Ce logement était super. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très appréciable et les personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment gentil. Le quartier est vraiment calme tout en étant dans la ville de Kampot. Je recommande fortement !

Like many hotels in the 10 SE Asian/Asian countries where I’ve lived the owner allows the police and local amateur spies to spy on guests based on the lies the police spread! Gossip is the #1 mode of communication in SE Asia they don’t understand or practice open communication! So nice place but just another of many spy hotels based on my 20yrs in 10 SE Asian/Asian countries experience 😊💕🙏

Everything Good and comfortable

Wonderful staff who wanted to help however they could! Eager to make our stay in Kampot as enjoyable as possible. The room was lovely and comfortable. Really good options for breakfast, and really filling. And the food at their restaurant during the day and night is super tasty. Recommend the beef loklak. Very simple to rent a scooter and booking onwards bus connections. Very sweet and kind family. We are so happy we chose to stay there! This place is amazing. Thank you so much!

The toilet wasn’t working properly. Had to hand flush every time. Also the sink was leaking severly so when ever you wanted to wash your hands, your feet would get wet too.

Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung während des Aufenthalts. Das Frühstück war super und jeden Tag mit frischen Früchten. Wir haben auch einmal zu Abend gegessen, was ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Allgemein war es sehr ruhig in der Unterkunft, es ist jedoch etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums (ca. 10min zu Fuss), was für uns aber kein Problem war. Motorrad oder Fahrrad kann direkt in der Unterkunft gemietet werden zu fairen Preisen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison d'hôtes familiale ! La famille est très sympathique et aux petits soins avec nous ! Le ménage était fait tout les jours, et en plus ils proposent quelques excursions ! Le petit déjeuner ainsi que les repas sont délicieux. La chambre est spacieuse à l'exception de la salle de bain mais comme dans beaucoup d'établissements en Asie.

L’emplacement : proche du centre mais au calme, la propreté de la chambre et des équipements (ménage tous les jours), les petits déjeuners, la location de scooter et laundry, et surtout l’accueil très chaleureux de la famille qui gère l’établissement et s’occupe de nous au quotidien.

Pokój przestronny, wygodne łóżka. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Można było za nocleg zapłacić kartą. Obiekt położony jest blisko centrum (wystarczy przejść most), w mało turystycznej, spokojnej okolicy.

Pokój ma najmniejszą łazienkę świata. Prysznic jest tak skonstruowany, że podczas mycia woda leci też na sedes.

Sur la rive opposée au centre, cette Fürst-House accueillante et d'un coût raison tordre un séjour paisible dans des chambres confortables. Le personnel est à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Location de scooters pour 5 dollars la journée. En tres bin état. Circuit en Tuk-tuk à prix correct avec le frère d'un employé. Séjour parfait. Petit déjeuner en extérieur à composer, très agréable. Je recommande et le pont ancien A5 traverser n'est pas un souci malgré la circulation, il faut faire attention.

Chambre propre et bien équipée. Salle de bain petite mais propre avec eau chaud. La gentillesse de la famille qui prend soin de vous. Possibilité de louer un scooter pour 5$ par jour et service de blanchisserie. Proche du centre ville.

Lovely hosts. Couldn’t ask for a nicer accommodating family. Room was large. Bed was comfy. Hot water good WiFi.. the food was so delicious. Another family member has a tuk-tuk and he took me to La Plantation and was as lovely as the rest of the family. They are on the opposite side of the touristy riverside area which was a big plus. It was a short walk over the bridge to get to all the tourist spots so it was perfect for me! I would come back and stay here if I’m in Kampot again. I had an awesome stay and I will miss them!!!

The mattress was very firm The bathroom was very small and everything became wet after showering The duvet was too small for the size of the bed, it only reached the edge of the mattress with no overhang

The family of this guesthouse is very lovely and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They even allow us to access the room before the check-in time.

The only downside was the number of mosquitoes in the corridor, which made it impossible to keep them from entering the room. However, the owner promptly came to help us with a spray repellent.

Beautiful place to stay in Kampot. The family that run the place are the nicest, friendliest people we have come across on our travels. The room was spacious and had nice air conditioning. The breakfast is really nice and very good price. They even gave us a free bottle of water the day we checked out! I have a few comments to say down below but overall we loved our stay here.

A lot of flies/mosquitos in the corridor outside of our room which got into the room every time we opened the door. Location is across the river from the night market and bars and restaurants but it’s only a short 10 minute walk or a grab away. The bed was quite hard

I like the hospitality of the family host. They serve your breakfast fresh cook and serve it to you, not a buffet things.

La taille de la salle de bains : c’est minuscule alors que la chambre a de bonnes proportions. On se douche à côté des toilettes, on met de l’eau partout même sur la porte ! Il faut ensuite attendre un certain temps avant de pouvoir utiliser les toilettes…

Bien situé , des hôtes au petit soin , encore merci d avoir été là . Vous êtes extra. Petit déjeuner ultra copieux.. merci d avoir gérer le bus , la sortie en tuk tuk … je valide à 100%

Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück und Essen, optimale Lage. Am Guesthaus könnten auch gleich ganz unkompliziert Roller ausgeliehen werden. Rückfahrt nach Phnom Penh organisiert.

Sprzyjające położenie hotelu, blisko centrum, ale w spokojnej dzielnicy. Blisko spacerem do centrum miasta i nad rzekę. Możliwość wynajęcia skutera w bardzo korzystnej cenie i zrobienia prania. Śniadanie proste, ale dla mnie optymalne :)

Na parterze obecny jest grzyb na ścianach/ suficie, czuć było zapach stęchlizny w powietrzu momentami. Ale w pokojach nie było go.

Booked this hotel based on the large amount of very good reviews. It was unfortunately not what we expected or was described. The room we were given, had mouse droppings on one of the towels (!) so we suspected a mouse had visited our room, or was still in the room. They luckily had another room which we were able to change to. Locks in room doors are stiff and doors don’t properly shut unless you lock it shut. The bathroom is a wet room but tiny, which means that after someone’s had a shower, both the sink and toilet are wet, and cannot use until dry. Everything metal in the bathroom has turned rusty because of how wet they become when the shower is used. Water pressure in the shower was also inconsistent. The hotel itself as well as rooms have lots of areas of mould on the walls. The breakfast is only a la carte, with limited options and the portion is rather small. The staff appeared to be friendly but none of them spoke english so was hard to communicate. Reception was mostly unmanned so if you needed something, you had to wait around until someone appears.

On devait rester 3 nuits et nous avons prolongé notre séjour ! La chambre était super confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux, et la famille qui tient l'établissement adorables. Ils nous loué un scooter et des vélos, nous ont booké un bus pour la suite de notre voyage et ont été au petit soin. On recommande !!

Guesthouse tenue par une famille très sympathique et attentionnée. Notre chambre était très proche, le lit confortable, climatisation efficace. Elle contient aussi une bouilloire et un frigo, ce qui est plus qu'appréciable. Il n'y a aucun bruit, c'est le calme absolu. L'hôtel est de l' autre côté de la rivière, du côté qui n'est pas touristique, mais en traversant le vieux pont, on rejoint le centre et la promenade le long de la rivière en 10 minutes. Près de l'hôtel se trouvent des épiceries et de petits restaurants populaires. Il est parfait si l'on souhaite être au calme, dans un quartier où la population vit vraiment. A noter : location de scooter à 5 dollars, possibilité de réserver ses billets de bus pour la poursuite du voyage.

Staff was sweet, friendly, and helpful. Was able to rent a motorbike for $5.00 a day which was awesome. Breakfast was delightful. Bed was clean and comfortable. A/C kept us content.

Lovely family who run the guest house. They were very sweet and kind. Was a clean place. They provided a laundry service for us which was very convenient.

The shower was very antiquated and wet the whole bathroom when we used it. The mattress was very hard so my husband didn't sleep well. The location was in a suburban area across a bridge from the main part of town. We could get a tuk tuk across for $2 which was good.

The family running the place is very kind and sweet. Breakfast was very good and the room one of the cleanest I found in Cambodia

This place was so quiet and clean. I was so peaceful to wake up to. Very central, only $1 via tuk tuk to the main action. The breakfast was amazing. Beautiful home stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy this place more.
