Prachtig gelegen aan de rivier. Alle kamers zijn mooi, maar de meerprijs voor riverview is het waard. Erg vriendelijk personeel, ze doen alles om te helpen. We huurden scooters via hen bv.

Je moet de lange brug over telkens je naar het centrum wil...maar een tuktuk voor geen 5000 Reel lost dat op

Wirklich das schönste Hotel was wir in Kampot besucht haben. Die Lage ist gut. Der Pool und die Zimmer sind top. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es direkt ein Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool zu buchen 😉 Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen wird sich sofort gekümmert. Besonders engagiert und freundlich ist Teing. Er gibt jeden Tag 200 % und hilft wo er kann. Ein toller Mensch ! 🙂 Und das absolute Highlight ist jeden Morgen das Frühstück direkt über dem Fluss. Die Aussicht und das Feeling sind einfach Legendär ! 👌

Vielleicht ein Verbessungsvorschlag hätte ich zum Frühstück. Ich weiß es ist nicht leicht in Kambodscha Käse und Wurst aufzutreiben. Aber vielleicht könntet ihr ein bisschen was für die Gäste aus dem Westen organisieren. Brot, Käse, Wurst etc.. . Aber auch das asiatische Frühstück schmeckt sehr gut 👌

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt alt und ziemlich abgenutzt. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass sich nicht wirklich gut darum gekümmert wird. Außerdem gab es viele Moskitos im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war für uns insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Es wirkte lieblos, wenig durchdacht und einfach schnell zusammengeworfen. Für den Preis hätten wir uns hier definitiv deutlich mehr erwartet. Am Ende haben wir uns sogar entschieden, unseren Aufenthalt zu verkürzen und früher abzureisen, weil wir uns dort nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Insgesamt war es für uns eine große Enttäuschung.

Die Fotos entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität, sie wirken stark bearbeitet oder beschönigt und vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von der Promenade, die etwa 1.5 Kilometer entfernt ist Das Personal war bemüht es uns angenehm zu machen

Die Unterkunft liegt am Fluss. Zuerst erschrickt man über die große Brücke in der Nähe. Sie stört aber akustisch nicht. Empfehlenswert ist ein Zimmer zum Fluss hin, denn der Blick ist attraktiv, vor allem nachts auf die bunt erleuchteten Ausflugsboote.

Der Boden war fleckig. Das Material des Waschbeckens war grau, sodass man den Grad der Sauberkeit nicht abschätzen konnte. AC hat auf das Bett gepustet.

Die Zimmer welche direkt am Fluss gelegen sind, haben einen ganz speziellen Charm. Schöner Pool.

Bescheidenes Frühstück

Really well run little hotel on the other side of the river. Very quiet, beautiful pool, good breakfast options and the staff are simply wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Un bel hôtel plutôt bien situé. La chambre était spacieuse. Belle vue sur la rivière, grande terrasse. Une raquette anti-moustique était à disposition dans la chambre. Belle piscine !

Après une première douche dans la salle de bain, une odeur d’humidité se dégage. Impossible d’aérer correctement cette pièce car la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas. Nous laissions peu de temps la porte ouverte car nous avons vu une blatte la veille au soir (elle n’est pas réapparu par la suite). Nous avons dû mettre le parfum d’ambiance dans la salle de bain ce qui a largement limité les odeurs. Petit dej irrégulier (une fois en buffet avec du choix, une fois à la carte et choix limité).

The location is great right on the river and within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops - the rooms are clean and good comfortable bed - the pool is perfect and really good breakfast - all the staff are friendly 😀 We always stay here when we visit Kampot

Très bel établissement avec ses terrasses au bord de la rivière. C'est un écrin de verdure et de fleurs. La piscine est parfaite. Petit déjeuner à la carte ou au buffet selon l'affluence. Le personnel est très serviable. Il suffit de traverser le pont pour être à Kampot Beach dans le quartier animé et ses très nombreux restaurants.

Une offre de restauration et de bar limitée, mais on dîne en ville, donc ce n'est pas un pb.

Malgré leur belle terrasse , aucun déjeuné ou dîné n’ était servi. Restaurant fermé .

L'hôtel est très bien localisé avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Nous pouvons emprunter des kayaks gratuitement. Les chambres sont jolies et le matelas est confortable.

Accueil à notre arrivée plus que passable: la dame était au téléphone et ne nous écoutait pas du tout. Le personnel était ensuite un peu plus à l'écoute les jours suivants. La piscine n'était pas nettoyé tous les jours. La chambre était très humide à cause de la salle de bain, donc ça sentait beaucoup l'humidité dans la chambre. Culture de moustiques dans la salle de bain de ce fait.

Breakfast was ok, but slow. Only one person of all the staff understood English. It was difficult to Communicate. Toilet was not working, they sent someone for Repair, but it was still broken after. Internet didn’t work in the room. We gave them our laundry. Laundry came back still dirty (third party involved). Scooter we rented via hotel where broken and one scooter had at the end a lose wheel. The scooter company wanted to charge us (third party involved) The staff tried their best and were friendly any time.

Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse, literie très confortable, la végétation est opulente et magnifique aux abords, on rejoint à pied le centre historique en 15 minutes, le personnel est avenant et aux petits soins, la piscine est un plus, le petit déjeuner nous a beaucoup plu sur la terrasse au bord de la rivière.

very nice room and bathroom. The shower was great. The hotel is located over the bridge, just a short 5 minute walk to the city and restaurants. There is a nice swimming pool. The breakfast is good with a great view on the riverside.

Schöne Lage am Fluss. Von dem Verkehr der nahen grossen Brücke hört man kaum etwas. Schöner Pool und Garten,große Terrasse am Fluss zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt oder füe 1 USD mit dem TUK TUK. Laundry Service verfügbar.

Kein Luxus aber alles gut zu dem Preis

Il personale disponibile e gentile. La struttura molto curata si trova sul fiume ed é molto suggestiva, una vista eccezionale.

Siamo arrivati alle 19 e siamo stati spostati per la prima notte (a spese loro) in un altro albergo perché la struttura era in overbooking. Abbiamo dovuto rifiutare la loro proposta e scegliere noi l'albergo sostitutivo, perdendo del tempo prezioso. Affacciando direttamente sul fiume, c'e il rischio di trovare più insetti del solito rispetto al centro città.

Nous avons séjourné trois jours dans cet hôtel et le petit déjeuner était différent les 3 jours en qualité et quantité. Nous avons payé un supplément le 1er jour pour un petit déjeuner correct.

Leuke accommodatie aan de rivier, net iets buiten het gezellig centrum van Kampot. De brug over lopen en je bent er. Fijne kamer met ruime badkamer en warme douche. Ontbijt ok

Niet al het personeel spreekt Engels waardoor het wat lastiger is om aan te geven wat je als ontbijt wilt. Met handen en voeten kom je er wel uit. 😊

Le petit dejeuner n'etait pas à notre gout, rien lié à l'hotel mais plutot de nos gouts.

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss und sehr zentrumsnah. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Auch das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Am Wochenende gibt es Buffet, unter der Woche a la Carte.

Leider hat unser Standard-Zimmer etwas modrig gerochen, was bei einem Badezimmer ohne Fenster nicht ganz verwunderlich ist.

We enjoyed the location, 10 mins walk from the main town so nice and quiet. Some reviews have mentioned the noise from the football pitches next door but we liked that, locals being enthusiastic! Our room was spotless and very well equipped, plus the bed was the best we'd slept in during our 3 weeks of travelling. The housekeeping team was excellent and the reception and security staff were so friendly. The pool was really well maintained and a decent size for a proper swim.

The only reason for not rating the hotel as 10 was the breakfast. We tried 3 different options during our stay but weren't keen, the eggs were always very soft (uncooked whites). On one day insects/ants managed to invade the croissants and the staff didn't really address that, shaking off the insects as best they could before re-presenting the pastries... complete with bugs! There wasn't a bar open in the evening so it probably lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, viele Pflanzen und ein schöner Pool, am Abend mit den Lichtern sieht es auch toll aus. Wir hatten das bequemste Bett von unserer ganzen Reise! Personal ist sehr freundlich, teils ein wenig unerfahren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist bei den vielen Restaurants/Bars. Nebendran ist ein Fussballfeld, dass hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Wir würden wieder buchen :)

Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und schön, jedoch recht ringhörig.

Location on the river and property is modern and well-maintained. A Cambodian guest would otherwise have no problem, but unfortunately service staff, especially in the restaurant, made it a challenge for us, as well as other foreigners, when it came to communicating our needs. One evening the restaurant was closed at 7:30 pm with no explanation. This is not the state of affairs I would condemn the hotel for, and I may stay there again if I go to Kampot, but nonetheless detracts from the experience for a non-native speaker

The property was very nice, very pretty landscaping. It was in a great location and within walking distance to the waterfront and town. But, it was very difficult to communicate with staff. They were kind, but did not understand any English and didn’t make much of an effort to try and communicate. Just asking for a pool towel was a challenge. We were overcharged one day at the restaurant and it was impossible to discuss it with anyone, so we just had to pay. It wasn’t a large amount, it was just the fact that we couldn’t explain the discrepancy and the staff didn’t make an effort to try and help. Each time we ordered a beer, it was a different price, which was really frustrating We even tried using google translate and it still didn’t make a difference. Once we left the property, we didn’t have any trouble communicating and really enjoyed our time in town.

Probably the worst accommodation of a month travelling around Cambodia and Vietnam. First room smelt of damp and had mold on walls in bathroom. You would think they would then give you a better room to make up for it. Not here, we were put in a room at the back with no outdoor area/ balcony. Lots of small flies in the room as well. Only stayed for a night luckily.

The location is great. You are in the city center, away from the hustle and bustle, crossing the bridge over the river. An oasis in the noisy city. Breakfast on weekdays, when there are fewer people, is prepared from a menu. There is a small additional offer in the form of a buffet. We ate the western cuisine offer, it was enough even for my husband. The food was fresh and tasty. Relaxing by the pool was great.

Wifi didn't reallyjextend to our room (which was the furthest away from the reception, restaurant, etc). Still would have been nice to get good wifi reception. We've also had better breakfast choices, but it was ok.
