The showers in the rooms were not good, the pressure was changing. And it was right next to the toilet so the paper kept getting wet. Breakfast closes too early to enjoy an all inclusive.

I like quiet, private beaches.

Расположение отличное, прямо на первой береговой линии. Также отмечу неплохой завтрак, на этом плюсы у данного места заканчиваются.

При заселении (у нас было 2 номера), в обоих номерах не работал кондиционер (он недостаточно подавал холод, в комнате было невыносимо жарко). После проверки сообщили, что в одном починили, а во втором нет. По факту кондиционер всё также не работал. Сотрудники просто оставили комнату на 2 часа с минимальной температурой, благодаря чему там хотя бы можно было находится, видимо, здесь это считается починкой. В новом номере была та же проблема с кондиционером. Спать было просто невозможно из-за духоты. При этом, сотрудники делают вид, что пытаются помочь, но по факту ничего не делают. Также в номерах были замечены: грязное постельное бельё, странно себя ведущая сантехника, а также сломанный ободок унитаза (нам заявили, что так и должно быть) и не работающие лампы. Обходите это место стороной, оно не стоит вашего времени и денег.

床上用品不太干净，动不动就停电，11:30就要求退房太早了，也不管你的订单内容，定的是双床房一进去发现是大床房，性价比极低，卖着高级酒店的价格实际很一般，屋子也非常小

Resort je dál od centra, což jsme velmi uvítali. Měli jsme zde soukromí, klid, téměř prázdnou pláž a perfektní zázemí a servis.

We didn’t have facial towels, the room is cleaned only upon a request (to hang a sign on a door, but we didn’t have that sign anywhere in the room)

Olimme ensin kolme yötä toisessa huoneessa ja otimme pari lisäpäivää bungalowissa. Ensimmäisessä huoneessa sänky oli todella hyvä. Huone oli siisti ja kaikki ok. Aamupala oli hyvä ja ranta todella siisti. Sijainti oli mielestäni hyvä ja skootterilla pääsi tutustumaan saareen. Henkilökunta todella mukavaa! Kiitos!

Bungalowissa sänkynä oli yhdistetty kaksi pienempää sänkyä ja öisin väliin ilmestyi kuoppa josta tuli selkä kipeäksi ja huone oli tosi pieni.

Absolutt alt, flott frokost buffet, stranden var noe for seg selv. Beliggenheten kan ikke bli bedre, fineste strand på øya. En herlig vibe hele plassen og rommene var særdeles bra. Her kommer jeg tilbake.

Ingen ting, det var alt jeg drømte om og det fikk jeg og barna.

Been here many times and thoroughly enjoy this resort - good rooms - good facilities - great beach access - good bar and reasonably priced drinks and food. Happy hour too !!!

I really don't like the 2pm check in - too late for a weekend getaway half the day is gone. Also reception opening at 8am is a bit late for check out if you are catching the 9 am ferry from Nadan

I really enjoyed my stay here! One thing I loved was that they offered 2 free cleanings since we stayed for more than 5 days, which made everything feel very comfortable and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Tim and Shavis/Chavis. Meeting them made our trip even better. They were so kind and always helped my friend and me whenever we needed something. Since they spoke the same language as me, they helped translate Thai for us, which made things much easier and less stressful. They truly treated us like family, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

One thing we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast. The menu felt very repetitive after staying for several days, so it became a little tiring eating the same things every morning. Some of the breakfast dishes were also a bit too spicy for us, especially early in the morning. Also, they put 2 cup noodles and we thought it was free since they didn’t mention anything about that during our check in but during check out they charged us for it and it was the same noodles from 7eleven but more expensive. However, we still appreciated the effort from the staff and their hospitality throughout our stay.

Breakfast was Thai style, very delicious, nice beach. In the evening with light show, a lot of small nice bars around.

The way from ferry to the resort and back it's a little bit complicate expensive because need to pay round 200bht for the taxi. It's actually only few km. But there is no other choice.

Location is nice

We had booked the 21mt sq room and tbh, although it was a cute bungalow, it was too small so we swapped into the 30 mt sq room in the main building that was much better. Everything was wonderful the beach on your doorstep, the food, the bar, the staff were all excellent

The prices on the whole island are a bit more expensive but that is to be expected for an island. The room size as above but both rooms were nice.

I liked the overall design and the furniture. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary equipment needed and beyond ( i.e. slippers, hairdryer, toothbrush, beach bag). There were also lots of sockets in the room to charge devices. The location was a gem, the resort was secluded and peaceful, in the heart of a gorgeous bay. They had lots of activities to offer and daily evening entertainment such as movie nights, fire shows, etc . The staff was extremely very friendly and helpful. The speed boat service (including the car park) was worth the value and comfort. The breakfast options seemed to satisfy the diverse needs of the guests.

Overall, we had a wonderful time. However, there are a few things that can be improved. Regarding the transportation, the resort could offer a door-to-door service , so you don't need to deal separately with the local taxi service on the island. Another area is to improve the response time through apps such as Booking.com. One more thing, please get a better coffee machine ;-)

We loved the landscaping of the hotel – so beautiful! The hotel beach is very nice. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL!! The staff is very professional and friendly, always ready to help. The room was nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all!

Die Liegen am Strand und auch die Sitzsäcke waren in einem nicht gut gepflegten Zustand (verschmutzt,Vogelkot,beschädigt) Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Resort und waren etwas enttäuscht. Das Frühstück hatten wir auch besser in Erinnerung (Qualität und Auswahl) Ende März ist halt die Saison schon mehr oder weniger gelaufen und alle schon etwas ausgelaugt.

Lång väntan vid beställning av mat och dryck i restaurangen och baren. Svårt att förvara sina kläder på rummet. Få galgar så ta med egna. Välj bungalows istället för rummen om det finns de är mycket trevligare.

świetna lokalizacja, plaża taka jak lubimy: mała, kameralna, ale miejsca wystarczająco. Biały piasek, piękny kolor wody. Czuliśmy się tak jak w filmie Biały Lotos. Jedzenie ala karte bardzo dobre. Hotel godny polecenia.

Personel mało wykwalifikowany, ale miły. Nie potrafili za bardzo wyjaśnić jak działa sposób zamawiania posiłków, na które się długo oczekiwało, ale było warto. Pokoje w domkach średnie, ale otoczenie to wynagradzało.

Breakfast was ok depending on how busy it was. Loved the location on the beach and the short walk across to the next. A couple of really good restaurants on the beach and the reggae bar. We were looking for a quiet couple of days not to far from Bangkok before heading home and this ticked the box. Cheap and cheerful!

Vi booket rom med terrasse men fikk ikke det. Det var ikke mulig å få det heller. Rom med terrasse var bare for familier fikk vi beskjed om. Det var skuffende

Beliggenheten

Bungalow var det liten plass

Mycket trevligt hotell med hjälpsam och vänlig personal som talade bra engelska. De ordnade smidiga transporter till och från ön, vilket gjorde resan enkel. Dom hjälpte oss även med taxi på ön så att vi kunde se andra stränder och resuranger. Frukosten var bra och varierad med olika alternativ varje morgon. Stranden var fin med möjlighet till snorkling direkt från stranden, och snorkelutrustning fanns att låna. På kvällarna var det mysig stämning med levande musik och eldshow. Rummen var fräscha och vi bodde i egna stugor, vilket gav en privat och lugn känsla. Det fanns även bra duschar och toaletter vid stranden. Även en liten dusch att spola av fötterna och skorna från sand. Rekommenderas varmt!

Det finns dock några mindre nackdelar att vara medveten om. I badrummet saknades duschvägg, vilket gjorde att hela badrummet blev blött efter dusch, inklusive toalettpapper, så man fick tänka på att placera saker rätt. Det ingick två flaskor vatten på rummet, men det räckte inte riktigt för en hel dag i solen. Extra vatten gick att köpa i baren, men det var något dyrt och eftersom hotellet ligger avsides var det en bit att åka till exempelvis 7-Eleven. Luftkonditioneringen satt precis ovanför sängen, vilket gjorde att man behövde justera den noggrant för att undvika förkylning.

Sköna sängar, fin privat strand, nära mysiga små barer. Bra med fotdusch så man kan tvätta fötterna från sand innan man går in på rummet.

Lite trångt på rummet. Ingen garderob. Tar lång tid att beställa i restaurangen. Inget duschdraperi.

The stay here was just what we needed complete R&R the staff were all friendly and helpful, lovely touches in the room like umbrellas and beach bags will definitely return

There wasn’t anything really but if we had to say anything the restaurant was slightly too expensive, there are 3 others on this beach that are like normal Thailand prices.

Trevlig resort med fin strand och solstolar som ingår med nya badhandukar varje dag.

De små husen hade ingenstans att hänga upp eller ställa väskan. Några fler krokar hade underlättat massor. Annars fint. I I duschen skulle det behövts en skrapa till golvet annars då badrummets golv blev helt blött. Vi tog en strandhanduk och la som en spärr på golvet. Det funkade.

Jättefint läge och liten samt mysig resort.

Frukosten var inte mycket att hurra över som europé. Mest kinamat men ägg fanns. Inget pålägg för bröd etc. Rummen var väldigt små och det fanns ingen plats att packa upp sitt bagage. Stor toalett dock. Restaurangen hade svårt med kommunikation och det tog extremt lång tid att få maten trots att vi bara var 2 bord att servera. Grannbordet väntade 2 timmar på sin carbonara.

Peachful, private beach, white sand, weekends good fireworks 🎆 and music 🎶 the room bed so soft pillow so good.

This place was a little gem. The rooms were nice. The bed was large and comfortable. The mini fridge was appreciated for our fruit and water and soft drinks. The breakfast was included and it was large with many options. The staff was extremely kind and gently and helpful. We would definitely come back to this lovely little resort/ hotel.

Comfortable rooms and good facilities. Good restaurant menu. Staff were lovely. Hiring a kayak was good. Lots of other bars/restaurants nearby although a little further from town but walkable for a keen walker in early morning. Breakfast okay but limited for vegetarian/vegan.

No pool for when the sea is a little rough.

The breakfast was average and Bangkok prices at 400 bhat pp. We were surprised it was not included in the price of the room but to be honest this could be a Booking.Com issue and not the first issue we've encountered using Booking.Com while staying at Koh Samed.

The room was great and the location was good but the food was poor. However there are other resorts just a short while away with better food which are easy to get to.
