Reviewed Apr 3, 2025Very traditional place with quiet rooms decorated in traditional manner. Breakfast was really good fresh fruit, coffee and choice of eggs, omelette both vegetarian & meat options. Absolutely beautiful pool which after a long day walking around and exploring was always a treat to jump into. Staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble for the price can’t beat it would def stay again xxxx

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Very charming, intimate unique place. Pretty quiet for Mexico. Each room is completely different. Gardenia room had fewest stairs to navigate. Bed was pretty firm and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and everyone in the hotel was chatting and sharing info. The drawbacks were the water pressure is extremely weak and the privacy curtains were not sufficient to prevent the courtyard spotlight from beaming into the room at night making it difficult to avoid. We put blankets and towels all over the windows to block out the light with some success. Even given the drawbacks, we loved the place and the service.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2024We had a wonderful experience at Casa Flores. The staff was absolutely incredible. When I got sick they actually walked me to a place to get the proper medication and even made an elixir to help with my issue. In addition, the breakfasts were excellent and you even have a menu to choose what you want.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2024Hay mucha dificultad para estacionarte. Ya que no hay estacionamiento, es en la calle y casi nunca encuentras. Las dos señoras que vi fueron muy muy amables, pero es un lugar muy chico, tanto que no hay demasiado control de nada, había gente hospedada haciendo un ruido exagerado con música de Banda a media noche y no hay a quien reportar como que no se queda nadie, no hay recepción, no hay nada. Mire que hablaban muy bien del desayuno, no diría que nada extraordinario, algo sencillo (huevo con verduras o jamón) y una poca porción. La alberca tiene el agua fría porque depende de un calentador solar y no había sol. El lugar está bonito pero con alrededores medio feos.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2023Though not "downtown" Casa Flores's quiet location allows easy walking to most of Ajijics attractions, restaurants, businesses, etc., and the bus that runs through town streets goes right past it. The room was small but fine for one person. Everything worked (but working the TV was rather mysterious). There's no AC but it wasn't really needed on the lower floor. The breakfast included basic Mexican classics basically presented. I never went in the small pool but it was used everyday by others. It helps to speak Spanish, of which I have only a little, but staff has enough English for mutual understanding. The room wasn't quite dark enough at night for me but OK and the ever present barking dogs elsewhere were quite rare and muted. I'd go back.

Es una casa vieja y en malas condiciones en la que las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, el internet no funciona, el baño de la habitación terrible y en malas condiciones y los alrededores muy feos y los vecinos ponen música estridente hasta muy altas horas de la noche. No entiendo como algunos se atreven a recomendar esta casa como EXCELENTE. Lo único rescatable es una chica de servicio que se llama Ángeles y que es muy atenta

Reviewed Nov 2, 2021El lugar es muy bonito, limpio y bien decorado, donde tuve incompatibilidad es con el personal, aun no me bajaba del coche cuando llegue y ya tenia una persona insistiéndome que me moviera de lugar por que haci no me podía estacionar, siempre he pensado que la calle es PUBLICA, pero parece que es de ellos la calle, amables en recepción y al final lo mismo con la salida, varias llamadas que urgía que desocupara la habitación en este momento, no fue solo una llamada, explique el motivo y seguían las llamadas, el lugar es bonito, dicen que el desayuno vale la pena, pero debes ir con la mentalidad muy ZEN para que no te saquen de tus casillas
