personal. I have already been offered the same deal by Jet 2 for the same dates next year which i am considering , though I will tend to eat out most nights.
Nice location , food not worth the extra money basic ,better of eating out locally, needs felt on the legs of all the chairs in all the rooms noisy and echoed on the marble floors . No shallow end in the pool not good for non swimmers or little kids. Shower not great
Git dropped off by Jet2 at a small bus terminus, expecting a short walk to the hotel. The hotel had sent up their own vehicle to run us down. The driver insisted on taking our bags in for us. We had a brief wait in a well appointed reception area, and a gratis glass of wine. Smooth check in, clear instructions about the week and times for breakfast and dinner. We were on the first floor looking onto the entrance of the hotel, with a small balcony. The view from this side of the building isn't great, but we weren't there to sit on the balcony! The room was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the bathroom had all the facilities you expect. There is a railway runs past the hotel, the sound wasnt bad and the trains finish at around 11.00. The double glazing did its job and we barely noticed them. We weren't aware if them starting in the morning. The hotel has a small pool, around 12/13ms by around 4.5ns. It was fairly quiet for most of the time we were there..Very nice and well looked after area with seating around and a little recessed area with tables and chairs. Ideal if you wanted to eat lunch or have a drink with a little solid UV protection. There's a very nice rooftop sun bathing area. It has jacuzzi, but they weren't operating during our week. Adequate sun loungers, tables and chairs for the dedicated UV addicts. The walk into Sorrento is about 15 minutes along a busy main road. Got well over our 10000 steps most days! You can walk down towards the sea front and walk through the back streets. There are buses if you feel it's too much. The evening meals were basic, but tasty and filling. A mixture of pastas, fish and chicken. The desserts lacked variety, but I'm not a big dessert fan anyway. The hotel booked our excursion to the Amalfi coast, to see Amalfi and Positano. It was cheaper through them than through our tour operator. A nice day out on a boat visiting these notable places. We had bioked a bus tour to Pompei and Herculaneum. The bus trip to Pompei took around 50 minutes. A fascinating day. It is exposed and there is a lot of walking! Herculaneum is equally interesting. We also took a trip around Capri on the public ferry. Good value and interesting again. For our return trip, Horel Club again, supplied a free trip to the terminus. Great service from the hotel staff. Clean towels everyday when the rooms were gifted. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant staff were very prompt delivering good and clearing tables. Overall a good hotel, very reasonably priced and good staff. It isn't the most central as mentioned, but the walk to town was not an issue and quite enjoyable. Italian traffic is spectacular!. If im heading back to Sorrento I'd definetly looking at going back to Hotel Club
Very basic. In every department. Luigi was helpful.
The staff were wonderful and the position was also very good
Beds were a little to hard
Next to train line
Breakfast selection poor No umbrella’s by Sun loungers Very small shower
Had another fantastic week at the hotel. It’s our third time and will be definitely back next year.Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the food is fantastic.
Well what can i say except what a wonderful week we had here. The hotel was clean, good facilities and the staff were superb. Will most certainly return.
The location of the hotel is close to the train/bus station

Just back from a week at Club Sorrento and it was a great week. The staff were fantastic everyone had a smile and a greeting everyday. The hotel is small but looked after well, the rooms were a good size with ample storage the only small negative was the shower was small but usable. The grounds were lovely with a nice shaded area for when it got hot and a nice pool to cool of in too. The food was great with a good choice and freshly cooked and the waiters were very attentive thank you guys. The hotel is about 20 min from Sorrento centre but there are local buses a minute away. The area itself has local shops and bars/ restaurants within a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend coming here and we will be back again.
Grazie mille to Luigi and his lovely family and the staff who made our holiday so unique and lovely. The hotel is “quirky” and a real experience, unlike so many hotels which are the same and unmemorable. The Hotel club Sorrento staff go out of their way to keep you happy. The hotel is so clean too. We had breakfast and dinner and it was great. The waiters are both called Franco and we loved them both (see attached pic!). They are a big asset to the hotel and very unique and comical. The dinner was so lovely and delicious and carefully prepared. The wine is reasonably priced too. We took the nearby train to Pompei and local buses to Amalfi and Meta (lovely beach and accessible) and it was all very easy, as was walking to Sorrento. - took us 15 minutes. You can get the train which is quick or bus if you don’t want to walk but we like being active. We met some lovely other guests in this hotel. We had some really nice conversations. A big thank you again to Luigi and everyone. We had such a fantastic experience.
Great family run hotel. Exceptionally clean, great food and within walking distance to Sorrento. This family run hotel are just so pleasant and cater for your every need.
This was a last holiday to an area I had never been to before. The welcome upon arrival was nothing but heart warming and relaxed me into the rest of the holiday. Yes this is a family run hotel, with every member of the family playing their part to make sure every single guest is cared for and looked after during their stay. Salad Items, Vegetables, Sauces etc were home grown and prepared for all to enjoy, which goes towards how thw hotel meets the greener sustainability of its operation. Bravo, as not many places can offer such a traceable field to plate offering. All the food offered may be simplistic, but is all very tasty and no one will ever go hungry. The pool is a much welcome place to socialise and chill in at the end of a day exploring. The bus stop to Sorrento or Naples are only 2 minutes walk from the front door. The train station is only 4 minutes walk with a very good translating ticket machine to purchase tickets from. The train service is crowded (but which service isn't these days) but efficient. So, tranport links are exceptional from a quieter part of Sorrento and from this wonderfully hosted hotel. Thank you Luigi, Mario and family for a wonderful stay with you all. Value for money is totally excelptional, asis the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
This hotel and the staff are simply amazing! I can highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay and would give them more than 5 stars. Luigi met us at the drop off point and took our suitcases back to the hotel. This was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We then walked across the road with a family member, which took only a couple of minutes. In the meantime, Luigi had complementary drinks ready and waiting for us and we received a very warm welcome from everyone. The hotel staff provided us with helpful information and a map of the area to get the adventure started. Our luggage was taken to our rooms and when we entered, they were spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was delightful. We were very grateful to find that our rooms had been upgraded so that we had a balcony and our boys had a terrace outside the room. A very lovely surprise. We chose half board and are certainly glad we did as the food was delicious. It was beautifully presented with generous portions. The fruit and vegetables are locally grown at the family farm and we had a real treat each night tasting authentic Italian food. All of the meals are freshly prepared and the staff were more than happy to adjust the menu to meet our sons requirements. Franco looked after us during breakfast and dinner and is the best waiter in Italy!! We miss you already Franco. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. Toilet roll and complimentary toiletries are also replenished without needing to ask. If you wish to use the pool and you have forgotten to bring a towel, just ask as the staff are more than willing to provide towels for pool use. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond in looking after you.
Beautiful area, accessible, nice to walk around the town and into sorrento
Rooms are not sound proof
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Club in Sant’Agnello. From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcomed - greeted with a lovely refreshing welcome drink and warm smiles from Luigi and his fantastic family. Their hospitality is truly second to none - thoughtful touches and genuine care made our trip feel extra special. The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from the train station which made it so easy to explore Sorrento and take day trips along the Amalfi Coast. There’s also a supermarket and several local eateries close by making it super convenient for anything you might need. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast each morning was just right - a buffet setup with a nice variety of options to fuel the day. In the evening the restaurant served a very good selection of meals - tasty, well-prepared and with great local flavours. Luigi and his family were always on hand with helpful recommendations for things to do, places to visit and how to get around. Their personal attention really made us feel like more than just guests. We left feeling relaxed, happy and already thinking about our return. If you’re looking for a warm welcoming base near Sorrento with genuine charm Hotel Club is the place. Highly recommended – we will definitely return!
Outstanding in every way! If you want an authentic, cost effective, quality stay with family values and first class service, then look no further. Luigi holds the highest of standards and nothing is too much trouble. From the first moment being picked up, we felt at home and welcomed. The hotel is so well placed, 1 minute from the bus stop into Sorrento and 4 mins walk to the metro into Sorrento or Naples. It is a flat walk to the Centre in around 25 mins but St. AGNELLO has a charm of its own with a superb pizza place a few mins away, not to mention chicken rotisserie-style to die for at Peppinis. The chips are pretty good if you’ve got kids too. A supermarket down the road has all you could need and there was even an impromptu musical celebration outside the church, which was beautiful. We had a beer and pizza and around 250 people were sat in front of the church for the mayor and singing. What a quaint, old fashioned slice of Italy this is… just a stones’ throw away from buzzing Sorrento and its links to Capri and Amalfi. The hotel makes the Amalfi experience affordable and has been a real treat. Thank you to Luigi, Mario, Josephine and all the staff who cooked delicious, wholesome food, served prompt drinks with a smile and wonderful English, and kept the room and hotel/pool, etc, all spotlessly clean. I can’t wait to come back and hope it to be just the same! 5 stars Club Sorrento 🫶
Very friendly/ helpful staff, good internet access, clean pool, nice size rooms, transport access close to train station and buses, but walking distance to shops and Sorrento.

Service
9/10Very strong positive sentiment for staff and host (Luigi repeatedly praised as friendly, attentive and helpful; staff waited for late arrivals and accommodated requests).
Location
7.5/10Mixed: praised for being quieter than Sorrento centre and near bus links; not very central (20–25 minute walk) and one review noted noise from nearby railway.
Room Quality
6.5/10Multiple comments about small rooms for families, cramped bathrooms/boxes and firm/hard beds; overall adequate but limited for larger groups.
