Extremadamente pequeñas las habitaciones, éramos 3 con 3 maletas más bolsos y no cabíamos . El desayuno es estilo japonés no tienen variedad si quieres comer algo más europeo o americano . Solo tenía mini croissant y huevos , no usan jamón , quesos de resto todo era desayuno local

狭い立地と繁忙期なのでホテルが良くなかったと言うと語弊があるかもしれないが、朝食を食べるのに少し不便に感じた。(待機列や席の回転等) 便利ではあったが非常口から簡単に出入りできるのは安全面で少し不安。

ロフトベッドに電源があると良かったですね。 エアコンの匂いなのか空気清浄機なのか空調が臭さかった。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026格安ながらに清潔でスタッフの対応がいい。 エレベーターは混んでいて、中々のれす 階段対応聞いたら 2階までは階段可能だが、宿泊者は2階までと言われ 非常時どうするのか困った経緯あり 2日目は、改善され 階段で一階まで行けました。
駐車場が、止められる予定で申し込みしたが 後日、ワンボックスカーは規定外となり ホテルから徒歩六分の所を案内された 予約時に、知りたかったです

提携駐車場の中華街パーキングに泊めて割引処理をしてもらい、チェックアウトの何時まで無料ですか？と聞いたら次の日の17:00まで無料ですと言っていたがお昼すぎに出庫したら1500円掛かった。 聞き間違えだったのか朝の5:00までだったのかよくわからなかったがその点残念だった。

ビジネスホテルなので、どうしてもトイレとお風呂の間に洗面台があり、かなりの狭さでした。洗面台には鏡がなくコンセントもないので、部屋の入り口にある姿見の鏡前で髪を乾かしました。でも、このお値段でこの内容と思えば致し方ないかなと思います^_^ 1泊なら特に快適に家族で過ごせて楽しかったです！ 駐車場も安く停めれてそこも良かったです。 総合的には10点中8点です^ ^

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Lovely traditional garden opposite (next to stadium). Closeness to Chinatown. and waterfront.
The bathroom was small even by japanese standards. Toilet pan so close to door and step down made it hard to get in, and out in particular. Big people please take note as you may not fit. Worse still, olutside our window the large building site opposite was being demolished with many heavy vehicles and jack hammers banging from early morning..

Reviewed May 27, 2026スタッフの対応が良く、宿泊客への接客やホテルを良くしたいという意識がとても高い。 チェックアウト後にフロントに用があり戻ったら、カフェスペースで清掃係が集まり真剣にミーティングしていた。 「ただキレイにすれば良いだけではない。些細なことでも気付いたことがあれば、確実に連絡して丁寧に対応していこう」と。うわべだけではないんだなと向き合う姿勢に感動した。
とにかく部屋が狭い。遠方からだったので大きいスーツケースが2つあったため、歩くスペースがほとんどなくなってしまった。荷物の整理にもちょっと困った。

Reviewed May 21, 2026The location is great. Didn't eat the breakfast, but seemed quite nice. It's quiet, the AC works and there are no sounds audible into the room. Comfy beds and the pillows were surprisingly nice. The hotel is right next to Chinatown, the Yokohama Stadium and the old town waterfront. There are three rail lines less than 10 minute walk away.
Room is bit small, but that's to be expected. It's a business hotel, so don't expect being able to open your oversized luggage.
