Mixed views re staff and service. Some more experienced staff would be good.

Good location

Attending Silverstone as a competitor the location is perfect. Breakfast is excellent, but the closing time could be 30mins later for those days off and not needing to get on track early. Trackside rooms offer an excellent view of the main straight and being able to follow events. Parking is excellent and I had no issue finding a safe place for a supercar to be parked overnight.

Evening meals are OK, but quality could be improved. Rooms are a modern layout, and some guest may find the open plan bathroom facilities not to their taste

The check and parking process was fast and east. The trackview room was brilliant and a fantastic added bonus there was track day action taking place both days. The room was fantastic and clean, very comfortable, large bed. The dinner and the box bar and grill was good and the breakfast was very nice. A great place to stay if you have activities booked such as silverstone hotel or driving experiences booked.

The roof top bar was nice, However, busy with long queue to be served. The seating was also limited in comparison to down stairs bars next to the restraunt.

Poor quality overpriced food. One meal was overcooked and inedible and there was an automatic service charge on the bill for a poor meal

The location is right next to the track abd overl looking the pits which is fun if you are a car lover. the bed was super comfortable. Early check in was great.

The bathroom configuration was a bit hard when staying with family in the same room.

Great stay, of course views of the circuit for breakfast, the choices of food is fab and friendly. Room well designed and enjoyed separate toilet shower rooms.

I cannot fault the staff. Highly professional, welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable!

Unfortunately we were woken up by an extremely loud bathroom extractor fan which could not be turned off. Maintenance tried to help and managed to reduced the noise a little bit but instead we were left with noise and a screech. So disappointed as we were looking forward to finally having a lie in and this couldn't happen once the fan started.

Extremely helpful staff throughout. Simple but very adequate rooms. very good dining / Breakfast. I hope to return one day

Incredible location - my husband & son were in awe! For any F1 fans, it’s very cool hearing the cars while walking through the corridors, and seeing the track from the hotel Staff were all so lovely Rooms & facilities were brilliant Breakfast was fantastic

Only minor thing was the restaurant for dinner - it took over 10 mins to be acknowledged. The food wasn’t great if I’m honest, but the lovely staff and waiters made up for it Breakfast was great! Especially the chefs making eggs

Location was perfect for the circuit, breakfast was very good BUT for £17 it was def overpriced.

Price of breakfast was a joke, staff at evening meal were bordering on rude - very blunt.

Location, wow factor - grid view

Poor staffing in the restaurant (not enough), small menu - ok to start with - BUT hasn’t changed (used to go a lot/just for lunch - stopped now). Rooms great but with lots of glass they need to be cleaned, outside balcony dirty smear marks.

The trackside view was amazing. The bar was lovely. Easy parking. Very comfortable & enormous bed. Very helpful reception. Easy to park. Staff were super. Very clean.

Sofa bed (for an 11&8 year old) was poor quality/rock solid. At £400 (including breakfast) a night for 2 adults and 2 kids you’d expect a decent mattress for the kids to sleep on. Shower took a while to run warm. Noisy at 1am from a function that were enjoying the bar below. It’s lovely, but they should offer cheaper family rooms. A suite was the only option if you want to bring kids. Double rooms are much much cheaper!

Staff did not appear to have any information on the event we were attending. It would have been useful to know that access to my car would mean a longer walk, as the gates were locked and that staff had the correct information on how i would access it. It would also have been helpful to know about the mini bus being able to transport round the event and the golf buggies. We also tried to order room service one day and were told this was not on till 5pm although the paperwork said12, my daughter then struggled to get down to the bar and while we were eating we saw room service leaving the bar. I asked a lovely lady about room service and she appologised, and arranged for tge rest of my daughters meal to come up to our room.

There was no bathroom, the bedroom and toilet were separated by a frosted glass door, I ended up using the toilets in the restaurant. The shower was a wet room design with the usual issue of water leaking out

Check-in was slow, only 1 person on the front desk and the quality of food available at breakfast was not good.

Pour le prix et le standing affichés par cet établissement, l’accueil et le service ont été particulièrement décevants. Nous sommes jeunes, certes, mais nous avons payé notre séjour exactement comme n’importe quel autre client et nous nous attendions donc à bénéficier du même niveau d’attention et de considération. Malheureusement, dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été froid et nous avons clairement eu le sentiment de ne pas être considérés comme les autres clients. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible d’avoir une chambre avec vue sur la piste. Le monsieur à l’accueil nous a immédiatement répondu qu’il s’agissait d’un « surclassement » et qu’il n’y avait aucune autre chambre disponible. Or, en consultant Booking par la suite, des chambres avec vue sur la piste étaient toujours disponibles, certes plus chères, mais nous étions parfaitement disposés à payer la différence. Il aurait donc simplement fallu nous expliquer les possibilités et nous proposer cette option, plutôt que de fermer la discussion immédiatement. Nous sommes ensuite allés au restaurant afin de savoir comment réserver une table et si nous pouvions simplement prendre un cocktail. Là encore, l’accueil a été particulièrement désagréable. Lorsque nous avons posé notre question, on nous a simplement désigné le bar d’un geste de la main, sans aucune explication, sans même prendre le temps de nous indiquer comment fonctionnait la réservation du restaurant. Pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme, nous avons trouvé cette attitude franchement déplacée. Nous avons finalement été servis au bar, mais le sentiment d’être considérés différemment des autres clients était tellement évident que nous avons préféré ne pas poursuivre l’expérience et ne pas consommer davantage dans l’établissement. Nous avions pourtant prévu de dîner au restaurant et d’utiliser plusieurs autres services de l’hôtel, notamment la petite épicerie.

The balcony on the race track was exceptional and worth the money alone. Rooms and hotel very high quality!

Food was amazing, kitchen stayed open for a large group of us as we were walking back from the karting. Rooms were good and the balcony was perfect for watching the track.

Bed sheets weren’t the comfiest and one pillow looked dirty. Nothing to cause concern about though.

We had a great room with a balcony overlooking the track. It was a truly amazing location to watch the cars going round.

The location was about the best thing about the hotel. Other than that, the check-in staff weren't really interested, the rooms weren't particularly clean and everything was incredibly expensive

The staff make this fabulous setting. There professional approach is second to none as they all go above and beyond to create the best experience possible, from the reception, the room staff and the front and back of house display what others fail to achieve. As a guest many forget within the payment you are also experiencing the hospitality and attention to detail, this is something that is foremost here at Silverstone. I would like to thank the management in ensuring that the staff deliver a service of quality that they can be proud of.

The room was excellent clean, tidy, and with comfortable beds. The parking was convenient. We had a fantastic view of the race track directly from our room, which was amazing! The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very busy (probably bc of the MotoGP event), and the staff struggled to keep up. There were several tables where guests had already finished eating, but the tables had not yet been cleared, so we couldn’t sit down. It took us quite some time to find an available table. There was also not a wide variety of vegetarian options at breakfast.

Comfy beds, really strong aircon - too cold; great trackside views, breakfast ok - vast but much cold; dinner in box grill wasn't great, starter and pudding great, but main meal was inedible and cold and they forgot to read my booking notification so completely missed my special requests for my partner's birthday so felt disappointed! We complained and got a bottle of water!! woohoo! thanks Hilton!

cleaners should clean during the day and evening as place was getting dirty and nobody cleaned up spilt drinks all over the lift and lift area in reception until next day which was awful, the restaurant manager was more interested in telling you where everything was and not checking special requests and checking on his staff who were very rude. Dont bother eating in boxgrill food cold and not great.

The racing simulators didn’t work.

Everything was fabulous. Reception staff extremely helpful. Sent text message to us after our arrival and answered any questions sent via text message within a couple of minutes. Room was exceptionally clean and very cool giving us our best nights sleeping 3 months in this very hot weather Rooftop bar and restaurant/ downstairs bar both overlooked the track which was amazing. Food was good and service was with a smile.

Our room needed a little tlc in places.

Clean and comfortable modern room. It was nice to sit on our balcony overlooking the starting grid to enjoy the sun. Buffet breakfast was really very good. Food was well cooked and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was too small, no air, aircon was awful and had to get adjusted - no window to open. Service was just too slow, or non existant on the roof bar...had to go all the way back to main bar and queue for 10 minutes... to find that they ran out of non alcohol beers - and said there were no more to stock up... very limited menu for food.

Close to the track and the balcony was welcome. The roof bar was great.

Small room and pretty basic and very small. No toiletries, bathrobe or slippers. The telephone was broken. The food in the evening was awful and greasy. Ugh! Breakfast was a bun fight. Scrambled eggs were cold. Coffee machine was broken one morning. All round the food was poor and certainly not the standard I expected at a Hilton.
